Great app, easy to use, makes internet banking as simple as possible. I especially like the notifications every time I use my card - it reassures me that no-one has my card details etc.

Awful service built for a great idea do yourselves a favor and don't get an account with this bank. Was in touch with customer support for more than 2 months and finally closed my account because they couldn't fix the "technical issue".

App is functional, but biometric auth can't be enabled, saying yes to the prompt asking if I want to enable it after login crashes the app, and turning it on in the settings doesn't do anything. Fix?

The stars only for the concept and the cause, however support is really slow and unreliable, they failed to send me the card for 3 times, saying that my name is too long (which is true, but other banks could actually fix this problem and deliver me the card). Even when asked to close my account via email as they requested, I got no reply for one whole week, until I reached out to them over chat, only then they closed my account.

the Customer Service is BAD How to contact them via email.or... their chat bot is pretty useless My app is frozen since ordered a new debit card, but there was no sufficent fund now it shows me only the card order page, if i press on the X botton in top right corner to close that page , to go to home page it completly logs me out and i have to log in back again just to arrive on the same page for ordering my card. I have send the money for purchasing the card but the app always shows no sufficent funds. I have also reinstalled 2 times the app till now, ALso no chanvce as there is no web login. Only via the faulty app.

I wasn't able to use my VALID passport for identification. For some flimsy reason it was rejected. I tried reaching out to customer support but they've been ignoring my emails for over a week. This is just another example of antiblackness and institutionalised racism in tech. Disappointed but not surprised.

Couldn't complete sign-up. Sorry, I'm not going to prove that your address validator is wrong — not all postcodes in the world are numeric, yet the app assumes they are. I'm not going to waste my time proving that this is a bad assumption, because it's so obvious — you could just look up the correct format for a country. They're not exactly hard to find. Challenging me to prove it is ridiculous.

Repeated problems to register It's now the second round of attempt to activate my account and identify myself to activate the account. Every time it fails and now the app keeps loading and loading without refreshing itself after I was actually able to successfully identify myself through video!

best German banking app I've tried so far and the support options are really good too, you can chat directly within the app or send an email and someone will get back to you within minutes, it even tells how long you have to wait (1 minute is usually even less)

Best sustainable messenger app. For only 1 cent you can write a message to anyone, even if they use a different app. Pretty fair price considering Tomorrrow is sustainable. Messages are limited to 140 characters, so people focus on the important things. Your messages are automatically sorted into different mailboxes, called pockets and you can even have a shared mailbox with a special person. Really hope they add group chats in the future. Keep up the great work. You rock :)

I had trouble registering with my address but after contacting support they were able to adjust it, but the following step was the worst. IDnow is awfull I showed them my Portuguese ID card and they said it wasn't valid and ended the call straight away, very rude. On a second attempt they said they wouldn't accept Portuguese ID'S, as an European citizen I was offended. Until they resolve this issue and I won't be a costumer.

Extortively blocks access to your bank until you sign up to a more expensive plan. I would recommend prospective users to find a more mature product in the growing space of socially aware banking. This morning a pay wall appeared on the app (i.e. the only interface where I can do banking, like approve transactions, pay bills, check funds) until I signed up for a paid plan that I previously didn't need, which was one reason why I joined this bank. This user experience was akin to randsomware.

Great app, very modern and well designed. Superior to all other banking apps I have seen. You also help protect the rainforest. Best bank I have ever had (out of 4), can definetely recommend it!

This is third time something like this is happened to me and my wife. After an app update, we cannot receive TAN code and without TAN, there is no transaction. It is really annoying that I can't send money. I will transfer my money to another bank as soon as it is fixed. The first time was a mistake, second time we also consider it as a mistake, but Third time??? Really??? and you still have the same problem?

Simple to use, reliable, pretty. Automatically categorizes all your expenses, so you have a monthly overview (customizable categories would be nice), and shows how much m² of rainforest you saved!

It's a good app and banking system, but let the company include other options to transfer or send money into the account like through the supermarket or through credit or debit cards, rather than just the sepa transfer method, otherwise everything about the app is perfect 👌

Finally a sustainable account that is free of charge! Now there is no reason not to try it, anymore :) I've been using it for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. With the integration of Google Pay I don't even have to bring my card anymore (which is kind of a pity because it looks so good ☺️). Thank you so much for this amazing app and service! 💚
