Automations are Gods and humans are unreachable. Many good things, but I accidentally put something for sale that was immediately purchased by a bot, and it was irreversible and impossible to contour (seemingly). Chatbots are decent, but making a human so unreachable makes users freak (3h for human available becomes 3 days, and there's not even a hard way to reach a human). Being able to at least use ticketswap bot to buy back a ticket or probe users to sell it at a desired price would be great.

tickets are now almost double the original prices. It used to be a 20% limit. ticketswap is turning into a scammy business unfortunately.

I gave it 5 stars in the past, but due to their shuffle of wanted tickets, it is no longer possible to get 2 tickets at the same time, so this makes the app useless.

I identified myself but it was apparently not accepted. No messages whatsoever about it and 2 weeks later I found out myself when I wanted to reduce the price. They hadn't go on sales yet even!

After 1 month obsessing with this app and clicking every option within milliseconds, I think it is an absolute waste of time. Don't loose your time

Great app. Bug in sending thank you picture to person selling the ticket. I cannot select a picture only a pdf, and the latter does give an error as well. Suggestion: create a "smart pool" with notifications for new tickets. I would love getting fewer notifications if the chances go up that I'll be able to actually get it without someone else already paying.

The app returns a bunch of errors if you try to download the ticket. If the ticket does not work at the event, there is no way to report it but to wait for an email after the event and press 'the ticket did not work ' button. BUT if you do it on a device with the app installed, it automatically opens the app and hangs permanently! At this point I am convinced that this is not a bug but an intentional design choice, in order to bully unhappy users into dropping attempts to get their money back.

They should fix their notification system. There seems to be a delay. Even if you click on the notification immediately there seem to be someone already paying. The ticket swap webpage on my computer shows tickets before my phone get the notification. This is super frustrating. I missed 60 tickets over the last few days while being on my phone almost constantly.

GREAT because there are always tickets available and there is a price limit and ticket control to ensure you won't get scammed! BUT!!! When you really want a ticket, the app give you notifications when you activate it. Those notifications probably aren't as fast on every OS, I wonder... And when you decide to stay on the page and refresh it to be first when those tickets are uploaded, after a while "Error 403" pops up and the app is unusable untill a certain amount of time! Not great! 🤔

The notifications about the tickets are way to late. I only receive the notification when somebody already bought the ticket.. well I don't need this kind of information when I set ticket alert..what's the point... Please fix it!

While the raffle system sounds good in theory, the notifications come too late aparently. I click right away on them and the raffle is already done. Many times it shows errors. The lucky charm system also seems very random and useless. A lot of work still needed for it to be functional. Till then, it's pretty frustrating.

App doesn't send notifications to everyone simultaneously. Technically it isn't possible. So you can never buy a ticket even if you have notifications turned on and click instantly when you get a notification. Instead they should just create a list of waiting people so you know which number in the list you are. This way it will be real first come first serve. Bad app, bad design with simply goal to open it more often and click but not to able to work for you.

There should be a CAPTCHA when buying a ticket. There are some internet scripts-kiddies catching those desired tickets from under your nose.

Horrible raffle system... i have been getting every ticket I needed for years now through Ticketswap by putting all my attention to this. Now with a raffle system where TS randomly chooses someone between 1000+ other raffle participants, my chances of getting tickets have become non-existent. I really hope TS looks back at this strategy and eventually turns this raffle system off soon.

I hope the app is still in development. It definitely needs more security options for the buyers! I just got ripped off for buying a ticket which was falsely described in the wrong sector of a big hall and I ended up watching the show alone, apart from all my friends, because you see the actual ticket only once you pay for it and there is no option for an instant return :( At least the description of the ticket's area/sector should be double checked by the app when the venue is big and divided!

I was scammed, i bought a ticket which turned out to be for 2022 and it already has a name on it.. ticketswap does not answer their phone or messages, all i can do is repeatedly send the same automatic message and a robot keeps saying the same thing... i cannot contact the seller or the app, i was ripped and i do NOT recommend the app. I have already contacted my banck for fraud and my bank contacted the police

Terrible customer service, just hope you never encounter a problem with a ticket you bought through this platform or you will have to solve it yourself.

Bought a ticket for a concert last week and was not able to get in - was informed the ticket was already used. Got in contact with the vendor who said "can't help you, get support from the app". It's been a week and they have not returned my contact yet - automatic response just says "expect extended waiting time"
