You would have to watch your account with them. They keep saying "it's a glitch" but why you have so much glitches and mess people account up. I had a charge that was pending for almost 14 days on a charge I did not purchase and each rep kept telling me my money be back on a certain day and it was a lie. I checked my account this morning and money was missing from my account because I keep track on my account and I keep my balance on my calculator. Get it together .

Regrading the update Affirm will no longer allow me to make any payments, it says on every single card or bank account I have .. unable to process your payment , would be nice if y'all include a reason why for us to read on our end , that way we can fix it with out having to call tech support and wait hours and hours to talk to a live person. Why is that ? I'd love to pay my loans but I'm stuck , yes I'm done all the normal things , clear cache , force stop and so on

Not good, I opened the account then put a restriction on my account. I open another one, the card came with a different account, when I try to log in the account that appears is the old one, there no place to feel the new account. The card is activated but, I cannot use it. I will be very happy if this can be fix. Thank you Celia Guerra

Not having a good experience with it, transactions take to long pending and somehow I have a negative balance that I shouldn't have, it takes to long for refunds to be refunded, you'll have less problems with chime, it's been over a week and my account haven't been fixed, I would not recommend this bank they misplace your money and act like you made a mistake or don't know what you're talking about

worst banking I've ever experienced. customer serv. isl horrible. the one thing that worked for me was that i was able to open a credit card account that did boost my credit score. I did have to provide a direct deposit and make a deposit to secure the account. . you can't transfer funds to outside account, only transfer into your go2 account. if you dispute any transaction, you must print their form, and mail it. And, you're card is immediately cancelled no matter the circumstances..

Can't create an online account. The system keeps stating my session has expired and I need to try again. I've activated my card by phone and have even used the darn thing. I liked it, but now, not so sure since I can't see my transaction history. I'll update later if things change or improve.

App is actually quite adequate. I like(d) Go2bank at first, then came the deal breaker: cannot transfer money from Go2 to another bank! Major flaw. Going to be closing Go2 completely and returning to my REAL bank.

They allows scammers steal all of your money I am thinking that the words damn thieves might get your attention. Can I get either a text message or an email to get into my account to change the password. I have not used the card not even once. They do however let a scammer use the card

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. They are liers and fakes. There costumer service has got to be the most rude and awful people ever. They promised me a courtesy credit because they messed up and didn't send a card out to me for weeks. So they said they would put a courtesy credit onto my account by the 9th of September. I got my card a few days ago and never got my credit. The kept closing the help chat right on the middle of our conversation and I called and they kept hanging up or leaving me hanging.

It's touch and "GO" with this account! sometimes it's the GO.A.T, BUUUUT sometimes it's GOtta GO faster! I like to know that every transferred deposit will immediately be there so I'm not standing at the checkout waiting for my transfer for 10 minutes, looking like a schmuck! lol but all in all I enjoy my GO2bank account!

I have had Go2Bank for years when it was just GoBank . Never had any issues. I wish you could set automatic deductions from one account to the other like the savings. Instead of having to manually do it. Other than that I really like.

They are very slow at sending out new cards & they don't respond back to you very fast. They are slow at transferring money also. Not very happy with their service. You can't talk to anyone one the phone about a lost card either because they ask for your card number for verification.

can't get help from bank to recover my online account. not even help to activate new card replacement due to broken card. I have had this problem since my phone broke and had to replace therefore I can not get code to prove the account is mine. offered to send identification in but to no avail. can not believe this is the way the bank is run. I've never seen where anyone could not get help to recover account. Here it is months later and the bank has even changed my account over saying l could t

I tried to set up an account using a street address and po box. I live remotely, hence mobile banking. T he post office does not deliver mail to my street address and i have to go to po to get my mail, no matter what it is, so I have to pay for po box to receive my mail...this should be a consideration for the application process. I have the same problem with all banking apps...there has been a big move towards off grid living and folks living remotely. Even the post office should get with it...

Don't use this bank!!! It's a scam with nothing but thieves working there. I got a card in the mail. I never asked for it but decided to try it. I never received my first direct deposit from my job. My work confirmed it was sent and processed. My account still shows 0$. They stole my entire paycheck. Again, do not use this bank!!!!!

Frustrated. Daily ATM limit cannot be adjusted higher than $500 even if you can actually get someone to help you after forever. Do not even bother with the chat feature it's impossible to get any help there at all and they don't even bother a single message about hold time or acknowledge you. Disputes must be in writing which is crazy with techtoday. The app and site won't let you sign into your accout. There are better options

I don't get immediate updates about my charges, I'm never able to transfer full amount requested money to my cash app (even if there is enough cash in my account) and there's maintenance fee of $5 which is bazaar to me because...what in the hell are y'all maintaining?? I cant do anything with my go2bank account except spend money and lock my card! And apparently when I went to go close my account they told me that I need to talk to a customer service representative!! VERY SLICK

They started to hit me with monthly fees and lied to me each month saying it was a different reason why they where changing me. It took me hours to get anywhere with the customer service people and as I write this I'm still struggling to get my accounts closed I have been on phone for 2 hours and spoke with 4 people and am still going in circles don't use them!!! I'm also contacting the BBB to report them!!!!!
