Absolutely horrible app, there are always some technical issues, plus the delivery gets botched up sometimes, and never reaches.

Very slow loading/response time in the app. There also are bugs specially when dialogs pop up. They close automatically without letting the user finish the activity. For example, I couldn't save the address detected by the app. Each time I need to turn on location and detect manually. Needs lots of testing and optimization.

Orders will always be late. Delivery person comes at his own will. Restaurant makes food on time. But delivery is very bad. They pick up order but do not start journey unless you have called restaurant and rider 2-3 times. And if you make advance payment then you are lucky if you get your order. If this Kamal guy is your delivery person then be ready to handle the rudeness and arrogance. He treats customers like it is customer's mistake that he had to come out of AC building to deliver food

I ordered food at around 6pm and it's freaking 9pm and the food had still not arrived. I called burger king but the staff keeps changing the topic and declined the call And after several times they started declining the call again and again and not answering the calls. So poor service and disappointing and the delivery charges are also so high

Most frustrating. There is no Customer support at all. The Restaurant number is never answered. Chat does not work most of the time. Orders dont get delivered and there is no one to complain to

At 1st I was able to place the order in this app and the was delivered successfully too but later on after that order I was unable to place the order again it this app because of Location. I don't know what happened to this app later. This is so frustrating to me.

Ordered a burger at 10.50 and did not recieve it at all .There is no working customer care number , restuarant number and no freaking delivery guy number .The track order does not work and the chat never reply except for saying Hi .If you plan on using this app ,please reconsider ..there is one good thing - they refunded the amount as cancellation .there is a lot bugs in the app that needs to be fixed and need proper customer care support.

Disappointed with how BK is changing. Increase in pricing aside, they are making it difficult to buy the favorite items alone and forcing to buy combos. For eg. we can't buy a veg taco alone, we have to buy it now as a combo along with fries. And on weekends, you can only buy meals, not single items. Then you don't have coke, so we can only buy the meal with that milkshake. Who eats burger with milk shake? I order much less now from BK. Hopefully capitalism works and a worthy competitor arrives.

Thei AI assitant is the worst i have come across. No transparency, you dont even know where your food is. Very slow delivery. By the time they deliver your food, it will be cold and you probably wouldve run out of hunger. Very bad app.

Was good till a few months ago when i used my crowns to get free items. The order was placed but I contacted the restaurant to ask when will I receive it as it had been more than an hour but they replied they haven't recieved order by order id I gave them. My crowns were wasted and order was pending for weeks. The support team refunded crowns after 1-2 mails bit now I can't order anything as I always receive same message "sorry we can't receive your order as there is high demand at the moment".

The worst app ever. The application chat option is not responding and the restaurant switched off the phone.

Bad experience . not satisfied . Food is neither hot nor tasty and not at all worth the price . the wooper patty is not at all tasty any more neither the quality was good and a very bad service. Never going to visit again . 😠

It's impossible to order from this app, it's always 'Too busy with orders', even if the store had one order, you wouldn't be able to place one

I ordered my food(prepaid) via website and now there's no update after an hour also it shows pending status. I wrote 3 mails to customer support with ss of the order but no response frm them, I have already wrote mails and no1 replies very bad service

The app lacks basic functionality like proper order tracking. Feels like a brand like burger King hasn't put the slightest effort in their app.

The store managers make sure you don't get your food on time if you order it from this app and Not from Swiggy. It took them 1 hours to reach my home present at 400 metres from store, while Swiggy took less than 15 mins to reach me. Also their customer support email will reply once in every 2 days. They create support ticket but its never resolved and stays pending for weeks.. worst experience ever. Do not use this app. Order and Eat burgers from McDonald's App only. Atleast they'll reply you.

Burger King dine in app scam!! It provides offers in app for dine in. But when you go to the store and use the app to order you are not able to check out. It mean you are not able to avail the offers mentioned it the app. It's a bait to lure in customer to come to the store

The dress code or t-shirt color is too faded..you have to think about the dress code color which looks decent always not to be faded. That increases your Quality and the beauty
