Food good and cheaper than alot of shopping places. Convenient and a time saver. Easy good meals. But watch them. You can't skip a week I guess when you need. I screen shot the change to pause but nope they just changed Day to suit them and submitted charge and I paused two days prior to deadline. And not to mention the first time I used. I canceled due to leaving town. Came back over 2 weeks later boxes stacked and rotting all over. Even seen I canceled prior. Didn't get any refund in full

Used to like the idea of this service. The app doesn't even let you cancel your subscription right there anymore, and when I go to the website, it just sends me back to the app that I can't cancel from. Also, it never reminds you when you need to submit your changes by, and delivers food that I may not want. Also, the box always gets delivered late or sent to the wrong address, despite the very clear instructions that I've put. Had to contact customer support way too many times.

At first it was fabulous. fresh veggies and meat. Recently it has been HORRIBLE. In my last order, all my veggies were frozen. I had to go rebuy zucchini and cucumbers in order to complete my meals. Also, the box it came in was squished and all soggy. The food did NOT seem fresh. I am giving it one more try, then I am out. It is very upsetting to me. I used to love this meal delivery service.

I was gifted a free box, but the ingredients aren't listed for certain items (spices, stocks) and I've got severe food allergies to something common in both, so I'm not sure if I can actually eat most of the things listed. The interface is terrible, requiring way to many steps before I can even see the ingredients. It's not clear how to cancel my account through the app, and when I clicked on the help page I got an error. I would prefer if they listed nutritional values as percentages.

Incredibly easy to use recipes, great value, and an excellent introduction to weekly cooking. For an extremely busy person or someone who does not enjoy cooking or prep work, this service is perfect! I personally was just looking for something a little bit more from scratch. The sauces are typically pre-made, the meats are cut for you, the skill level is very low thus very unsatisfactory for someone looking to learn more about cooking or expanding horizons.

The food is creative, delicious, and good quality. I've learned some really cool tips and food hacks which are totally applicable to other meals. I get dinner ideas as well. The portions are great and I love that most meals are well balanced with protein, carbs, and veggies. I think it's a fantastic service and really enjoy it. I hate grocery shopping and Hello Fresh has saved me many a-trips. For those times when something goes wrong, the customer service is, quick, helpful, and effective.

I understand why you aren't sending paper menus anymore to help reduce paper use, but the recipe situation on the app is terrible. You can't read ahead without having to start over. Not being able to see it all on one page has made me mess up every single recipe in my last box. I don't know if the website is better than the app, but just put it in list format or something please. It's so annoying and it makes it so much less of an enjoyable experience. I've been using hellofresh for 2 years.

The food is really good. There's a large variety to select each week (watch out for the meals that charge extra!!!). I love that you can pick meals up to 6 weeks in advance. The prep time is very inaccurate. My first box was missing a recipe card. Which I can just look it up, but a bit frustrating since I'm paying for the fact it's convenient. The "market" options are very expensive. Produce has always been of great quality so far. Delivers on time.

It's frustrating to edit settings in the app. I want to change my delivery address and seemingly can't find it anywhere in the app. I go to profile settings, can only update username, password, or delivery window. Same when I go to edit my plan. Or deactivating a plan for that matter. App needs a lot of improvement when it comes to basic navigation. Makes me not want to resubscribe.

Pretty good service, recipes are usually tasty, but I have two issues: 1. I enjoy getting a couple recipes once every few weeks. Being able to not automatically opt in for recipes each weeks would be nice to be able to do so I don't accidentally have an order show up while I'm traveling. Unfortunately this is not an option. 2. The app does not let you cancel your account. Also, when I tried to cancel in browser, it is also not an option on mobile devices. Pretty sleezy tactic.

A bit pricy... it's mostly pork with options for chicken or steak to be extra. Some interesting meals are $10 extra a person! (that's $40 extra for one meal for 4) Can't unsubscribe from the app, just skip meals, a lot of teams I forget to skip and by the time I get a notification, it's too late. Overall I've like the recipes and food is delicious.

I love this app. It's definitely easy to use for picking out what meals for the week, and then having the directions with timers is great! The only thing I wish was different is the ability to choose allergies. My husband and I do the meat and veggies option, but a lot of the choices include shrimp, and I am allergic to shellfish. I wish there was a way to choose to not have shellfish options, so more options I am able to have and try show up. Love the meals we do get though!

Sometimes the produce is less fresh than I would select, but overall the meals have been very good and easy to prepare. Would also like the option for leaner meat, even at additional cost. I also like the improvements in the boxing. I really wish the app had a reminder feature to let you know the last day to modify your order. Seems simple enough and would be a great improvement to the app. Would also be nice to have a personalized recipe book for favorites.

I love most of the foods. Excellent customer service. The food options are getting less varied. Too much of the same ingedients, ie., pasta, potatoes. Any steak now cost additional. Fish choice is very limited and seems to go quickly anyway. Getting bored with choices. However, the meals are always very good, easy to make. It took me a week or two to get used to the cooking process but now i move along much quicker. Ive also learned alot about combining different foods.

We've been happy with the service when the delivery & supply chain issues are resolved. But the app itself still has bugs. Currently, for some reason, I cannot log in the Android app, but I am still able to access the web page. Other bugs include certain functions, like attempting to access menu selection or preferences, which randomly cause the app to crash. Sometimes it gets resolved after I log into the website, but it's not predictable. Hello Fresh as a service, however, is great! Delicious

The app is pretty easy to use. Note that switching to ONCE A MONTH is an option, but I did not see it offered, until I chose to cancel the weekly service. (I see that NOW they've added a "delivery frequency" option, to your profile in the app.) The meals are great, although I wish there was a vegan option (not just vegetarian) because I've been throwing away the cheeses. (There is no way to cancel through the app. That has to be done on the website.)

Just thought I'd let you know, I'm trying to reactivate using the 75% off notification you send me, but when I click on it, it shows the reactivation screen, and then immediately puts up a blank screen and I can't reactivate my account. I've tried clearing the app data and starting over, uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing works, so... Good job. Can't give you money because you won't let me

Pros: We love the meals and the various options. They are easy to prepare and, for the most part, the meats are good quality. Cons: You can't get credits or use codes while on the beginning plan. Any credits you get are kept on your account until you complete the 8 box purchase, then they get applied. I don't like getting charged in two separate pieces for what's included in the plan and what meals have additional prices.
