The app itself is okay. However the only problem I have is that the menu is still in Hungarian and everything else is in English. Edit: after the change it got worse, the timing is horrible and the food is almost always late. Also, after the delivery I never get an option tor ate the delivery / food. Now giving 1 star.

The new version of the app is pathetic. I cant talk to help desk and even the filters are not user friendly. To add to injury, I ordered the food, the money got deducted and later the order got cancelled due to technical glitch (as told by bank). Now I can't reach out to help desk for Refund. The Bank says reach out to netpincer, but netpincer is not reachable. Netpincer should have stopped online orders if they had technical issues. Very bad experience.

Why did you change the UI of the app? It's terrible now, especially for non Hungarian speakers. The menu inside does not expand, we can't see what's exactly is in our cart before pay, and it does not translate the menu like it did before. Please review the UI/UX design, because it changed for the worse for sure!! I'm having to use other apps because I simply don't understand anything inside yours!

Don't fall for their sales scams. They will tell you before you register and before you create your account that as a new user you are entitled to cheaper order based on 'coupons' that then their system does not accept, saying something in the line 'you can't use this voucher with this account'. And their so called 'lightning vouchers' are even worse. This company just like others are doing very badly in Hungary and other countries since the lockdowns ended and the inflation, so they scam.

The only reason to use this service is the option to pay with the Szép Kartya. The search engine is not capable of finding anything, I can't even click on the restaurant from the order list, the option "reorder" is limited to exactly what I ordered last time. You can't search in the different categories such as Free Delivery, you just need to be lucky by scrolling.

They are listing place as open and after a few minutes of leaving my order they just cancel the order and promising refund. Customer service is generally unavailable. after more than two hours of placing my order I can't reach neither the restaurant nor the customer service to cancel it. The restaurant actually have a different phone number than the one listed on the "customer service" page by Netpincer

Cannot order. Phone number verification in Slovakia doesn't work with a Czech number..Or who knows what else doesn't work. I wish you never acquired a local service that actually worked. Goodnight my fellow hungry users

The old design was not perfect but it was better then the current for sure. The item description page open is a big overhead. The simple pay app integration is not working well with the custom chrome tab and there is no option to disable it go right to the default browser, also if you redirect to the app then the flow is totally lost and had to restart this app to check the order status

I just don't understand this app. How is it possible that I can order food from the website, but If I download the app it says that they aren't delivering in my area yet? Same location, same day. Like what the ....?

It used to work but lately it doesn't start. When I tap to start it, it shows the logo, then the waiting animation (static, though) for about half a second, then it vanishes. I guess it's an exception somewhere. Tried to restart the phone, no change. I'm using it on a Huawei Pro 30 (VOG-L29), build No. 11.0.0.138, Android 10.

Since the new update only the main page is in English and not even the whole text translated. Whenever I open a restaurant it switches to Hungarian and I have no idea what I am reading. My previous orders on the main screen seem to be shuffled and when I go to the My Orders page to there are only 2 restaurants and if I seek assistance, the website says we'll contact in 24 hours... Favorite restaurants option seems like no longer there so I can't find what restaurants I had saved there.

This latest update is both horrible and great at the same time... 1. I can no longer pay with simple app (which might not even be a problem because it never really worked well anyway) 2. The looks are better, menu placements look more logical. So uh... I'm undecided, the app does what I want it to do... Mostly :D

The new app/site is just terrible. I know that the old design was kinda retro, but it did what it had to. Now, if I try to open a food for more details, it just throws it into the cart. Half of my addresses are gone, the other half is doubled with the same name. And this is just after 2 minutes... Tipping the delivery guy in ADVANCE is also nonsense. You can still order food tho, so 2 stars.

All around good app, but definitely in need of some refinement. The address handling is painful. There is no way to know if my address was saved correctly, I cannot see if the door number and such detailed info is correct. The feedback system basically non existent right now. The badge popup widget is annoying. It should not disappear on scrolling or disappear for the session, but the blinking icon is simply distracting.

Support asked me to provide photo of the items that haven't been delivered. At least act like you cared!

Its usually a good app. However sometimes you are making a purchase, and after you spend a lot of time to make choises and so on, once you click to finalize and go to the payment a messagem of "something went wrong appear" and all the choses you made dissapier. After you look for the restaurant again and its no longer available, not even as closed. This happened so much times and usually at night in the weekend.. its very stressing and frustating

The application was 2 years ago only in Hungarian, it was very difficult to order food via the app because of the language.now the design has been changed, English can be chosen, new restaurants. But the only inconvenient thing here, that food offers by restaurants, still in Hungarian. Hope this point will be taken into consideration sooner.

The previous version was almost perfect in every way. Now it's an illogical mess while trying to copy the layout of the competiton, but in a twisted way. Plus my order history disappeared, also 2 of my favourite restaurants. Some of the functions are super illogical like removing stuff from your cart or the category tabs when you are trying to select food (also the layout is bugged sometimes). It's unclear for me why did they change this app so drastically, when the previous version was great.
