It's garbage. All I get is endless error message. They told to download the latest version, which I did, I keep having same error message.

worst customer service. I tried calling them multiple times, but no one answered. I sent them an email they respond late ending up my transaction cancelled. not reliable in emergency situation. 😕

I used to like this app. however I requested a raise in how much I can send and ever since my account is under review and I can't send anything. I've tried to e-mail a couple times but I never get a reply

Terrible. I experienced 3x sending and there is always a problem with their bank. And because of delays I paid a lot of penalties because the money i sent wasn't delivered on time. Poor services

The app used to be very good, but now is the worst. I made a transaction on 28th September, and until now, the transaction is still processing. I called customer care three times , and they said they were working on the issue, but nothing has changed. I don't recommend this app to anyone. Very poor service.

The app requests the 3-digit bank code verification but it fails every time. I tried calling customer service but no luck after being on hold for 30+ minutes on several attempts. Sent an email 4 days ago and no response. Customer support can do better.

Please this app is a scam app do not download it or even try to send money through this app. If you do, you will end up regretting. My friend sent money from the US using this app almost three days now and yet I receive nothing and when she try calling them, they blocked her and her account and account. Please take note do not make the same mistake as I did. Be smart to read the reviews before making any attempt to download any app. This is because the rate of scamming is higher thank you.

I initiated a transfer 2 days ago.its still processing. No option in the app to cancel it. You call the customer care for hours and you never get to speak with anyone. You text and the robot doesn't help. I'm so frustrated right now 😡😡😡

Customer service is a nightmare at sendwave. You don't get any help. I told you to close my account so I can reopen and until today, I'm still stuck. Nobody got back to me. Very frustrating. Need to improve your customer service. No one answer the phone at customer service. At chat, no one is responding. Way to go sendwave.

It's very bad that my transfer has been delayed for three days and yet no reasonable response, rather the customer care bot stopped responding to me on app. And when I call they won't give me a valid response I have verified my identity I don't know what is wrong with sendwave. The services are poor asf; this delay should be illegal. Is it hard to cancel my transfer since you can't deliver it?

Zero stars for me!!!! it doesn't accept prepaid debit cards. if your profile isn't complete they don't notify you to finish the profile they just flag your card and make you try to prove you have met the person. like sending proof of visa stamp etc. if you can't provide proof u have met them b4 you can't send the money. all because u didn't know ur profile was unfinished. DUMB. if I don't have to verify how I k ow every person then I shouldn't have with this person bcuz of profile issues

App works I guess but 1st time using it and they first hold my transaction for 48 hours then cancelled my transaction because they insisted i have to have recemtly met the recipient in person amd then must provide evidence that i met them. Totally rediculous!!! Horrible experience! 1st time giving any company a 1 star on app store.

Using Sendwave to send money to Senegal is impossible at this moment. Called customer support twice in two days and they indicated that they would resolve their technical issues. No resolution yet. ......... Update: Sendwave frequently experiences times when users cannot send money. When the app is down it takes several long hours or even days for the app to function again.

This app has never worked for once since I was convinced by a friend to download, but you keep sending me text every now and then that it has been fixed. You guys should really stop the text messages

Awful, No stars. First time using it and my debit card got hacked. My money stolen. Send wave burries all their info on deleting an account so it can never be found. Can not delete from the app. Tried to log on via the site. God knows if the Sendwave site is actually for sendwave. Be warned there are a few out there Tried to login, got my code, did not work. Instantky someone was requesting/ trying to get my money. Thank God I was able to delete my card info. The chat is a joke. Crazy hold times

The app doesn't have option where to upload document. the app my wife is using doesn't have document option. I have called and left the phone for an hour and no single human being in sendwave picked my calls. send secured chat but the automated voice machine was using me to play. I have deleted the app twice and uploaded but nothing is happening. please how can she upload her document in this latest app that doesn't have option for uploading document?
