great paid service get a bundle with a streaming IP to avoid being blocked from some streaming Sites like Amazon Prime etc. yes it is possible to set up a VPN for free, but unless you know what you are doing and are up to staying on top of things, its a big pain in the ___. This one just installs devices, is really simple amd not flashy. low RAM usage. has VERY fast VPN servers all over and are much faster than free ones. can even be installed on nice routers covering all traffic. easy & cheap!

I paid extra for a dedicated IP, this is supposed to help you not get blocked from services etc. Guess what, the IP was flagged everywhere. I got much more catchas than any time before. Many websites wouldn't let me connect at all, not even with a captcha. The Mobile App itself is very low quality too.

The app mostly works as intended. Sometimes it will get stuck on reconnecting. The vpn will not be on but it will still display this. Not too often I miss notifications when this state is on as I'm not fully connected to the internet. Customer service is great. App gui can be improved which torguard says its working on.

Great app! but I hope there would be an option to view or hide my password on every log in aside from ticking the box to remember it. It would be an easy option especially on my case a bit aging already. I could always remember and viewmy password every time needed. Hope you consider this request. Again nice app!

Not what it once was. Latest version would cause my browsers to fail to connect, even when it was nominally disabled. Their support didn't know what to do. Kept having to uninstall it, finally gave up.

This app was excellent and has proven extremely useful for my needs while traveling however a few days ago I became unable to connect via any of my android devices. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, as well as changed networks as well as using 4G. Not sure what's going on but I don't think it's a problem on my end. Any help appreciated.

I have used Torguard on my PCs, Android devices, and iOS/iPadOs devices for at least 2 years, and have never had any significant issues. Ping times are good, especially for FULL-on complete VPN, and speeds from nearby servers are almost always at least 25 Mbps & often significantly higher... 50-75+ Mbps is not uncommon. Customer service has always been very good as well. I am very happy with Torguard and have no intention of leaving unless things change. Keep up the great job Team TG!

When it worked, it worked well. Fast connection, decent selection of locations. I had to change the password recently and it stopped working. Customer service took over 24 hours without response and only responded after a follow up. The solution provided did not help. I still have 6+ month left on current subscription and cannot use the service due to incompetent and unresponsive customer service. Will not renew.

New upgraded network server speeds are outstanding!! - On my phone it's jumped from 80mb > 250+ The only problem with TG is its ability to bypass streaming services. :( Smart DNS feature or some kind of bypass feature is desperately needed. Yes I'm aware streaming IP's are available, but most VPN suppliers don't need this & it can become very expensive to buy a streaming IP, even more so if buying for more than 1 country.

I love the VPN service, it works awesome. The only thing that needs improvement is the Android app. when switching between Wi-Fi and mobile connection, most of the time the app loses connection and I have to restart it to be able to use the internet.

Torguard, for my money, is the best VPN around. If you're using a VPN to bypass a firewall, this is the one for you. I use it to get unrestricted internet access at my workplace, and with a little configuration (read Torguard's page on the subject) I was able to get a functioning connection even though the firewall blocks VPNs. When my connection slowed way down (probably due to IT reconfiguring some things) I just switched ports and everything worked again. Highly configurable with good speed.

Can't create account. Site just loops. "Order Now" does nothing. Tried 2 different browsers. Also the description of options & add-ons is incredibly vague & confusing. Site looks like 2006.

Android app works well. The killswitch is effective and it does a good job of protecting my identity. I don't do anything without being connected. The two games I play on my phone are mostly unaffected by the VPN, but I do experience occasional disconnects when playing one of them. (Runescape) It's not a big problem I'll just disconnect the VPN when playing and reconnect when I'm finished.

stopped working as intended. multiple messages to help desk, they are responsive, but it's so much trouble and it doesn't work anymore. shame, it was really good. my subscription expires this month and I'll not renew.

Totally borked since last update. Makes my Pixel 7 run hot and is using a ton of battery. I get error "no valid response from server" several times before connection. I often have to force stop and clear cache to get it to connect. I have faith they'll get this running, but in the meantime I'm going to go look for an apk of an earlier release.

Idk developer really needs to fix the bugs. It works when it wants too. In addition it seems people don't get my texts or emails or they get it late while I'm connected. I had to disconnect numerous of times to people to receive texts and emails and that defeats the purpose for a VPN. Just please fix it & upgrade for the better

EDITED: 5/21/2021 To be clear, if I constantly have to hit the login button to connect to a new IP address, then I have to practically RE-authorize it, since that is the first step to connecting ("Auth")[Note: fixed]. Negative criticism aside, it's nice to see a completely new GUI display. The new update keeps old features (different ports) while adding some new ones (constant connection) along with a choice of OpenVpn network or WireGuard. As far as bargain bin VPNs go, Torguard is decent.

The service has difficulty connection upon start/boot, even with "always on selected." It sometimes drops the connection and allows all my data to leak, giving me a false sense of security. Support has so far been unable to help and wanted me to disable my AV and firewall, which I did, which did not resolve the issue. While it may be easy to think it's my ISP, I purchased a Nord subscription and it is far more reliable. When my TorGuard VPN drops, I usually have to restart the app.
