I love the one stop app. It let's me see everything I need to know for event. I love that I can order from my seat. tickets are easy to find. map of location...takes the stress away since I don't feel computer suave. also I noticed since I have set account with them they let me know of current and future events.

Horrible! Purchased Akron Zips vs Buffalo football tickets which the app said we received. Printed them and the tickets were for the Akron's rival, Kent State vs Miami game! Customer service would not help kept saying we have the tickets we purchased. I'ĺl have to find somewhere else to buy our Cleveland Monsters tickets .

No customer service. If for any reason you're locked out of your account and the password reset function does not work for you, you have no way of contacting them and may miss your concert. I would not recommend buying anything from seat geek given how little they want to talk to their customers. Thanks for becoming the new Ticketmaster.

There buyer protection is a load of bullsh*t. 20 minutes after the event started I still did not have my tickets to the event. Reaching out to customer service was less than useless. 30 minutes after the event had started I was told my case was being escalated but it would be at least an hour before a resolution was made. Although there were numerous tickets still available, the refused to provide me with a better ticket pet their buyer protection. They wanted to issue a credit for a future ev

They're happy to sell your tickets for a relatively large fee. But, not so willing to pay you, or even make it simple to view the status of your payment. I will sell somewhere else next time. Ashamed of my school's athletic dept. forcing this service on season ticket holders. Never had issues with stubhub.

Edit: after calling customer service, I got the 300 back to my account. That's good, but still not great that I had to call customer service for that. Was scammed out of 300 dollars. Bought tickets, event got cancelled, and seatgeek will on give me "credit" for a single future purchase.

So far not a good impression, why is it that every time I want to log I to the app I have to get an email send with a link to log in the app?? And 99% of the times the link doesn't do anything to open the app!! Until I keep trying over and over with the same process and I can't still see my tickets??

Tried to get tickets to a football game. Purchased tickets 3 different times only to find out 10 minutes later each time that they couldn't process the order. So lame. Will never use this site again. Would give negative stars if I could.

Very disappointed bought tickets to see metallica with fees and taxes $444.18 parking pass 94.38. Upon arriving tried to purchase beverages was told entire stadium was cashless. You have policies on your website but do not disclose about this. For that we didn't get to see the concert. For I'm diabetic. We had to leave to get prepaid card then was not allowed reentry. What a joke now I'm out $538.56 and didn't get to enjoy the concert. Horrible. First time and last time use your service

Avoid, they lie. I purchased tickets the morning of a game. It specifically said instant delivery of tickets. 20 minutes after purchase, no tickets have arrived. So I call their support and the agent knew that the tickets would only be sent 2 hours before the event. I had to leave 6 hours before just to get there on time. I was not comfortable driving 4 hours to hopefully get our tickets 2 hours before the game. They lie right to your face, it's not instant delivery.

Promises instant delivery and then totally back pedals. Gates opened to my event twenty minutes ago and customer service chat has informed me I don't have a valid issue until 30 minutes before my event starts. Given security parameters of many large sporting events in this day and age this is wholy unacceptable. Update: they strung me along until the 6:30 kick-off before even attempting to resolve the issue. 15 minutes later and I had to buy tickets elsewhere. Update 2: No response to the email

No way to actually reach customer service for an issue selling tickets once they are sold. The only link to customer service is in the tickets section after you have bought tickets. Sold tickets for an event that was 3 days ago yet have had no acknowledgement by email and no way to contact customer service since I haven't actually bought tickets. Just a useless bot telling me to use the non existent link. Seller beware, they appear to want to hold your money. Edit: why is CS email not in app?

Less than 0 stars. Only app that makes me want to destroy my phone, repeatedly entering my phone info in so I can buy a ticket. Just for it not to save and ask for you to enter you phone number again. Impossible to actually buy the product this app sells -> makes it worthless

Scammed me and claimed I didn't open the tickets until 5 days after the event when I opened them 5 days before the event to print them out. Ticket was already used the day I tried to use them for the event. Refused to give me a solution of any sort and make themselves nearly impossible to contact. This company needs to shut down

BUYER BEWARE!!! I will not ever buy another ticket on here again. I bought 2 tickets unable to use them, tried to relist on SeatGeek numerous times and they never show to be listed. I've talked with so called customer service. 3 attempts to talk with them. 3 different stories as to why they will not re list. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Too many fees. not worth it at all! I bought tickets ($25 dollar tickets and $15 in fees! More than 50%). To make matters worse, the MLB resale partnership is awful. Ticketmaster, you buy a resale ticket, the ticket is in their possession. They will instantly give you the tickets. SeatGeek? The responsibility is the seller transferring the ticket when the sale is completed. (This leads resalers to possibly change their mind and not transferring you the tickets.) The kicker? 6-day refunds! 🙃

They are terrible. I purchased tickets to a game. Received this immediately. Then they sold me a parking pass. I never got it and have to go on their chat everyday while someone looks for the parking pass. That apparently doesn't exist. Don't buy parking passes on here because they can't send you them in the app. I think they actually send them through ticket master which makes no sense to me. All I know is I got ripped off

While fees should not be anywhere near an additional 50% of the ticket "cost". Fees should, by default, be included in the viewable price because that actually represents the real price. Tickets were not $480, but instead $677. Once fees add more than a 5% increase, it should be included in the price. This practice is for scammers, not ethically operating businesses.
