Took around 40 minutes to receive an email code for two factor authentication which you must do each time as the app doesn't seem to retain login details. Then, because obviously no one spends 40 minutes in a Subway, you get a receipt which you then can't use the code for on the same day of purchase. Other Apps and Companies don't have these sorts of issues, they are all hurdles to make earning points and thus discounts harder. It's so obvious, you treat us customers like we're idiots.

Not all shops do click and collect. My mistake but it was very easy to order to the wrong shop as it shows the nearest, but then told me a different shop. Both close in time. Ordered food to collect, I was late due to traffic and it wasn't even ready. Don't think I'll be using agajn

I am just fedup with your subway app. Whenever I try to login it says unknown error occurred. I have reset the password and it got successfully changed but when I went to login on app it gave me same error. At this same subway last week also I bought food 2times but I could not got my reward. This app is just a waste. I am very pissed. Kindly fix the issue 🙏

Useless app! This is THE MOST USELESS APP on my device. Constantly asking you to log in again, then sends a verification code to email which takes an age to arrive, if it arrives at all, by which time, the code has expired so need another verification code. USELESS. Seems a bit of a con to me.

My local Subway is 0.2m from my house. I order from it regularly. Today I placed my order and went to the store to collect, only to find they didn't have it. For some reason mobile ordering wasn't available (though they knew nothing about this in store). Instead, the order was sent to a Subway 5 miles away. Did they app think it prudent to say anything before defaulting to a different store? Nope. Really poor user experience.

Some of the app functions don't work properly i.e. friend referral, sign-on issues, password reset, offers etc ... Find the app very tedious when it plays up and actually end up not refering or ordering. Subs are nice though when I go in store. Subway tech team, improve your app please as it's putting customers off ordering Subway !

Works alright, apart from a couple of things. You can't redeem your points when ordering for pick-up. Order summary only shows how much you've paid in total rather than show the price next to each item on the list.

Next to useless. Constantly logs you out and every time you log back in it says it has sent you a verification code in an email; I've never received this email in under 30 mins, usually nearer the hour mark. This means to use this app you have to plan in advance and try to remember to start the login process over an hour before you need it.

Verification code requested every single time. Would be fine if the email came through straight away. But it takes ages to process. Once you're in, the app is fine, but it is difficult to get into the app quickly.

Tried the the new subway series with the bogof offer. First purchase made through the app for collection, that doesn't qualify, has to be done in store. Please make that clearer on the app. Second purchase, made in store and and scanned the barcode at the till, points not allocated so I had to get an iou receipt, no free sub as advertised though. Third purchase today, can't open the app as it needs an update, go to update it in store and there is no update available, just open and uninstall.

This app now defaults to double verification - it's a sandwich app for goodness sake! So despite me logging in they send a code to email, I don't do email on phone - security! I can't use it when out in a shop, hence useless. If you could change verification to text, I could use it again. Very ill thought out by developer who has no idea how app used in real world...

Worst app ever, navigation through the menus is time consuming, I'd advise ordering 1 hour before your actual lunch, if your lucky. Forgot password, requested to change, great your password has been changed, try to log in and sorry unable to connect, tried several times with new password still didn't work. If there was an option to check out as a guest more people would probably use the app & maybe a section with favourites in it so the next time u go to order its the click of a button and done

The app is dreadful. It'll double charge you as it struggles to communicate orders to shops. Customer service is nearly inexistent and you won't find a resolution with them. In my case they passed me along to the shop itself, then told me to contact PayPal. They just aren't interested. I would avoid this app and order at the counter.

I honestly believe that the app know when I plan on going to a Subway and logs itself out. Then, when trying to log in, it stops working.

The offers do not load up properly with a code or anything just a banner and the shop cannot redeem it. Logged me out again for no reason. *please* change the menu back to the classic menu not this Series one 😭

App doesn't stay logged in and insists on emailing you a verification code. Great, except my email is on my computer not my phone and when I reopen the app I need to login in and re-verify. Don't need to do this with other apps... Once you're in, you're in

App telling me to update. When I hit the tab it takes me to app store and there is no update option. Now locked out of app so can't buy anything or use my existing points!! Update - can now suddenly open the app but it's saying my 'Internet connection is sub-par' and that I may be offline, which is untrue because I have wifi and can also open all my other apps. On 4G as well. So, I STILL can't use the app!

Will log you out and won't let you log back in. Keeps telling you that you have a wrong password even when you've just changed it. Useless.
