This is my first time using this app and all I can say is that they are almost fraudsters because their exchange rates are too high and even when you are able to convert your money and you want to withdraw, they give you an amount that is so low. You'll actually lose on this app. People save money in dollars to gain but if you try doing that on this app, you'll regret it. Download at your own risk.

I accidentally logged out of my account and I've logged back in, the app keep telling to verify my identity, i can't access the dashboard though I've logged in. I've tried to verify but the face recognition is not working it keeps returning an error time out.

This app is quiet efficient on cash transactions. Very fast and always reliable. This is a great relief after the terrible and very frustrating experience I had with Payday App. I am giving them 4 stars because of the very high exchange rate, currently a dollar= almost #1000. They will merit 5 stars if they can work on this.

I give it 1 Star because I can't go lower than that. The absolute worst app you can ever use. They will trap your money and you'll bleed before you get it. If you have funds there, take it out immediately. Everything about the app smells incredibly fishy. A proper scam app. Update: They are still refusing to refund my money. You openly send ads about opening a USD account but quietly turned off the feature and didn't inform people. That is Fraud! You are all fraudsters! Definitely 0 stars.

Like the app but there are few things am not happy with. 1 am not happy I can't add other than naira USD , I should be able to have multiple currency wallet 2 customer service is very poor. Personal chat is horrible. It takes hours to respond and no options to frame your own question. 3 the rates seems to be on the high side eg binace was 1,245.71 naira to dollar while chipper cash was well over 330 naira to USD

App always has problem opening, thought it was my internet connection, but it's far from it. And we should be allowed to express ourselves in the support section instead of just giving us options to choose from. Will be uninstalling soon though. Thanks chipper cash, you were good while it lasted.

Good app to use. It helped me to connect and add money to my Binance account (buy Bitcoin then deposit into Binance) since Binance doesn't have any way to deposit UGX directly. Edit: I have moved it to 2 ⭐ because there's a "face verification" feature that doesn't recognize my face even if I go outside, and close btn doesn't work and it has become unable to use my wallet. The only part that works is the card and the trading, and I can't top up the card because the wallet is basically locked.

[Best] I'm here to update my review, a couple of years ago I was using chipper on a tecno mobile, but there was a glitch on it when trying to copy the wallet address of a crypto. It was impossible. I switched to Samsung and it worked well. Chipper team, I no longer use tecno but I request you to include tecno devices among the devices u use to test out your UX designs because a lot of users use tecno and cannot afford high flagships like Samsung or iPhone. Nonetheless I love your app

You app doesn't have good verification procedures. Have been trying to verify my photo for weeks now, I fix my face on the frame, and it gives no prompt, over 5 minutes am there, nothing happens, you people have to improve your processes, it's to rigorous overall.

The most foolish banking app I have ever see. You debited my money without notice. I think your high dollar rate will stop you from unnecessary charges on transactions but that totally not stoping. This app is totally fraud. I will be happy if you can return the money you debited but if you don't I will continue cursing you app anytime I heard the name. Fraudulent app. It zero rating is possible I will prefer that than one star rating. Scammer's app.

This banking app makes life easier, and I as well refer it to my international client whenever they want to hire me, so they do the payment with Chipper, and likewise I talked about it to my friends abroad, so they have easy means to send money home. If it's not chipper cash then it's no other banking app.

App works flawlessly. My only issue is with the EXORBITANT exchange rate. It's worse than Black Market rate. I'm REALLY looking for an alternative. I'm only using this as I don't have an alternative yet.

Logging into the this app is a nightmare! All this fancy updates to the main sections and the developers couldn't give 1hr to the authentication. Been struggling with logging back in facing error after error.

I used this app when it has just started and was very disappointed. I started to use it again recently, and so far have been impressed with the smooth and fast operation and reliability especially with virtual card & Mobile money so far. I look forward to using more functions like stocks and crypto if it can maintain the reliability so far experienced.

It has been one of the most frustrating app I have ever had to use in my long years of using mobile apps. Care has also been taken to make sure you can not chat with a representative while most of their resources are talking off points. For over two days now I have been trying to resolve an issue with my BVN. I have sent the short video they requested for but up till now nothing has been done. If you value your peace of mind please avoid them. Will let you know when my issue is sorted.

So far I can see positives in the app. I paid 3000 naira for the dollar card and also activated it. I ordered successfully on AliExpress and I used it for purchases on Google play. It was ok but the problem is the card expiry date. I got the card today and it's expiring next year April 🙁

Hi chipper cash, two star for now, registration on the platform was seamless hassle free, however, what I find difficult and uninteresting still persisting is passport verification, the auto passport don't work, manual take pictures is better, fixed this bugs then have a five star.
