I downloaded this since Google Play Music was discontinued, and it's alright! You can choose themes, mess with playback speeds, and edit song tags. Previous issues I had with it were fixed long ago, but now there's a new issue. It will skip specific tracks at a specific spot when it's nearing the end. It's not the audio files, because they sound fine when listened to elsewhere. It's pretty annoying and I have to go back and manually play the ending if I want to hear the full track.

This app use to stand out as a reliable music player that didn't disturb your listening with invasive ads. Ads were obviously there but manageable. Things have changed. Browser pages open themselves, audio plays in the middle of a song and yeah that's pretty humiliating if you're just trying to show someone a song or even play music in the car. It's literally embarrassing to have this app on my phone now and I'm stuck searching for a new player that's actually reliable

4.5 stars. Good: fast indexing, options for display of music, clear titles, sorting by genre, easy to change the look, etc. So - what's not to like? I'm using it on an Android "Headunit" - one of the newer ones with Android 12, and a high-resolution 1280x720 display, 9" across. The fonts at that resolution are too small. It's hard to read them. Having the ability to make them larger in the app = 5 stars. The other thing - I can't get rid of the "translate" beg at the top of the main screen.

I've used this app for quite some time. It works amazingly in almost every way. However, I finally realized that it was this app's fault for not playing automatically in my car or on my BT speaker, even when I program it to do so. That, and sometimes when a song is over and it goes to the next one, the information for the last song is still showing. I switched apps, and I don't have those problems anymore. Fix those 2 issues, and you have yourself a perfect app with this one.

Been using this app for years. It's easy to use and my personal favorite on the app store. Thanks! Edit: Since the last update you made it so all the artists that features another artist separate from the album? Now there is a mile long list to choose from and it's really a hassle. Edit:3 That was the fix. The app was thinking featured artists were separate albums but I changed the names and it fixed it. 4 stars till that's straight. Love your player though guys.

Works good! Very few ads for a free music player is greatly worth it in my opinion. (No ads in between songs just when you are doing something in the app) 10/3/23 update: still great, if the app is running weird/slow or you have unwanted volume changes, try switching between screens so they can show you a visual ad. It usually helps my app run better on a Motorola phone

EDIT: Got the lifetime subscription. Well worth it; Best mp3 player on Play Store EDIT: Apparently they do have a one-time pay. It doesn't show up so I guess I'll have to wait for my sub to run out before it becomes available. OLD: I wish I could opt out of updates so I could pay one price and have done with it. Other than that it's still the best and that's why it keeps its 5-stars. OLD: Best mp3 player I've found. Simple and stable.

I've used this app for quite a while. I'm annoyed by how difficult the interface can be. It's hard to sort tracks in a folder into a correct order, with selecting and dragging files being really inconsistent. My attempts to add cover art to tracks were also really tedious, with me needing to edit tracks twice in a row for the cover to even take effect. And it doesn't even stay on the mp3 either.

Not a fan of this app. The pop up ads are not only annoying and redundant, but they won't let you skip a song, pause, etc because you have to hunt for the x to close it out. (Which blends in very well with the ads.) Don't use while driving! I don't like that I have to rate the app EVERY time I open it. Whenever I download new music to listen to, it is impossible to put on the app. It won't let you search for music outside the app itself. Way too difficult to use.

Have used this app for a long time & it's always worked great. Although, after this last update, constant, constant ads after every single thing I do. Whether I go forward a screen, back a screen, skip around during a playing track, putting music in the app, no matter, constant ads. Won't recommend this anymore and uninstalling for a diff, better working app. *Edit*: Hello, thanks. I understand ads here & there, but after every single thing you do, that's a bit much. Although, just my opinion.

Horrid app. Music randomly just pauses and then when you go to play it again, the song starts over. They CONSTANTLY send you a message to rate their app and everytime they send it, music stops. Most of the time I have no pull down in my notifications so if I want to pause or change a song I have to go back into the app instead of an easy swipe. I have spoke with the devs several times and I am always told it will be fixed with the next update but nothing has ever been fixed. Garbage music app.

I was a happy user for a couple of years but uninstalled after recently added "features". First, after the update I somehow got locked into a menu I could only exit by an uninstall and reinstall. During reinstall I decided I no longer wanted to give access to photos. A prompt asking for access then interfered with my ability to listen to music - literally the only thing I want from a music app. Uninstalling for good now.

I finally had to buy the lifetime Pro me.bership because the ads were getting too obstructive, and it was becoming dangerous to listen to my own mp3 files when driving. There's currently a glitch going on where it won't ask to skip duplicate songs when adding to a playlist, which is really aggravating when a lot of my playlists are smaller chunks of a large game music playlist. I have new songs for those smaller playlists, but I can't add them to the large playlist because of this.

For some reason the app is not reading all the songs that I have on an album. Even though when I search up the track separately it shows that the file path should be accurate but when I click on to the album that the file path is a part of it does not show the song in fact it's missing over six or seven songs on that album for some reason. I'm uninstalling going to try different app

[Edited from 5 to 4 stars] Its a good app, functions well and meets my expectations. Its just as soon as I rated it 5 stars, the adds blew up in my face. I will give it credit for never interrupting the music itself tho, which is its saving grace. I realize devs gotta pay rent somehow so im not mad about it, its just mildly annoying. Still a good mp3 player tho, audio quality is great and very customizeable. Definitely would reccomend downloading if you're on the fence.

Good app, however, the last update did a trick. It now wont play my tracks in title sequence, only in some weird shuffle, like by date or some such. Can you please revert? Before the 'update' it was perfect. Reply: the playback in an album for some reason sorts the songs in a weird sequence instead of by name. Very annoying for audiobooks.

This used to be great, but recently it's not moving on to the next track unless I hit the next button. Happens no matter if it's a network speaker or a Bluetooth speaker. I've erased and recreated playlists, flushed the cache, uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I think I'm going to see if I backed up an earlier version.

I love this app. I switched over to Muzio and MP3 formatting because Amazon Music changed how they do their subscription service. However I had to get a new phone recently. I backed up my information so that I could download it to my new phone, but it did not backup all my music because certain ones are formatted differently that was kind of frustrating because now I'm going to have to re-download all my music plus all the album covers got mixed up. It's kind of funny at times but is a pain
