This app has a glitch, I clicked on online payments and the screen got stuck due to an error in the app because my internet connection was good. I simply reopened the app and clicked on that "Place Order" button again because the app was not showing any pending orders. And guess what I got charged twice for 2 same orders and as they don't give option to cancel the order so I had to take the 2 same orders. The Food Panda Development team should work on this bug.

Minimum price to avail for discounts was increased, limiting my choices of food I want to order. And they keep showing that you can use a voucher for certain restaurants, only to find out that THE VOUCHERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON CHECKOUT. I've been an avid pandapro user for years now, but the recent updates and the misuse of advertising makes me want to uninstall.

50 mins delivery took 2 hours. Once asked for refund for 6 times with customer service, they replied they are unable to give refunds. The meal was paid ahead offcourse. In case of cash on delivery their behavior would've been slightly different I suppose. The customer service kept mentioning that our partner (the restaurant) will be at loss. However no regards for the client.

There's a lot of Restaurant nearby but it doesn't show here in food panda. It's getting worse, all you can do is pickup order from nearby restaurant, this supposed to be a food delivery app and what's the purpose of ordering a food in a restaurant just to pick them up by yourself?! If that so, then I should go to the nearby restaurant instead rather than using this useless app. Even my Pandapro subscription is useless

The customer service & "refund" policy suck. I ordered groceries & received multiple incorrect items+1 broken egg. Was given a "refund" for those items & realised that the "refund" was charged to my credit card ON TOP of my original payment. Ended up paying more for the mistake made by foodpanda. Now i also have to incur the small order fee and delivery fee just to use the "refund" voucher I paid for. Check your credit card for overcharges! Fp can change the amt charged whenever they want

I thought it is a good app, it was, but for some days it is delivering ordery constantly delayed, everytime i had to wait for almost 1 to 2 hours, and still there is no compensation, at least there should be free cancelling order, for such an late order. You should think it or at least offer some compensation.

App doesn't allow specific addresses. I had to do timed orders since I was going to be busy, but my orders got canceled because the drivers did not follow my instructions to just follow the pinpointed location on the map instead of the location written on the map since it couldn't pinpoint my exact address. Wasted so much money. The refund policy sucks, the support team also immediately stopped the chat so it also sucks.

To avoid at all cost if you want your delivery with the correct items and refund for your missing items. I used it twice would not recommend: every time I faced an issue. Got delivered the wrong items, and when asked for a refund, they would not refund me fully and to my "panda wallet". Got another refund processed to my panda wallet when I never asked for it and they are unable to assist. Poor help centre with agents that end the chats on their own.

I have been a food panda customer for years. People said it was bad and I always advocated their service. Defending them. Even set up my credit card and everything. My food is usually delayed over an hour no matter what the time the app says but today I nearly got it too hours late and the rider said he was lost. The customer rep said please don't cancel, food and time will be wasted. I kept asking for a refund and cancelation and he kept ignoring me. Just buying time. I'm deleting the app.

Spoiler alert: you do not save money when you buy pandapro, the vendors simply set food prices above their normal prices and on the app, it LOOKS like there's a good discount, but you're paying more. Thus vouchers and points are not good in this app because 1) You have to Activate the Task to get points 2) Vouchers have a minimum value Edit: All prices across the Pickup optipn has soared. Rest in peace. I will not be using Foodpanda again

Food panda is a real scam apps. The deliver fee & extra charges is ridiculous compare to Grab app. They somehow added a 'container' charge even tho other delivery apps have none of that. Their delivery charge also much more expensive. Clearly trying to trick users. ALSO! Their ads that has been coming through the youtube/Google service has gone beyond annoying even tho their services is trashy. Should have spend more money on improving their service & user interface rather than stupid ads 🙄

Stuck with incomplete order with no way to refund it, makes some orders with promotion bounced up to full price without notifying you. Call center is very formulaic without any ability to fix real problems that is not dishing out unsuable discounts. Riders can be very picky with their routes makes some pickup point virtually undesirable. Also, deceptive discounts.

The team behind this app is totally irresponsible. There are always missing items. They dont ask the riders to verify items when they pick it uo from restaurants. I ordered dinner for my guests, including three sets of rice and two are missing. When contacted, the first response is norefund. When I said I want the missing items, the answers are standard nonsense. This is not the first time and I am sure there are others who faced similar situation. I am giving zero star for this 1/2

It's extremely annoying when the delivery time is extended as you wish, but we're not allowed to cancel when we don't want it anymore. I had to wait for more than an hour for food that was practically 10 minutes away. It kept getting delayed, and I couldn't even reach out to an agent. What's the point of having support staff but not being reachable at all? It's absurd, redundant, and impractical. Fix your system!

what is up with your app lately?! i noticed that if it takes a while for me to place an order (adding to cart, removing items, adding to cart -- if repeatedly) i would get an "oops! unexpected error occured".. then i won't be able to place the order anymore. then i would log out, and when i try to log back in via FB id get this "2 handlers found" or "4 handlers found" error. id have to try uninstalling and reinstalling both foodpanda and fb app so i can log in and it doesnt always work! 😡😡😡

The app is not user friendly. Also when you use debit/credit card as payment method and suddenly store canceled one of your item then you cannot cancel your order anymore then the refund will be within 7 days period. Too hassle and inefficient. The order must not proceed if some items are no longer available. What's the sense in continuing anyway? I will use Grab. Much efficient and reliable stores.

I have been experiencing some problems. The most recent is when I accidentally chose a wrong location. There is no way to contact the rider except for the chat and from the chat, you cannot get the number or any other means to call. Disappointed. I encountered a lot of concerns na since I subscribed to pandapro.

Lately, certain restaurants I ordered from recently were able to deliver to a specific address without issues but now unless I put the delivery spot a certain spot away from the usual place those restaurants become unavailable (manually entering the address doesn't help either). The distance isn't a crazy distance away but it's very inconvenient.
