First issue, the address fields are off. The "Name" field is actually the instructions you're supposed to give your delivery driver. Which is VERY confusing the very first time I used it. If it wasn't for the automatic receipt I got in my email I wouldn't have picked up on it. The biggest issue, once your order is placed you have NO CLUE what third party service is making the delivery. There are no live updates in the app, the third party also doesn't send you any updates. This has to be fixed

The app is fairly user friendly, and I appreciate that the items are cheaper through their own app versus through a third party like DoorDash. My biggest nitpick would be that the location nearest to me was UNLISTED until I gave the app permissions to use my phone's GPS location. The cafe nearest to me wasn't in the list of places in Florida, it didn't appear when I put in the address, but the minute I gave Tropical Smoothie Cafe permission to access my phone's GPS, it pops right up; irritating.

Needs a ton of work. The Facebook login integration does not work/connect. Password reset send an email with a link you have to copy and paste rather than click a reset button. Customer service through the app does not respond. Lastly every other time you try to checkout with the card saved in the app it gives some cryptic error. Hopefully the next version is better.

I've had only problems since updating to the new version as well as losing my point balance. I used the previous version almost daily with no problems. I see no improvement with the restructured reward program or the new app. I previously ordered at least 4-5 times per week. I doubt I average 5 per month now. Don't fix what isn't broken.

No longer able to order thru the app, favorite orders are no longer saved, payment methods are missing. I tried four times to complete an order only to get through the entire process, attempt to submit payment and the app either shuts down completely, or it says I need to enter a pickup time, which mysteriously disappears after you go to the next screen. Very frustrating!

This app is extremely poor put together. Most of the time the rewards will not apply at checkout even when the setting is checked to use the reward. I tried to get these rewards after the fact and the cashier's were unable to fix the transaction. Otherwise the interface is outdated and horrendously slow. There are lags on every touch to navigate and then each screen has to load slowly before you can even order.

The new update is awful. The edit options are different on every page. Sometimes you swipe left/right, sometimes it's a tiny drop down. If you forgot to choose an option like a side it doesn't tell you what you forgot. The previous UI was clean, compact, and fast. I love this restaurant but the new UI sucks

Love this app! Easy to navigate and make an inexpensive purchase. Love Tropical Smoothie in general! Smoothies are my favorite, but not sure about the food since I've never tried it! Once you make an account, you get a free drink on your second check-in, at least at the location I went to! Absolutely love the points and rewards system! Defintely recommended if you love smoothies!

Love, love, love Tropical Smoothies. I get a free smoothie every month by scanning my receipts. The app is quick and simple to use. I would give it 5 stars except sometimes my credit card won't save in the app. Also you have to keep your receipts to make sure you get the points. It doesn't automatically give you them when you scan at the counter. Just a note to let the developers know. Maybe it can be fixed. I read some reviews and I think it is user error not the app.

Typing in my zip code brings up 0 results even though I know of a few locations near me. It also brought up 0 results when I entered the city in which I know there is one. I'm also frustrated that every time I open the app I have to search for locations, where in the old version I had several locations saved and I could just scroll through my saved locations. It only allows me to save one location.

No app is more deserving of a new review more than this one. The bad. App has trouble scanning receipts after purchasing in person. Lots of barcode invalid errors and app seems to lock receipts to being near a cafe. The good. The customization options are great, seeing all the choices is better than walking in and asking what can I add. Notifications when you get free smoothies or discounts and rewards. Notifications for new flavors etc. Easy to pay and order, get more points. great recovery!

They redid the app, which is fine. However, you can't make a lot of changes to your food order and it continuously asks you to enable location, even after you've finished your order. I had to close the app for it to stop. Which is very frustrating. I favorite the closest location to not use my location services.

The app works when it wants to. I had a welcome coupon for a free smoothie and I wanted to order two of them. When I entered my debit card information and tapped send I received a message that said the coupon was not valid. I tried three times and got the same message each time. I ended up erasing the order and restarted my phone in hopes of getting the coupon back but it was gone. I guess I will have to have any coupon scanned at the register from now on.

Downgrade! This new app totally sucks. You can no longer pay directly from the app when ordering in store. It no longer automatically scans to give you your points. It no longer automatically uses your rewards. Instead you have to remember to manually claim the rewards and if you don't it doesn't give you the extra points to earn multiple Rewards. This app is trash! They need to revert back to the old one. I'm about to start going to Smoothie King instead.

I have used this for more than 2 years, it's a decent app. I have two issues though: it rarely ever allows me to find smoothie cafe locations as I always get "no locations found in your area" and I am at Super Charged level for more than 4 months but I have not once been able to use my reward for a free supplement because a message pops up saying "Offer not valid with this purchase" for any of the supplements. Aside from these two issues, the app is super easy to use.

I use this all the time but it has strange problems. There's an option to tip but if you try to it tells you they don't accept tips and clears out your order so you have to start again. And it will routinely tell me some items arent available even though the shop has them or will crash while submitting an order....all of which require you to start all over. It would probably be less annoying if it didnt completely clear the order.

For a corporate chain, during COVID, there are a number of improvements Tropical Smoothie could implement that would make this app more user friendly and less frustrating. For starters, do away with the process that clears the cart everytime an input is selected that confuses the app and requires a customer to start from scratch. It really shouldn't be this hard to give a company money.

Since the update I can't login at all even after my FB account says I have. It just won't go any further than the login page. It also closed out completely on its own when trying to reopen. I've restarted the app a few times and it still does the same thing. I tried to order on the website, but there was no where I could login that I could find. I'd hate to lose the progress on my rewards. Plus the app helps me order online when I'm in a hurry to work. Really bummed, I hope it gets fixed soon.
