Your app is the worse, the Pop up menu's after watching an ad to extend time to listen to songs offline doesn't even pop off when I try to click on it, it keeps displaying over the app, I'll have to restart the app again in other for me to access it.pls fix this💔💔

The worst. Now normally I would have given it a five star but you guys messed up. I bought a new device and I tried putting my old acct in the new phone and it just keep signing up and not loging in. That is how I lost my whole music. I removed the previous acct in the old phone to see maybe that is why it's not loging in and for me to put it back I lost everything. I am so pissed. The experience is so awful, ads videos popping up when you start music and even when not playing music. Sometimes in the middle of listening to a music Ads will just pause the music and start playing. It also lists and plays recordings which isn't cool at all. No means to filter that out. The frequency at which these ads music interupts me Is unbearable, I ll have to look for alternative app for music.

My one and only problem for now with boomplay is their ads is too much to the extent one can not download or access the song he/she wants to unless the person watch an ad it is so annoying to the extent I am even thinking of uninstalling the app my question is it by force to watch the ads before you can do anything on boomplay, because I have data I don't see why I will want to download for free

Worst app ever, after every 1 minute there are like 3 ads. I wish I could give it a 0 star rating. The issue is they force someone to allow notifications from the app so that they may be sending you ads after like every 30 minutes. I understand the issue of ads to make some revenue but this is just going too far

It's now on the better run, but I think this time it is getting bad because the music which I have downloaded has been taken away from playlist in the name of reaching my free music download limit There's some level of inconveniences with the app whereby the number of times I want to purchase minutes is limited and also I find it difficult to pause my minute time for further time

Unskippable ads, will send 30 notification bubbles a day, and there's nothing you can do about it. An ad after every song NO SKIP OPTION. Interrupts your playlist at the worst time-Heck I listened to that one ad more than my own playlist. Would remove the one star if possible😒

I understand the adverts are needed for the free version but they have now increased lately and pops up almost every now and then, making listening experience a hell of a bother. Maybe it's getting to time one uninstalls the app or get the paid version... Very annoying!

I woulda rated it a 4 or 5 probably if not for the annoying ads. Ever since I updated it, it has become very annoying even in the already downloaded song ads still fix their way through Secondly the option for order of playing doesn't even work anymore Honestly, I regret downloading this app I thought after updating it'd be easier to access but now it's awful 👎👎 duuuuúuuuuhhhhhh....

It was a bad experience due this I lost my audio files and there is no option for recovery of the deleted files from the mobile it's just so annoying. I recommend not to install this app if you have important audio with you and you don't want it to play in the playlist

I have been using this great app for a long time and I liked it alot, but this recent update has a lot of ads. eiii. I understand the ads are needed to be able to download some free songs. what about the ads on the adult explicit contents, what's the reason. just imagine a naive boy or girl who is curious 🧐and where that will lead them. please do something about that.

It was good but after recent updates, it's been it more like ad watching app than music player. Before playing any song when having Internet, you have to watch at least 15 sec ads and if it continues so I might have to switch to options available.

Useless app😡 i really hate it alot. I don't get all the music i want! Some music are only available for premium subscribers, and also they're alot of unnecessary adds😔 this makes me really hate the app! If anyone wants a music app . I wouldn't recommend Boomplay😭😭😭

It keeps closing while I'm playing song; it just goes off and I have to reopen it. This just started happening, it wasn't like this before. Please try and work on it asap, it's becoming annoying. My song just goes off while playing and I have to reopen the app all over again.

I'm going to uninstall this app. It was all good and fine, until the ads started being too much for me. Seeing as other reviewers are saying that they updated the app but are still with the same problem, I'm just going to save my data. I have no problem with streaming online or watching ads, as I love to stream on Spotify. There are ads there too but the service of the app isn't constantly interrupted making it seem annoying. Not everyone can afford to subscribe to premium just to avoid ads.

All my old downloaded songs tends to disappear when I make use of any other music app other than boom play. I regret updating this app, because if am playing a song and my phone screen locks,,the song would just stop playing.am getting tired of all this already, before the updating it was still manageable but now it is the worse music app that I have.

The app is now an ad center. I've been using the free version and everything was fine. Then I activated the premium for a month, the month expired now I can't use the free version the way it was, I have to watch ad to get 30min of stream time and most at times the ad doesn't even load .🤦‍♂️ So if I don't have money this month I can't stream for free again? Please stop that feature, it's annoying. Once I delete this app and move to audiomack am not coming back again. 😡😡😡

Greatest app ever, Really loved it, but after 6-8 months of using it, it started to not respond or sometimes even closes itself when ever I open it. I thought it was maybe because the version I had was outdated then I had to update it but still experiencing the same thing. I really don't know what's the issue, I got enough storage in my phone.
