at the moment things are ok, x accounts, duo, but I'm only low risking my growth, um one thing I have a issue with is I can't send to other wallet addresses, like how I would with trust wallet etc.... why is that??, my ratings will change when I find soloutions

Dear Wirex team! It's just unprofessional to have such quality of support team pretending to be an industry leader. Ticket 5614156, I went through verification few months ago and now out of nothing the account was put on hold for another verification. Five requests to support team within 10 days and no response at all. P.S. you promised to escalate the matter, but nobody has ever contacted. This is clearly embezzlement and a legal ground to serve complaint to FSA and HANFA

it used to be great a few years ago, but lately it seems they are heading to scam. blocking accounts, withholding users funds, there is no way to reach support but their discord channel and you should see how many complaints it has, before doing any business with Wirex. my account gets blocked every month and i have to find way to reach out to them, waste my time to access my money. but this time i'm done!

Apps is great, good functionality of it, they update on a regular basis. You can deposit money from a debit card to load up you account. and you can tap and use ATM. Don't like recent changes to app, home page confusing, and functionality is now lacking because of changed functions in other areas that have changed to.

Wirex has the potential to be a ready good app but reliability and customer support is terrible. My account was blocked for no reason three times, thankfully its working now, but who know when they will block it again. I am also try to upgrade my tier and have bought more WXT to do so yet can't! I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions and noone has responded. Wirex really needs to get there act together if the want to compete with other providers such as Revolut.

I've done lots of verifications within apps but this is the worst one, very small window for the ID and when it focuses (you cant choose where to focus) and you click the shutter it takes a good clear photo and then the photo gets blurred, i had to take tens of photos and all of them got blurred on the preview, no option to upload clear scans of your ID

Don't recommend to anyone. It's a complete scam. Customer support is absent. Please, people, never use Wirex or you will suffer!

Be aware that Wirex is scum which can lock your money without any reason anytime and you'll wait for months to get them back if you're lucky. Or loose your money forever, which is more probably.

It has a lot of features, I love the user-friendly interface. Easy to see the market condition. And the most powerful thing is it has the Fiat Currency on it. So great app IMO.

I give them 1 star primarily because they are not transparent with their exchange fees. Recently they increased their exchange fee significantly to more than 1.5% for Euro/ USDT and other pairs all secretly. Also the way some products, such as Duos, are promoted is 100% misleading as if you really get returns of investment up to 200% annually which is simply misleading customers to put in more money to lose.

Very nice app keeps my crypto safe and it's just like a bank, you can buy a card and withdraw your crypto into cash which is pretty sick, but other then that imazing app

Got it since 2020. Worst service with bad data security. Unacceptable communication over email only, including sensitive documents. Response times of weeks. The card's not working, they said it's done a month ago, then it wasn't really done. Took them 1.5y to get SEPA back post BREXIT. The only ones unprepared for it. To avoid the storage fee, I have to add more $. Can't close the account because I can't move funds. The only way is to "donate" all the funds to them. Scam. =>Regulators complaint

I have changed my phone last year. Since I did not use this app. Now I want to login in this app but the 2 factor authentication is not working. How can I get the authentication key, I don't know. I emailed the customers support to disable 2 factor authentication. But it is not replying anything. Help me to get my account back. I can not even open new account!!
