The English translations are top notch and every thing I've ordered has been delivered to me under 30 min. Just hope we can all use less plastics and recycle by cleaning out the food before we throw it in reclying =)

The worst delivery app I have ever used. Not many restaurants I can order from, expensive, after 22pm almost all places are closed, don't understand why they need photo of my card, can't use overseas card but the app is using English this have no logic I found it discriminating and not ready for foreigners customers.

Program hangs on the flash screen and won't open. Update: Thank you for the customer service number, but I'm using the English version because I don't know Korean. All of your phone options are in Korean, so I have no idea what to choose. Please give me an alternative way to contact you.

Jeju Coupang Eats is really bad. Most restaurants do not partake in delivery.

Cheetah and Free Delivery are both lies. Fees are rising, and stores charge more on the app than in the store, which makes no sense. Korea frequently offers discounts for ToGo orders, so charging more in the app is just taking advantage of the pandemic. What was once a great convenience is now just greedy.

Unable to purchase food unless you have Korean bank card, which seems a bit ridiculous. I've traveled and lived in different countries and I have used food apps and never had a problem using my bank card from my home country(USA). I use VISA and MASTERCARD which are accepted everywhere in the world but not on your food app. disappointing

The delivery fees are too high. The charges are misleading. Some places advertise free delivery but when you click on the drop down menu it reveals that free delivery is only over a certain order amount that is quite high. For exampleMcdonalds used to be free delivery for orders of 12 000W now you have to spend 13 000W to get a delivery fee of 2700W

Misleading Advertisement. The main advertising point of why they say they are better than their competitors is that their deliveries are quicker. The direct + quicker delivery was prevent the food being ruined. However, due to lack of securing enough drivers for various reasons, a pizza I ordered were left to chill because the restaurant was not able to secure a driver. Why would they charge the restaurant so much if they cannot secure them a driver for extended amount of time?

Unless you have a Korean issued credit card/debit (CC), the Coupang Eats app requires the payment via bank or CC before you can complete your order. Shoppers do not have the option to pay upon delivery. I know what you're thinking...... too easy right, just enter your CC info? Nope!. Unlike, American issued cards, the Korean cards have a password/code, not the 3 digit CVV number on the back of the card, and actual password/code. This app is useless to American issued CC/debits.

The app starts off in English but most restaurants have menus in Korean. Since I currently read Korean like a 2yo I use Papago app to translate... or say heck with it, let's live adventurously! and choose a tasty looking image. The app also works in more populated areas and only with restaurants registered nearby. E.g if I was in Hongdae, restaurants in Gangnam don't show up. So far I've had an alright time ordering, but if your order is wrong or late, the callcenter can't speak English.

Suoer convenient to use, plus it has English support. Unfortunately, being outside of Seoul I've experienced many rejections from the stores as they were out of stock. As an example; I've wanted to order coffee and cake, it took me 4 tries for different coffee shops.

Great for foreigners ordering food in Korea. It would be nice if we could translate some of the menus or make them available in multiple languages. Otherwise pretty easy to use and reliable.

I wish there was more places to choose from like on other delivery apps here in Korea, but I really like having the English option, and easy payment method tied to Coupang. For some reason paying is a real headache for me on other apps.
