This premium app is not recording both sides. i tried all the options they provided. Never worked. Update: I gave one star earlier for not recording the audio on both sides. The support team reached out to me and provided the assistance to fix the issue. Now the app is working as expected. Thanks to the App and the support Team. Great work!!!

AGAIN, another phone recorder app that does NOT WORK with Android 10. It does pick up my voice but NOT the caller. Also, it's loaded down with too many ad's and confusing directions. I'll go back to "The Cube". Easy to use and hardly any ad's. UPDATE: I received your reply. Really! You want me to "jump through your hoops", to (maybe) get your site to work. Get real, if it doesn't work right from the start, that's on you to fix, NOT ME! Remember old saying "KISS"-Keep It Simple Stupid. Apply it.

Great and very useful app. There need to be option to save more recorded calls than 200 for high volume people who need it. With more storage on devices I don't see why an option for higher storage isn't available. Some calls are not recorded properly as I can hear myself but not the caller. Love all the features but need some improvements and tweaks. Thank You.

Edit: yes, tried all the settings in the one setting menu and contacted customer service ASAP. Unfortunate, because it looked like the best app out there. I downloaded 3 apps before finding one that worked perfectly on pixel 2xl, but unfortunately it comes with none of the extras Nothing! Very excited about the features in this app but call recording did not work at all. Tried multiple settings. Emailed support. I guess I can't expect them to reply immediately, but I need a call recorder today

SEE WARNING BELOW. The app is busy and it's hard to find options. I was trying to disable theIr text message notifications that pop up with preview (but the default phone one still shows so it's just duplicated). I was also trying to fix Facebook when they connected to but fails to let me find anyone. In my digging I discovered that they *sell* our data, and to removed it you have to email them directly. Only EU and California residents can fill out a form. AVOID.

It's pretty cool, Regular calls come in clear in the recording, however i have an inmate friend, which is why got the app. The recordings are not clear on his end. We wanted to record for improper treatment in there. I can hardly hear the him. The ads playing over the phone calls too...not cool. There are cool features, but I'm more about function.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This app is TERRIBLE! I tried to place a test call to check it out and had issues. It would either say the party didn't answer and I had the phone I was calling in my other hand, or it would say the line was "busy" after a few seconds. Now, I have no volume on my phone on any other app. I don't like that it has access to my personal files. I don't recommend this app to anyone. Don't waste your time or privacy. Absolutely deleting this garbage!

Awful application! I purchased this app just to record my calls. At first it didn't record anything. When I adjust the settings, it started recoding, but the files were empty, no voice can be heard. I tried keep adjusting the settings, but nothing helped! At some point it completely blocked my voice on a call and the other side could not hear me. I went online to contact support, but all they have under the support link is couple of FAQ lines. AWFUL AWFUL experience.

It is sometime'ish. I have the S10plus. Currently using config8. The thing is if I have to continue to change configurations week by week or day by day I may miss that very important recording. So it is not as reliable as a phone call. What I have figured out through trail and error is that I do not think any of these call recorders work while on Wi-Fi. The recording did not work 100% of the times I was on wi-fi, which is a shame since everyone uses WI-FI for stronger and more reliable data.

I understand ads, but there are SO many. When you get off of a call, a delayed ad screen pops up so if you clicked anywhere on the screen, your browser will open then play store. It's a desperate way to get clicks and a waste of our time. Downloaded this for the business phone. Caller ID was great, call recorder didn't work (developer says it's because Google permissions, but they don't warn you about it before "selling" that it is a call recorder).

I experienced a critical problem, similar to others. As soon as I made this my default phone app, not only would my phone NOT show me who was calling, I couldn't even answer the call, all the while my phone is ringing. I only found out who was calling when I checked my voice mail. I uninstalled, then reinstalled the app with the same results. Sorry, despite its promising potential, I won't be using this app.

I paid for premium but the app never upgraded to premium. I went over the issue with customer service but that went no where. Do not waste your time. update: while customer service was a bit frustrating to work with. I did want to try this again. because it had potential. I now finally show as premium. however, when I shut my car off the app is still working but disconnects my call. also it vibrates all the time now w/ regards to incoming & outgoing calls. It needs quite a bit more customization

Worked great at first. Now it doesn't reject calls from anyone. It will inform me that it's spam but it rings anyways even though I have it set to forward all calls to voicemail if not a contact. Edit after response: I'm aware of the two options and it's set correctly. Like I said, it worked at first. How would it have been working at first with the wrong settings? I'll change this to 5 stars if you fix it.

This app is a CPU handbrake. The text messaging notifications cannot be configured to hide messages nor turned off, so they show simultaneously with Android's native popups, which is completely ridiculous. It is also too crowded with ads (no good balance). However, I found the caller ID and call blocker features very very useful. Uninstalling... If they improve performance, messaging configuration, ads logistic, and security, then I would definitely give it another shot.

I purchased the app thinking it would get better without ads. It did somewhat but I do not want it messing with any of my text messages. I've went in and tried to disable it having anything to do with text messages but it persists. I'm using Signal and have certain automated message senders silenced, but this app keeps throwing up notifications when I don't want them. There's a problem is not being able to answer a phone call without it being default. I tried to like the app but uninstalling.

I was just about to change my number because the spam calls have gotten so out of control. I figured I give a few spam blockers a try first. After going through them all, and being asked to pay after a trial, I found this one. Which seems so perfect already, I can't imagine how the paid version could make it even better. And unlike the other apps of its kind, the free version sold itself. I will definitly be purchasing! I have "do not disturb" turned off for the 1st time in months! Yay!

There is alot going on Maybe it would be easier to figure out how to operate if there was not so much on the app. Or maybe find a way to combine different things. Like calls and video calls and recordings all in one then you can have text emails SMS all in one. I don't know if that makes sense but I just feel like it would be easier if things were like bundled together

Not very intuitive. Recorder doesn't work right. It appears that a setting that records while not using a headset doesn't work with a headset. Took me 2 hours to figure out how to set the default number to call in a contact. Turns out you long press on the number. That's not obvious or easy to discover. Amateur job on UI. And I was stupid enough to pay for it. Support is non-existent. They told me to "try everything" in settings. They don't know how to fix it. Recommend don't buy.
