App is SOOO confusing that I accidentally created a second XRP wallet(?). Why can't it be clearer that I'm picking the original one. .Now I have a piddling, straggling amount and ZERO idea how to just combine it all. You provide little to no customer support.

The entire app is garbage. I've attempted to create an account on 2 different occasions, and both times I'm unable to get past putting my email, password, and country I'm from. Don't waste you're time when there's so many other financial apps out there that aren't a complete and utter waste of time.

Awful experience, Support completely ignores you. They are the reason why people call the crypto industry SCAM! I will be in trouble with tax authorities because I requested a proof of balance and after a Months never got a replay, also I had a card refund from amazon and it was never credited back to me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE not recommended!

Can't log in and when I use the "forgot password" option it asks for my email to which it says "something went wrong"....so I can't even reset my password. And I know for a fact it's the correct email.

Hands down the worst crypto exchange I've found. If it weren't for brave literally requiring it to get bat in the states, I don't think it would ever be used. Why isn't it just two clicks for me to send my bat to a wallet like a normal exchange?

It's decent when it works, but sometimes transactions take many hours to process. There is no customer service. No way to chat with them . Always says chat unavailable "due to high volumes". No one ever answers.. so you could get a transaction to go thru in 20 mins or it could be 20 hours. Never know.

I had my account put under review for no reason, and there is no way to withdraw my mooney. I have tried to contact customer support, but they didn't "support". I would not recommend this app to anyone. If you care for your money do not use uphold, use some other app like Binance which is 100 times better than this. The worst experience I ever had is with Uphold.

Absolutely terrible App. Anytime there's an update it logs you out, purchases are slow and buggy, had to try 20 times to get a purchase to go through. Literally the only reason I installed this app was because they were the only ones with access to XRP at the time. Save yourself a lot of pain and go with a different option (crypto is what I'm currently using now).

I am a big fan of Uphold. Its super straightforward and simple. You can swap between lots of tokens and easily select your bank to buy new ones. They have all customer assets backed. Perfect 👌. My only gripe is that once you own something and click on that token it does not show you the market price and market graph it shows your own account balance and change over time. I'd really like to see my holdings' market performance and stats just by clicking on it in my portfolio.

Very good app and great exchange. Needs a widget for my watchlist, much like the coinmarketcap widget. That would move it up to 5 stars.

No way to withdraw to other wallets or addresses. What kind of exchange is this? Complete garbage. UPDATE: Oh, I see. I can't withdraw to other crypto wallets unless I tell you all my private info including my yearly income. What happened to crypto? The whole point was that there was no government getting in my business, no centralization, no middleman. Regulation ruined crypto.

Customer service is horrendous. Plaid integration works sometimes when I inquired they told me to get a new bank. Same plaid integration works on other exchanges. Being in Soft dev I informed them the issue was on their end of API with details, they refused to acknowledge or try to fix. I've put 6 figures through their app and now have moved my business to Coinbase and KuCoin. Beware your funds could be stuck on their platform with no way to offload except through another exchange.

This app is decent at best for what it is. You can invest in crypto but god forbid you try taking money out of the app or login on a new device. I have been attempting to pull over a grand from the app but first I needed to verify my identity which is fine. But then the app proceeds to forget every device ever logged in effectively locking me out of my account. Verification codes take over a day to be emailed and expire within a day. I need to pay my bills but my money is being held hostage...

Terrible app, I can no longer sign in on my PC or mobile app. I have a little crypto, but now I can not add to it or transfer it. And if you cannot sign in you cannot change your settings. So frustrating. I have been trying 3 days 😡 .it gad taken a couple days but Uphold customer service helped me get back in. Thanks

very simple and easy to use. however, they have added a lot of tokens but not all of them are tradable. if you just want to take advantage of price action and not own, then I guess that's okay. they are also one of the few exchanges that had faith in xrp and did not delist it, but allowed it to be traded. kudos to uphold!

Lately, the site is constantly down and the app says: "Something went wrong" when trying to log into the app. Some days Uphold works fine and some days you can't log in to access your account/funds.
