Hello everyone and paxful support. I have used paxful for part-time income and i used my hard-earned money to Trade some months ago paxful freezed my account for no reason I contacted them and told my problem they replied be patience it has been 6month still thier reply is same I want to know is it good? Plz evryone don't keep your money in paxful bcz they turned off contact option also from my profile now I lost hope 🙏

Just get an error saying it can't connect. My connection is fine and every other app I have works. Fix it!

I've been trying to get my passport and proof of residence verified without any success. I thought it's my phone but in all devices it gets rejected. I get a feedback that says the photo is of poor quality. And the automatically Scan doesn't work in any of the devices, I end up taking it manually. I am only left with one chance. Is there not other way I can submit my documents? If not, I am giving up on this app

@paxful i recieved btc this morning and tried to move it. i was instantly told that i had 0 available to send .. i thought it might be a verification issue... so i completed all verification... still frozen. thought it might be an app issue... redownloaded nope... still frozen.. but that is customer service--- not the app. The app is smooth functioning and well-conceived. A fine effort which will get better with community collaboration update: i am told that the account "freeze" is specific to verification. I have been fiully verified and notified but am still frozen. please unfreeze me! could this be from switching during process from mobile app to web client many times?

I have to say that I am pleased with the new interface it's smooth and very easy to navigate. However I have issues with these vendors that claim that they buy gift cards at a very high price. Then during the trade they will tell you that the market price has dropped for that card that you should open another trade with a by inputting a lower amount. If they can't put the correct rate on their offers that they want to buy a gift card then they should not be allowed to do so during trade.

The verification process is the problems here, how this app relied only on camera captures?.. which could be blurry.. as in mostly blurry. Not all cameras can handle this as perfect as scanner machine.. there should be options and function to upload scanned copies documents.. will really perfect👌 the platform and the developer to do something about it.. otherwise, there will be alot of verification problems.

Scam!! Liars! Cheaters! Thieves!!! Not upfront about pricing or honest capabilities of their app. They claim you can buy/sell using PayPal or a credit/debit card. So I signed up, transfered money from another btc wallet and see they already took around $5 out of just a $30 transfer. Now I find out they don't actually offer transfer/selling option to debit/credit card as they claim! And to transfer back to my original wallet, they will charge me another $5! So stealing $10 out of $30! Disgusting!

I had a security breach with my account soon after I opened my account. The security team locked my account when I discovered it and emailed me instructions for me in order to unlock it. They were able to get me unlocked and running and suggested better ways to keep my account more secure. I feel confident that I won't have any more security issues, going forward.

App freezes alot. The concept is great. Turns one of the easiest exchange platforms on the web in to an app with a crypto wallet and chat all included. Sending fees are a little on the wallet but allowable for its convenience. You guys think you can add a widget or an alert as to when sending bitcoin to another person is complete and when you yourself receive bitcoin? I mean it shows as an alert but maybe adding a unique sound alert when currency moves to and from your wallet? Thanks 4 listening

The reason I made my last review 2star was because of so much faults in the app . Now it has been improved. But there's one problem again. When u want to go back to previous page and you click back. It takes you back to home. Which is very frustrating . Now u gotta start off with the trade again . Very annoying . Work on that please 🙏🏾😫

I really like the user interface, its clean and easy to navigate. However, I faced technical issues a couple of times while signing in. I would like to request the app developers that since this app is related to Cryptocurrency and act as a wallet there should not be any issues while using it. This will lower the reputation and user trust. Thanks.

I find the support team for the app quite frustrating and unreliable because when my account for reasons beyond my knowledge and I sent a message to the team, they couldn't reply with any specific reason for freezing my account. Instead, only the systems response came back which could not resolve the issue with my account. It caused a lot of inconvenience to me and my clients. I don't like machine answering me, rather those humans inside the team to answer my plea for assistance.

Paxful used to be the best but for some reasons it's now full of scammers who are finding ways of stealing people crypto coins. The verification doesn't seem to be getting rid of the scammer at all. I will advise the when an individual is reported as a scammer he/she should be blocked and blacklisted from using the platform or even creating a different account

As a beginner, there is one problem that I experience with this app and it really annoys me, when I'm buzy in the app, it could be anything like opening my wallet the the unthinkable happens and it exits itself, then I have to start the whole process over again. It keeps doing that like jumping out and canceling everythjng I was buzy with, practically malfunctioning. Please fix this.

This is something special!!! These days finding a app that providing a win/win is almost impossible!!! Bit paxful has built a platform that is truly helping it's members positively on both sides!!!!.....I don't even leave reviews like this, it's very rare! I'd refer anyone I know to paxful. It's really cool because it offers a ton of different payout options, and really everyone has a gift card lying around or needs to switch a payment option. It's all right here !!!!!!

App is good and easy to use... But there is one major issue.. Some scammers will sell their coins in a very low cost , to grab the deal you have to hurry and there comes scammers, when the new page opens the lower cost will no longer there, it will be a hefty price(aaprx.50% higer than actual cost) , and if you buy it without out noticing, you will find it very surprising... So my advice to every one who trades, kindly double check the seller's listing before trade carefully and before paying
