Haven't faced mishandling of food items before. First time I have faced and reported the issue but the after service resolution that they have provided was worst. They have given me 25% of total amount that too they provided coupon that too valid for only 30 days. If person doesn't order within 30 days the coupon will get expired.

Placed the order, just before the expected delivery time someone canceled the order saying that one item was out of stock. They had almost 30 mins to do that but choose to do just before the expected delivery time. Great work Swiggy.

The delivery service from the last few days in the week has been extremely slow. Very pathetic. Nearby orders taking more than 1-1.5 hours to deliver. Although the App shows that it's reaching in 6-7 minutes. No one picks up the phone. When calling customer care, the representative also says he is not able to reach the delivery partner. Service really degrading day by day. What is the use of this kind of online delivery service.

Have used Swiggy many times but didn't face this kind of issue, While placing order it showed offers for payment, I cose to pay to pay thru credit card and after giving all the details and clicked on Proceed it showed a discounted amount, payment page didn't load and when I tried paying again thru the same mode it didn't show the discounted amount, and when I reached out to customer care ,he is giving suggestions to check internet connection,very silly suggestion. No proper response from Swigg

The customer support for swiggy is worse. I've had issues with my orders twice of missing items but all they responded is they cannot do much and suggested me to rate the restaurant. What's the point of them being the third party if they cannot do much about the orders being placed on their platform. Never get to talk to a live representative I only got contacts through email. It's very bad customer service.

Great app with some basic flaws. First of all the distance shown wrong and often the delivery charge is calculated based on the wrong distance. In my case it's hardly 600 mts and the app shows 4km. Another drawback is it shows additional charge saying it's raining when it is not!!.

"Unsatisfactory Experience with Swiggy Delivery" I recently had a disappointing experience with Swiggy. I placed an order, but when the status showed "delivered," I was surprised to find that I hadn't received my food. I contacted Swiggy's customer support, and they provided me with a coupon as compensation, rather than a refund. While I appreciate their attempt to make amends, I would have preferred a refund in this situation. It's important for Swiggy to ensure accurate delivery tracking.

Performance of the app has regressed a lot and sometimes unusable. Delivery executives were never able to connect to me due to issues in Swiggy and I am getting banner that I would get a 100% cancellation fee, when the issue is with Swiggy tech.

If it was possible I would have given Swiggy a minus, swiggy is the worst app I have ever used. I placed an order and one of the item was missing they did not do anything about it. The worst app and I am going to uninstall it.l, I would rather order from the restaurant directly rather than ordering from Swiggy. Why reply on the review when you cannot resolve the issue, just to show other people that you people are so devoted while it is the worst app.

I have been ordering with swiggy over 5 years now and I am facing back to back horrible experiences. They have zero value for your time or money and are ungrateful.. everytime a new reason and every order misses you will have to figure the problem... Poor communication and you have to wait for hours.. uninstalling the app. Don't waste your time and efforts on this brand

I was hungry today and went on swiggy to order a meal for 139rs. You have added delivery fee, GST, platform fee and a tip making my sum total 220rs. That's a ~100% hike on my planned value. It has become very clear and evident that your customer acquisition plans has worked out,but won't continue as I'm not just discontinuing to use this app, I'm going to uninstall it. You may have other users for sure, I will never choose this. Rather prefer to walk to a shop physically and eat 2 meals.

They don't know how to handle customers order. All the items that you receive are not packaged properly. The support staff sucks. They don't provide any justified explanation or do they try to connect with their supervisors. The condition in which the food is coming without proper packing it can damage your electronic items even as you are getting them from the packet. One of the worst application for delivery either foods or products.

their service is pathetic. every time i order something from them, everytime i end up regretting. they mislead by stating lesser time while ordering and then takes double the time. their delivery partner picks delivery so late and food ends up getting cold. this is the last time i am ordering for them. may this post serve as reminder to me if i again get tempted to order from them. zomato is far better.

Off late, service from Swiggy is very pathetic. Delivery partner is not assigned to pick up the order even after 30 mins of palcing the order. It takes 1 hour to assign a delivery partner and to deliver the order from as near as 2.5 kms. The standards have gone down even from the Customer care. They don't have anything to say, except sorry. I doubt if they even have the intention to improve their service.

Remember to NEVER pay in advance, horrible customer service all around. Even if they delay the order by an hour they refuse to cancel it or have any consideration for the customer. It's 100 cancellation charge if you pay in advance but they make sure to deliver on time of you do cash on delivery. The food was stale and the customer service replied after 15 mins. Go for any other delivery app. I will make sure to tell my friends and family

Day by day the experience is getting worse. I have been using this app from a very long time but there is a huge dip in service and customer support is hopeless where one can only escalate or complain what Swiggy wants to listen, for rest keep getting frustrated with no hopes of resolution or even being heard

I recently had financial loss due to swiggy software glitch or UI bug. I've cancelled my order within a minute using swiggy app but without any concern or confirmation the order got cancelled with 100% cancellation fee. I tried reaching out to customer care, dropped a mail but they have not provided me any resolution. I use swiggy a lot & I didn't had such experience till now. I had high expectations for the service.

One word: Horrible. in the past few months, these people have turned customer service into a joke. Not only do they deliver the wrong order, they refuse to refund for it. If you ask them to refund for missing items, they say that images are not clear! I mean what an utter waste of time and energy. Unistalling, shifting to Zomato/Ondc. Was a long time customer, but can't save them anymore.
