Overall I thought the app was great. My only complaint is that if you're using it and then end up leaving your place of employment, for whatever reason they cancel your account a couple of days before your last day on the job. Technically I can understand the reasoning, but still find it frustrating, especially for someone who might need or depend on those couple of days of pay. Instead have to wait until you receive your final paycheck.

At first, it seemed so convenient and fast. Pulled me out of several financial jams. Then, for some reason it just stopped offering my daily money this whole week which has created a huge hardship. Don't know if it's because Communicare is not approving shifts worked and updating daily. Of if Daily pay is the hold up but I'd like to personally thank both services for ausing me great financial hardship and not to be able to pay my bills when due. Thumbs up!!

Hello, I never fully set up this account and I do not plan to as my employer is not compatible with this service. I basically forgot about it months ago, but am currently receiving a new reset request email every 10 minutes or so. I tried to log into the app to delete my account, but this app is extremely limited and there's no function for that. Please delete my account, or contact me so I can. Thank you!

I use Daily Pay while working Pizza Hut and at first this app was amazing. My pay was always listed the very next day at 11:00 AM. But the last few shifts I've had, my pay doesn't show for several days. When I reach out, they're experiencing delays. This is impacting my bills and is extremely frustrating. Especially when I have to pay $3 to cash out if I need it before 3 days. Please fix your app!

This app has been both good and bad for my husband and myself... our job offers this feature as a daily payout for each day that you have worked...however, the cons are definitely starting to weigh out the pros on this one. The app charges a $1.99 to $2.99 fee for each bank transfer and the money adds up very quickly. It takes out of your paycheck which in the end can screw you on your paychecks like it has done for me. I would only recommend using this app if you are financially stable!

I love having the option to get my pay daily instead of every two weeks. I had liked the app but had a lot of issues last month. I emailed customer service and got an answer, but it took two weeks and my issue had resolved at that point. I'm now having issues where I'm simply unable to log into my account. I haven't changed anything information wise. I'm just stuck forever on a loading screen. I see I'm not the only one with this problem. It's unfortunate because this could be a good app.

Having access to my money early is pretty helpful except when it becomes a bad habit. Then the 2.99 transfers add up. This app is a big money loss over time if you transfer a lot. The app is okay but its not the best. Seems like this is the bottom of the barrel of finance apps. I dont know how it works but seems like this would be the cheapest option beef in the meat section. (Preinflation)

Love the app, I really do. Its sleek, has an easy to use user interface and everything. However, as of late it does not work. It insists that there is a new update or to use said service in your browser when in fact, there is no new update. Potential bug, that is destroying the app and badly needs rectified.

For the last 8 days I have not been able to log into my app. Not using pin or password. I have tried resetting it will not text or email the links. I have sent to emails to support and have not gotten anywhere. I want to get into my money! Still cant get in. And no response almost 24 hours later. Even after responding to your email. Would love to get into my money! Have bills to pay. Going on over a week now!

Three stars because the app now takes forever to load up when signing in and transferring money. Really, any time the app has to load anything it takes forever to do so. Additionally when in the process of transferring your money to your bank account, if the transaction happens to fail for whatever reason, you will be forced to wait 24hrs. Yes, that's 24hrs to the second. Ridiculous really. Instead of a security question, or something similar popping up, you have to wait 24hrs. Unbelievable.

The methods in which this app operates are ineffective and expensive for the end user. This app basically will take your entire direct deposit, take out the pay you requested and deposit it all back under "DailyPay" on your bank. I didn't realize the first time I used it, I got my deposit on Friday instead of Thursday. I had automatic bills weren't debited and I got bank fees. If you aren't responsible, this can get you into debt. Withdrawing too much. It has made me think more about finance.

Works for the most part, with couple issues. For one, I've had my balance inexplicably disappear a couple times. Extremely frustrating. Creators have also removed the ability to see your balance updates by day, instead I now just gotta assume everything is correct which I DO not like. Would also like to see how much is being taken out for taxes. Not enough transparency, in fact you're taking any that was there to begin with AWAY. Probably going to stop using the app.

Since the last update, this app no longer loads on my Android phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone. I keep trying to open the app and get an error message. I have no problems with the DailyPay app on my Apple iPhone. The only other issue I have is one that I see over and over again in the reviews... And that is the fee price to get my money when I want or need it. $2.99 to get my money EVERY DAY is too much. Since Dec I've paid almost $400 in transfer fees. Why so much???

Terrible app functionality. Glitches, laggy, slow. I've been using 3 months and it gets slower every time I use it. It takes ages to log in, and doing ANYTHING in the app causes glitches or freezes where it won't respond and will crash if you press something too many times. Your app is amazing in terms of the service it offers, but PLEASE fix your software. Ppl depend on this for bills and payments and they can't even get their BALANCE to load, much less to withdraw

Convenient if used responsibly! Otherwise, you're stuck in a vicious cycle of borrowing, which means fees, and you could end up losing about $40 of your check just in fees depending on the frequency of use. Thankfully, its from money already earned and there isnt any interest to worry about. I think the fee for transferring is appropriate, though a free 2 day-option would be nice!

It is so frustrating waiting 5 minutes for the app to open. Idk what y'all are on but you need to fix this. It's just so slow. When I tap to open this app, it should no longer than 5 seconds for it to take me to the home screen. Do not make an app if you're not gonna run it properly. Once I get in everything's fine it's just I sit on that orange screen too long. Uninstalled. The website runs faster.

It's a great app truly is. However if you need to borrow a lot from your check it will definitely mess up your nextt pay check and takes forever to get back on track depending on your situation. Of course. But definitely recommend it to be an option.. it's not like those other apps. With daily pay your borrowing from yourself. And yes the 2.99 fee is a bit high.

In the first 30 minutes of having this app, i couldnt add a debit card cause there were lines that had no labeling so i didnt know what information to put there. It crashed 3 times and froze once on the screen with the flipping coin. It had several issues of heavy latency when transferring from one tab to another even with good wifi connection. Super buggy. Wouldnt recommend for this kind of need. Definitely gonna look for another app.
