Extremely unprofessional. I had an account years ago that got closed because they "forgot" to send me a new card that I had to activate within 30 days, and didn't respond to support requests. Years later I still cannot get a new account because my phone number is "in use".

Asked their customer service whether it would be possible to receive a USD transfer and they said no problem. They then rejected the transfer and told me it is not possible to receive USD transfers and on top 50 USD commissions were deducted. Nobody is able to explain why or what for the amount were taken. Really fantastic, how do i get this money back now and please don't tell me to contact your customer service chat... Oh to add 25 USD of the initial transfer cost! So you cost me so far 75 USD

Of all the apps I have ever expected to function properly, to handle such a an important and critical task, this is, bar none, the worst app I have ever had the displeasure of installing on my phone. The app wouldn't let me log in 9 out of 10 times. Customer support's only solution is to delete my registration and start again. When I finally verified my identity, I couldn't move on to the next step. I can say more but unfortunately there is a character limit

After few months I moved to another country I broke my phone's screen. So I bought a new phone and wanted to pair the phone to my n26 account. In order to do so, I need to get code to my SIM which is not working anymore. So I decided to change the phone number in the app, which turns out requires fingerprint scanner which is broken 😅 and I cannot use PIN code or password as an alternative for some reason (what if my phone doesn't have fingerprint scanner at all?).

I got the free standard membership and all of a sudden I get notified that I owe the bank 10 euros for a card that I never ordered. I now tried to delete my account on the app and it doesn't even seem possible or they make it as difficult as possible. AVOID.

Since their latest update, I can no longer read my balance, space information and card information. I use large font on my phone as I am a user with a disability (vision impairment). This app is not optimised or usable for those who use large font.

I haven't been able to login for at least one month in a row, or sometimes very sporadically. I think about switching. EDIT: I have already contacted you on Twitter to acknowledge the issue but you didn't answer.

please. please. pleaseeee allow me take screenshots when I choose to switch OFF the security setting "prevent screenshot"!!!! because now it's impossible to make a Screenshot of a barcode for "deposit a cash in partner store". KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE'S NOT ALWAYS MOBILE INTERNET ON PHONE AVAILABLE!!! thanks in advance.

Really terrible. I've had the app and the account for 2 weeks, and it's just been continuously bad. I've had to chase up a problem with the virtual card not working 4 times, every time the customer service reps say the same thing: "we'll get back to you in 24 hours". But they NEVER do. They ask the SAME questions every time I contact them. I've never seen such an unprofessional "bank" in my life. Truly awful.

The app in general is quite nice. However, since some time now, transferring dunds from spaces to the main account doesn't work. The customer support is quite slow, which makes n26 a below average experience unfortunately. If the support would be better, I could definitely recommend N26. But right now, it's not advised to use this bank as your main bank account.

Fun, I can't see details of my cards in the app and the Firefox version of the website has the login page broken. There is no option to report such a bug or get help on this kind of issues unless you are a premium. I would gladly help improving the app by reporting problems, but I see you are not open for it.

Onboarding process is just a bad joke. You got 10 questions/activities to do, and after you've done it (properly!) - system waits for 1-2hours and just says "something went wrong" and forces you to start from the beginning once again. Neither hints provided, nor data stored from the previous attemps😂

Insight feature: There was an overview bar chart graph which shows "Expenses" and "Money In" side by side for the months, under that graph you could see "Expenses" and "Money In" tabs but now you can see only two tabs at the top as "Balance" and "Expenses", then you see only bar chart for only expenses, no comparison with Money In as before. Categories under expenses were also highlighted per their pct. before but now it shows only percentage for the category, no highlight. This is the update?

I have had this account for years and always loved it. As an expat this bank should be ideal, and has been until now. They are requesting that everyone confirms their personal details and my passport has expired so I gave them my emergency passport (perfectly legal, issued by the consulate). They wont accept that. For me to get a permanent passport again, I will have to go to my home country, which will not happen before the time limit of these updates of N26. So, my account will be blocked.

Bug after bug, the app has been stopping to work for me. After yet another ticket opened by me because now I can't login to my account, they told me to change my phone. I told them I'd rather close my bank account, and customer service gave me the details on how to do so. Very friendly and professional, I wish I could actually connect and follow his steps... But I can't! Highly recommended

I was in love with this bank cause of how clean the app looked but they keep changing good things. First was that for hide your balance you cannot longer just touch the balance now is a button somewhere else then the 4 buttons for add, send money.. stopped being aligned in the main screen, now they changed the ui of the money and add that weird and totally unnecessary grey rectangle that makes everything more compressed and less minimalist. If the main thing was simplicity I think they forgot it

The most unsafe and unhelpful bank. My debit card was used fraudulently in Italy and they took all my money, I never got 1 alert or request to approve. I cancelled my card and got onto support immediately, they knew it was fraud asap but took them 3 weeks to give me money back. 2 months later the card was used again [yes the deleted card] and not only did they take all my money again without an alert to approve but also took 500 more, so my account now is -500. I could say alot more
