Overall pretty good. I enjoy keeping track of my stocks. I wish articles were free like many sites out there. I understand the company wants a premium for this content but in reality for me, they are not a must for me to read so I would think the same for majority of users. You can get info from many trusted places so why not just make it free to read.

The information is good, what can be read. After reading the headline, I became blocked. I am a non-member. At this point not sure if it is a good investment.

Pleased with my Marketwatch and Barron apps. Keeps me up to date on market movements and trends in inflation, sector trades, and retirement advice. I deal a lot with fixed income products so reading a variety of good articles from featured writers keeps me abreast of what's shaping the market. Plus, moneyist can be pretty entertaining ( and useful).

The presentation has changed for the worst The site has now become a platform to sell subscriptions. As a positive, the ticker information is accurate and up to date. The are no longer valuable FREE market activity reporting articles. I had to add Yahoo Finance to supplement MW app. MW used to be my go to but they have become too commercial!

MarketWatch is a very good source of financial information but the app could be improved. The mw widget often stops to update automatically, even worst, tapping on a title in it the app will show the article relative to the first one and sometimes piece selected is not even in the top stories. Please fix the issues!

What a great way to track the market! Very reliable app with lots of information. The free articles switch to a premium after a while (right now, it's a few bucks a month for the first year, then $20 a month after that, which is too steep for me). Hoping they'll lower the cost in the future so I can join!

I see stories from Marketwatch on my Google news feed all the time, almost daily. I am a subscriber and I have the app on the phone yet, when I click the link to the to the news item through, Google instead of opening the app, it takes me to the story in another feed and tells me I should subscribe when I'm already subscribed. That's annoying.

Accessing a news article from a link seems to never manifest in the app. Very frustrating.

It fills the need,however it was better before the updates. One use to be able to read the articles...now that option is longer available.

I use it to find out where the markets are heading early morning, watch during the day how the markets are moving and at closing to compare numbers to the previous day. Also to read all business news throughout the day. It's pack with important info. I like it a lot. Continue to access it early in the morning before markets open. Then, throughout the day, to finally have one more reading after markets are closed

Everytime I open the app to look at anything it turns notifications back on. They're constant. Unless you want constant updates about whatever new insanity some idiot has done next, choose another market app.

Today. All links inside the app shows "an error occurred loading this content". The website is fine, my phone is fine. Your app is broken. I am paying for subscription of MW... Please fix asap.

Every time I click to read a story I get an error message that says there was a problem and this is after I paid for a subscription. I am losing faith in Dow Jones because they seem to only be interested in squeezing more money our of users.

Use it to check stock market data. Challenge is now every website wants you to sign up. It not a practical solution to sign up for multiple websites to read an occasional article. Worst is websites that send you article leads and then want you to sign up / pay dues. I have been asking Google not to show me articles from those sources.

After subscribing all articles in the app stopped working. I liked the content but the app being broken after PAYING THEM MONEY was enough for me. I subscribed to an alternative market news service and their app works great.
