App completely freezes when trying to select an item. For such a big company they sure do have an awful app.

In the last month they gave my order to someone else 2 times and they were big orders and i never received my food. I was a pretty regular customer but i never order from bolt ever again! Deleting this app emediately.

Great, but how is there still no "favorites" and "want to try" lists or something. Seriously lost business guys, let us save favorites or places we're interested in. When you have this, 5* no question!

Warning! This app will take your money and place your order, regardless of whether there are any drivers available. Waited 2 hours and then my order got cancelled. No ability to cancel the order. Not fit for purpose!!

3/5 is the times it actually works at the moment. It started happening recently that I press on a menu and it just hangs, there is only a transparent gray image on top of everything and it doesn't register any more presses.

For one month or so, the UI is horrible, the items from restaurants don't load and the app crashes. Fix it please, don't let interns push code in production

Good options. Good delivery times. I hate that there's a 50 euro limit when it comes to cash payments as someone who only uses cash it makes it very limited to what I can choose.

The service is questionable. You can't get real help, if something goes wrong. Your order wasn't delivered? They'll write "Wait for it!" and then will just ignore you, after which you have to wait till next shift. As you are not a customer, just an "issue to be closed". No, thank you!

App is unstable. I'm having bad requests strange screens and support page does not work. 36€ on my last order that I haven't received were never refunded. If you buy here you risk not receiving food and losing your money.

This used to be my go-to food delivery app. But gradually over time it became trash. Today's experience was the last drop. I've ordered food for pickup, and the estimate showed 25 min. Once the order got confirmed the waiting time jumped to over an hour. I've messaged support the same minute asking to cancel and refund. The agent replied that they can cancel, but cannot refund. So I just "gifted" Bolt 20 eur for nothing... Going back to Wolt

Lately app started freezing when trying to open an item. Clear data+clear cache resets it.

As many people mentioned the consistent deals are great but the app is ruined by the drivers and support team and how impossible it is to manage them. Sometimes you spot drivers on the other side of the city compared to where your restaurant is and there's no indication why. Many of them don't pick up their phone. There's no way to get a another driver or revoke the tip as getting human support often takes forever or never responds. This must also be frustrating for restaurants keeping our food.

It is not good anymore. Drivers taking multiple orders and mostly you have to add 30-45 minutes extra so they can pick up the second order . Receiving cold food every time.

First time I wanted to use it in Warsaw. Saw the x2 price for 2 measily burgers. It wouldl be cheaper to take a taxi to the restaurant and back. I'm probably spoiled by other markets where ordering food thru an app means a 20-30% price increase but not 100. Deleting the app

They messed up my order thrice and I finally got enough of it and lodged a complaint, to which they wanted to refund the order to my wallet on the app instead of sending it back to my bank account. I told them I no longer wanted to use the app but they refused to refund my money to my bank account.

Terrible support, I'm trying to access the app but keeps saying something went wrong, uninstalled it and reinstalled it... same thing and you cannot get support anywhere, so I'm permanently locked out.

Terrible. Loads when making the order and does not complete but still deducts funds. Support is horrible. Oh and forget about getting a refund. RUN AWAY. DO NOT INSTALL THIS FRAUD OF AN APP!!!!

The most horrible customer support from all the apps I have used in Cyprus. HORRENDOUS. In a world of so many choices, and every restaurant being on multiple services, just AVOID. Seriously, if you don't like their "resolution" they just stop replying to you
