DoorDash I know there are other stores I can order from, and I appreciate that, but I don't want see the tab at the bottom of my phone screen. It takes up way too much screen space. While looking at the menu of the "actual" place I want to order from, your "order from Other stores tab" keeps opening up! At least when I hit the X to close the tab, it should disappear. Please get rid of this, or allow it to disappear when I hit the X to close.

The most recent update has completely messed up the pin point feature. Two orders in a row now have the pin on the map down the road from me and not at all at my actual address. And even when I try to adjust it, it still "saves" in the wrong spot. You really need to fix this, until then I won't be using this app anymore.

This is my favorite food delivery app, I just wish they wouldn't allow multiple deliveries to happen at the same time. Food always arrives cold when the Dasher has to pick up or deliver another order first. It honestly really bothers me that the food that is picked up first isn't the first to be delivered. Otherwise, it's definitely the most reliable app in terms of actually getting the food we order and having it be correct.

It loads and loads but keeps saying error, doesn't let me log in through Google or Facebook, when I do finally sign in it automatically tells me i did too many attempts and to wait 60 seconds, but I only did one attempt, which I know is correct and still keeps saying the same message. It's super slow and doesn't work at all, needs to be fixed! My connection/Wifi is very secure as I'm able to use my other devices and apps without any issue.

Works as advertised but buggy app! When waiting for an order to arrive the app glitches out. I can't use most of the features on my phone - and the keyboard doesn't pop up. It won't let me power off my phone so I have to factory reset my phone after every order. Looking online I see others have this issue. Its becoming problematic soon I will just stop using the app completely until the bug is fixed. Phone: OPPO A74

Way too many fees. delivery, service, small order, bag, if it's a fee that you can name they charge it. one of the only places I know where you can buy $15 worth of food but end up paying $30 at check out due to the barrage of fees they pile on. am seriously considering deleting this app and going back to driving to the shops myself. on top of the fees the vendors seem to charge 20-40% more for items compare to in-store. just a rip off all around.

Simple, easy to use food delivery app. Pray that your entire order arrives, because DoorDash credits don't cover the cost of your missing items. Two separate orders have had missing items now, and DoorDash credited $4.37 of $14.25 for the one item and $6.75 of $11.99 for the other item. I don't appreciate paying for food that doesn't arrive, then having to pay more money to reorder the item (and pay additional delivery fees) for food that should have arrived the first time.

I loved using this app, but now there's a bug in it. I've un-installed it and installed it again, but it is still not working. I'm not able to receive any offers for some reason. I even canceled my dash pass, which was giving me issues, but it still says active. When I try to pause and cancel it, I receive an error message. I can't start back my dash pass either due to an error message. Please fix this bug!

it depends on what you order. and it also depends on whoever the person is that picks up the order. sometimes as far as tipping the driver you might not have that much to tip a little extra. but the app makes you feel some type of way when you can't come extra out the pocket. door dash prices are high as hell!!! paying for a subscription don't make a difference cause it's still high. and with everything that's went up and still goin up. is just too much. this my opinion but company don't care

There's a lot of sneaking ways that they can charge you extra, whether it's because the restaurant is "too far away" or if it's because your order isn't large enough or if you want it to not take too long, you can pay an express fee which isn't guaranteed. I was only offered a credit for $5 towards next order. Also, the restaurants promoted to you or when you search are all "too far away". Subscription doesn't help to save on fees much

Not worth it It's always a hit or miss. Not worth your time to be waiting for there ETA to be changing constantly and food coming in cold and items missing. I order very often just to be disappointed. My recent order 8/3/2023 was missing items, and the order wasn't comped. What's the point of spending your money if you can't even get the items you order.

Love the DoorDash drivers, hate the app. Everytime I open it up, it locks up my phone. It's a vicious struggle to get control back, and I have to turn my phone off and back on a couple of times before I can do anything, including make phone calls. It's not a phone memory problem, because I have loads of available memory. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times, but the issue remains. GrubHub is looking better all the time.

The app is constantly buggy. When one bug is fixed, five more pop up. Currently, you can't even track your order or contact your dasher, and it is infuriating. The two major features of the app are non-functional at the moment. As a former dasher from practically the ground up, I've been through the growing pains from both sides, the customer and the driver. This is getting ridiculous, not having their beta testers catching major bugs in updates and sending it out before it is ready.

Pros: It's convenient; It's free if you have the right credit card Cons: Everything else. It automatically picks fast food chain locations that are farther away than other chain locations, orders are almost always wrong, getting your money back is a huge hassle, the app crashes, drivers spill drinks and then just leave the mess on your porch, and the list goes on. If you're wondering whether or not you should pay for this service, definitely do not.

I had been using the app for a bit and didn't have many problems with it. I have just spent weeks getting emails about a payment failure for the DashPass that I never signed up for and had been canceled a month ago when I found the charge. The agent that first helped me needed the last 4 digits to verify, and when I went to double check, it kicked me from the support. Both agents were great and were trying to be helpful; the second made sure the DashPass was canceled and refunded the charges.

Old review was for app freezing and holding my phone hostage, rendering it unusable until restart the phone. Now that that is fixed, I guess Doordash developers decide it's time for a new bug. This time, the current orders do not show up in the app. You can't talk to the driver, or even see the progress. Had an order where the driver was missing several items, but can't communicate with the deicer because I can't pull it up on the phone! Great job there guys! Way to make the app unusable.

Out of the blue started saying all payment methods are unable to process. Money in all accounts so its not a funds problem. Quick search online shows this is a recurring problem that they never seem to resolve for affected users and isn't bypassed by using something like gift cards or dash pass credits. If you have this issue it's going to be less of a headache to just use some other delivery app than fix doordash.

I've stopped using it. It had no option to sort by time, it was always more expensive than the others, and became glitchy and crashy. Now, it launches without crashing, but asks me to sign in again. Unfortunately, the 1st two problems mean looking up my credentials isn't worth the effort.
