When did they stop caring? After nearly 10 years of use, Authy STILL does not support sorting by name or date!! This is basic functionality in every app that lists items..except Authy. You can drag-and-drop, but it takes forever and has to be maintained regularly. There's a search filter, but it's much more work than just scrolling and tapping. They found time to add crypto nonsense features, but not this? I'm fed-up. A very long fall for Authy.

Best authenticator app I have used so far. Can have my OTPs on both phone AND laptop, which is great in case I lose/break one device. Will use this everywhere now.

Every time I open the app now, it demands I give it permissions "in order to receive notifications." I don't want to give it this permission. I don't need notifications from this app, I'll open it when I need a code. There's no way to turn off this demand or set it to ignore. I have to clear it every time I want to get a code to sign into an account.

Authy is automatically detecting Twitch 2FA but shows me a 7 digit code while Twitch asks me for a 6 digit code. I'm having to add Twitch manually and it doesn't even replace the one that was automatically added.

I Need hardrest at this point i dont remember any of my backups all my accounts are encrypted and i dont have the key anymore since the computer file i stored it on is lost at least it wasn't used for everything so im only losing my vrchat account and a few accounts i think might be able to disable this from their end some actual support would help but at this rate its just depressing knowing im losing this because i dont have the backup keys or anything my old device got locked out too

Love it it's so useful Edit: Update after using this app for some time and learning more about security Authy is great for convenience if that is all you want but convience is not enough these days. I'll still use Authy on other phone but not for my personal information. Great product though highly recommend for anyone starting off

Can someone explain why there's no way to sort alphabetically? It's a simple reliable app but I'm finally going to switch everything over because it's impossible scrolling through to find anything in random order. Something so simple and it's been like this for years, I don't get it.

Love this app. Integrates all my 2fa apps and sites into one easy to use platform. You can sort your accounts inside the app by pressing and dragging them. This way you can sort in any manner you like. By favorites or alphabetically.

-1 star for having a maximum backup key length. -1 more for making it short enough to forbid passphrases. -1 more for forcing me to scavenge for special characters on my phone's keyboard. In trying to marginally improve my backup key, I am now forced to make it impossible to remember and painful to type.

App seems to be working well, but is there a reason why the app says it is "Synchronizing" when I do not have multi device turned on and am not syncing anything anywhere? Why is your support email not working either?

I did a factory reset for my phone, and when I downloaded the app again, I couldn't log in with the phone number I registered with before!!! Why ?! I trusted this application, but now I find myself losing many transactions and accounts because of it..!! Please respond and solve this problem quickly, as many suffer from the same problem as me

I was my favorite, but the UI design is very old fashioned, the settings page is a mess, also the fact that you can only set a 4-digit pin to protect such a sensitive app is ridiculous! Looking for alternatives rn

Was a five star app compared to the competition in the past, but it's now falling behind. GAuth has dramatically improved but Authy has not. The UI is terrible. Why use 3/4 of the screen to show me empty space and one auth code, and only show me 3 rows of my Auth apps in a tiny space at the bottom? I have to scroll to find things, and each app is tiny, so it's difficult to find. The app row should take up more screen space when more apps are added. Or allow for the user to change layout.

Been using authy nearly like for 3 to 4 years never been in any problem. It syncs the codes in cloud not like Google 2FA which store in device. Changed multiple devices logged in multiple times it always works . I remember once I forgot my password or something like that a few years back the support back then was good my problem was resolved within a few days via email. Must try if you want security, cloud sync,good customer support and great thing is that ITS FREE and desktop app also availabe.

The recent update released to the Google Play Store on September 11, 2023 has not fixed the problem thereby making the app nearly useless. I can't access setting, search, add a new 2FA or do anything less. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app from Google Play Store thinking that the problem would be resolved but it has made things worse. The app can no longer be locked because you cannot access setting. Please fix as soon as possible.

Don't like too much control. I am re rating this app. I have a problem accessing it to change my telephone number. Because it is connected to one of my accounts. I have followed all instructions with no results. Need it to change things on my account. It recognizes my email account but will not let me changey number, which i no longer have.Help

Constantly nags that's it's time to change my backup key. I don't want to change it. What I want is a setting to turn off this annoying message that shows up every time I open the app.

So I open Authy while on a business trip, and the app decides that it needs an update right in this moment, and I can't see my code, and I can't log in to my work page, and I'm stuck there having to use roaming and pay over a hundred in mobile data fees, because this ridiculous app wouldn't notify me ahead of time that it needs updating or even worse, it will just refuse to let me see the code until I update. Thank you for the phone bill you genius developers.
