Edit: so far everything is great inlcuding the app, customer sevice, the site, etc. But recently the app is having a problem! I can't use my fingerprint to sign in anymore... I have to type the password every time I open the app. And when i went to my security settings, fingerprint option was turned off and I can't turn it back on as it gives an error. Hopefully this gets fixed soon or at least a clarification to why this is happening now. It was fine before.

They are late in their review process. Sometimes they say "it might take 30 minutes to complete their review or may take 3 business days." But they do need a reminder for that. I had to contact with them each time when I had something in review with them. The good thing is they are very first and responsible in terms of communication. You will get your solution definitely. So, I highly recommend payoneer to every freelancers.

I've been using this app for a year now, so far so good. All transactions are done smoothly, the UI is very clean and easy to use. However, we really need an option where payoneer users can transfer funds to non-payoneer accounts.

Using it from pakistan. I must say at first i was a little skeptical to use it but been using it for over a year now. Payments are timely sent and received. Love payoneer. They have come a long way. So far no issues. 5 star. Thankyou payonner family for bridging the gap for pakistanis. Most of my payments are small btw 300$, 400$, and i have no problems. I just request payments after submitting work to client. Client pays me and within 4,5 days i withdraw money to jazzcash. 😍😍

Simple, straightforward and easy to setup. Their fees are only 2% per transaction. Would like for the funds to be available faster though

I can't log in the app. It won't recognize my fingerprint and only shows "it looks like we have a problem." Afterward, it shows a loading screen. So frustrating.

Recently decided to link my payoneer account to my Kindle kdp to accept payment. I must say it is frustrating. No receiving account option to receive payment, yet they require that before you can receive payments, you must receive at least $5000. How do I receive this money if there is no means through which that payment can be received. It's just agitating.

While one might say that Payoneer has great security, on the flip side, it wastes at least 1-2 hours of my time every few weeks in the name of security. It gives me extreme attack of depression whenever I see "your password has expired" screen. The reason is, mechanisms created by Payoneer don't fail to disappoint every single time. They send you verification code, which never arrives. And then 10 of them arrive all together after 5 minutes but now they are all expired. Extremely annoying!

Guys don't use payoneer. They are robbers. Firstly, u can't even withdrawal 10 dollars. Secondly I withdrawal 50 dollars to my account and on arrival I lost 17 dollars. I only received 33 dollars in my account. As if am working for payoneer to be stealing from me in the name of charges. I advice everyone not to use payoneer anymore . There are better payment methods now that you can use now. It will allow you to withdrawal 10 dollars ,& they take less charges as low as 2 to 4 dollars now. BEWARE

Extremely disappointing and immensely unreliable, before it used to take from 15 to 30 minutes to transfer to bank account, but now it takes forever, indefinitely pending, unbelievable😡, you get zero stars, I wish there was a zero star option here, I could really use it right now.

Payoneer closed my account without any reason. I was using Payoneer for more than a year. My account is from July 2021. I am getting payment from my client from over 8 to 9 months and that too from same client. Two days ago, the close my account without telling any reason. Also their chat support is pathetic. When you contact them they says they cannot tell the reason and tell to review terms but unable to tell the reason. And they give lame reasons of not telling the reason.

Whoever designed this app deserves to be fired. It's clunky, everything you do takes you to the web version that requires you to log in and then doesn't even redirects you where you need to go. It's a terrible app for such an essential service for people's livelihoods

I recently attempted to open an account with payoneer, hoping to take advantage of their services. However i have run into a series of issue that have prevented me from successfully setting up my account. It's been a highly disappointed experience so far and i just can't help but feel angry about it. Every time i try to complete the registration process , my attempt to create an account have been met with repeated failures . It feels like a constant loop of frustration.

Wow it's ok.... but please make verification simple for people who don't have international passport, drivers license and national id... in a county like Nigeria, it take so much time and effort to get this documents... Also face recon.. should be added , other forms of currency..even cryptocurrency can be added to make transaction even sweeter, swifter and faster using Blockchain technology..this will get more customers... and also work on the rate of exchange too with lower transaction fees.

Not friendly at first my boss and I had trouble registering and figuring out how to transfer money. But finally it went through after a week we got it all figured out. International transfer takes 1 business day. No trouble accepting it. I like this better, more secure because of the verification you had to go through. Thanks Payoneer.

The app is very easy to use and always delivers. However, it would be nice to reduce the withdrawal limit. Sometimes funds get stuck in Payoneer until it's up to 50 dollars for withdrawal.

Worst company ever. Trying to make a payment from an individual account but they want company docs. Called in about it 2x and both times told 1 to 2 business days to fix it, still busted. Issue has been pending since Aug 15 and today is the 25th. No one on the phone can seem to do anything and there is no one else to talk to or get the issue escalated to. Avoid this company at all cost it's a lot of work to get try to get anything done
