They deliver duplicate product and there is no option for refund for any item .even if they delivered it in damaged condition. And if you try to reach out they say that window is closed for the order . Fraud app . Don't install it .they are there to steal your money.going to uninstall it.

Blinkit has started cheating. Order was changed. I did not Order an item which was expensive and expired but was charged for it, I don't know how as item not mentioned in the main bill. Customer care initially told me that you will be refunded but neither got a refund nor am option of replacement was given. After reading reviews i think this is becoming a common experience of the customers now.

Very bad service, not returning stale products. I ordered two cosmetics products, in both they sent me the very different product, I think we can give some more money and order from some other website, atleast we will get what is shown in picture. These guys send whatever is available in old stock ; rather we can spend some more money n get new product.

I am MOST disappointed with Blinkit customer service. I have been an old customer and had no complaints till the last order. My issue is not listed in the support chat. I have sent 2-3 emails with all details but all I get is an automated response which says some one will get it touch within 24 hours.....but days have passed with no one getting in touch. I've left my money by returning the products, but no refund has been given Blinkit is good as long as you order.but have NO customer service!

I always find it a problem getting anything delivered to my place. The tracking map shows a completely different location for the address I have typed. The delivery people always end up at the location shown in the tracking map and not the address typed. Even if the map is pinned to the desired location before ordering it still goes back to the wrong location after ordering. I have complained many times but all in vain.

Blinkit is the worst grocery delivery app. They deliver expired, packets in extremely dirty conditions and rotten products. The quality of the products delivered are pathetic. They shouldn't quote a 10 min delivery. It takes an hour for them to deliver products. I will never suggest anyone to use this platform.

70 percent items were missing. This is the worst experience I have ever had. And y are the bags not sealed. It can be tampered. The response team is very slow. Still not fixed my issues. I always order from swiggy instamart, they are soo good. Blinkit services are pathetic. Irresponsible. And the fruits are stale and with insects. Can u believe that. I suggest others also not to use this app. Horrible Horrible.

Lure customers with False & Misleading offers. They have started a Freebie offer on orders above 300, but they auto remove freebie after order is placed. And since their APIs are not working properly, the order summary does not reflect the Freebie. Eventually it appears as if customer has not added Freebie and it is customer's error and not of the App. It's better to go to Swiggy or Amazon Fresh.

I had a rather unpleasant experience with my first order. Unfortunately, I received it with some items missing. I did report this issue to your support team, but they informed me after checking with the store that all items were delivered. However, I'm quite certain that some items were indeed missing from my order. I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter and finding a solution.

They are wiping off the local grocery businesses and their livelihood, creating massive waste and carbon footprint, and they don't even learn the good practices from the locals. Also the veggies and fruits are of poor quality. I use their services only for emergency. If one product is not in stock out of several things you ordered and you payed for it, you are assuming the items will arrive. But they would come to know unavailability later on and cancel the whole order.

Great Quality products and excellent service. loving all options here. Update: We still use it regularly but since last 2-3 deliveries, the food package came covered with dust stuck to it. There were packets of dal, spice powder, seeds etc. All had to be washer before opening.Pls recommend to store it in a nice clean place and transport in a hygienically. It's something we put in our mouth. That'd be very helpful!.

The app's user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making shopping a breeze. It would be helpful to have more detailed product descriptions for better informed purchasing decisions. Real-time inventory updates would improve the shopping experience by preventing out-of-stock surprises during checkout. Overall I rate it 10 out of 10

Had a bad experience today where my order was cancelled just because the delivery boy could not find the location. I have been ordering from Blinkit ever since it started, and orders come almost daily, so the reason was strange. What was worse, I got a message saying the order was cancelled on my request! Totally unprofessional! If the delivery boy had told me where he was, and unable to find location, would have guided him. Utterly uncalled for, defeating itd very purpose !

You are taking your customers for granted. I received a bad quality item and it has been replaced twice even when I have reported bad quality of the brand. Every delivery executive tells me to mention to customer support. The last one tried to help but I could see no option on app to return the delivery. Cannot you help with refund when the replacement is not working Have mailed on said ID, still no redressal

Orders take far more time than they show that they will. Not good. It was better before Zomato acquired this brand. Now swiggy instamart is better. This is to update that the time shown on the app for delivery is merely a joke and nothing to do with the actual delivery time. The orders are delayed but there is nothing you can do about it. Sick of their service or rather the lack of it.

Very poor customer support. You only have to connect through chat regarding the order only. For any other issues you can't connect to the customer care. If you get any wrong items it is very difficult to replace it. It's been now more than 24 hrs but still they could not solve a simple issue, just to replace a item. This is their business model. Send wrong items of less value and the customer has to contact the customer care only through chat.

Blinkit doesn't have a cancel my order option! You won't be able to add more things to your order once it's placed. This is very inconvenient!! Very poor customer support. It used to be a great app, I'm very disappointed.
