The concept is great, but the interface is confusing. When Pushbullet works, it's handy to be able to deal with SMS traffic from my desktop or sling files and links between the devices I own. But after about a month on a new Windows 11 laptop, it updated itself and then refused to allow me to sign into my Pushbullet account -- which is necessary after updating. E-mail to the Pushbullet people has gotten no response. Online searches tell me that this is not a new issue.

My must-have Android app since 2015. Unfortunately, the iOS app is gone. I wish they get it back on the App Store as well.

Sending sms from the windiws pushbullet desktop app almost always send duplicate sms reply to the recipient. Makes it pretty much unusable (sms through android phone)

I have noticed that there are more times when the app loses my messages and they are not delivered to me or sent out like I have come to expect. This is something new that has just started in the last week or so.

App is great, too bad no-one is answering emails in case of issues, so that's the reason I'm not switching to the paid version.

Service has not been working since End of August. I reached out to customer service 4x and still no response. They charged my card yet still no one can help. If i don't get any response soon I'll have to report payment to my credit card. 🙃 DISAPPOINTED 😞 cause i really enjoyed the service when was working yet not able to utilize now! (NO STARS FOR ME, YET NO OTHER OPTION)

Super useful and way ahead of it's time. Simple to use, reliable and does what it says, shows notification from your phone on your pc. That's what I want and this does it.
TMC Service
Went through the help files, did not work. The outgoing messages don't sync. The outgoing messages displays pending, but don't get sent 75% of the time. The outgoing messages don't show up in the client computer (Windows 10 Pro) Yes, tried battery optimization and all the other stuff in their help pages. This includes the "rcs", but can't find that setting for Android 9 SMS. Yes, I purchased pro version. Will try AirDroid in lieu of PB SMS phone is Samsung Note 8, Android version 9

Trying out PushBullet this past several days. Some issues that I've contacted their support about and it's day 3 and still no response. From the web SMS Texting... Not all texts are syncing and I'm not getting all notifications when I so receive texts. Also. It appears you can't send group texts from the web??? Attachments aren't working when trying to send a text from the web. So ... a lot issues if you intend to use this for texting from browser or from the chrome extension app.

It is reliable to connect, I've found between devices. However there are some small but important things I miss that will start me hunting again for an app. I do not like SEND ON ENTER. Sometimes some awful scenarios can happen from that. I do not care for the fact that I cannot find how to DELETE a MESSAGE or just one conversation. When I get multiple security one time codes I don't like my SMS file tree being filled up with them. I can't find how to delete them, and submitting a request got only boilerplate "LET US TELL YOU WHAT PUSHBULLET CAN DO" ... I'm concerned about these things apparently you can't do. While the 3 might seem minor I miss them. I hope I don't have to go back to google messages or mysms. smh

Pushbullet works as advertised. I find it very useful between 2 phones, a tablet and several computers. Moving stuff between devices is simple in a way that is easier than using cloud storage or other synchronized apps. It's a great complement to gdrive, dbox, 1drive and all their related tools. I use Pushbullet between 3 Android devices, 1 windows laptop, 1 Apple laptop and some Linux desktops via the browser. They all work well. Now to dig into the documentation and see if I can use Pushbullet to do more.

I've been a pushbullet user for almost 7 years. There's no comparable service, they try and fail. I use pushbullet daily, easy way to remind myself of something for when I open my pc next. Or to text from my pc. Or to use any of the other awesome features. It's a good placeholder for things you need to retrieve later also.

Text messages sent from my laptop are stuck in pending until I unlock my phone (if I wanted to go pick up my phone why would I send the messages from Pushbullet on my PC??). I've noticed that most texts are not mirrored to my PC, or appear multiple hours after they were received. This happens on two different PCs, one using the Chrome extension and one using the desktop app. Messages sent from Pushbullet on my PC don't consistently show on my phone. It seems like Android has changed how it handles SMS, and Pushbullet hasn't kept up. Particularly since my carrier switched on RCS, it's been basically useless. I've been a Pro subscriber for many years but am now cancelling because it straight up doesn't work anymore. You can't ask people to pay for a product that just stops working.

Pushbullet literally saved my life. I was lost, completely lost, but I put a link in Pushbullet before I left to send to all devices and I was able to get to the link, click on it and follow the directions to where I needed to go. It was awesome. I never leave the house for some place new without leaving myself a link in Pushbullet now. It's also so handy for photos and APKs, all kinds of files really (the amount text files I send 😳 to myself). I will always be a pro user. Always. ❤️🥰💯
