Terrible customer service and app. Accidentally booked an event when trying to find prices because the app is set up poorly and they won't refund and cancel my order. I contacted them and they just say too bad. Now I'm out $1500 for something I can't attend anyways. Try to sell them back and they add so many fees that it's impossible to get my money back without taking a massive loss, or it just looks like I'm price gouging when I just want to break even.

Awful. I was trying to purchase 2 tickets at $60 each and insured them for $15, so after tax I would pay $158 and some change. Before the order was confirmed, an error on the app forced me to start over again. Afterwards, it said I bought 4 tickets! So I was paying for a double purchase ($346) as a result of an error on the app. There was no option to cancel the order. I called them to get it refunded, but they couldnt refund the $15 insurance since that is through a third party. Terrible setup.

I love the wallet and the transfer option, but this app is always glitchy. It's pretty annoying, especially when you're already under pressure to get the tickets. I've had it time out and release the tickets after a very short period of time, and I've had it freeze and but been able to purchase. For $50 in "service" fees for two tickets the app should be better than this.

It worked! I was really worried for a bit as it was being difficult wanting me to input bands i liked (which didn't work) instead of just letting me find my tickets. Plus the overlap of the keyboard over where they want you to type without being able to see what was just typed... all these bugs made me think it wasn't going to work. I would rate it higher if they fixed a couple of these Major issues.

Easy to use and navigate through. I like that I can save my favorite shows so I can go back to them later. I only gave 3 stars because when I switched the map to choose my actual seats the app kept closing. I had to open it 4 times before I could get it to work. Every time i wanted to view a different section I had to close the map (instead of being able to scroll around the map). It took a long time to go back and forth to pick my seats.

The app really sucks. There's no point in installing the app because when you try to view and event/your tickets it redirects you to the browser website and makes you log in again. On top of that, whenever I try to transfer a ticket, it won't let me. (Transfer button does show up). After many attempts it logs me out, and when I try to log back in it says there's an unexpected error.

This app was one of the worst I have dealt with. When I was searching for an event sometimes my event and venue would show up, sometimes it would not. After I had to delete my order due to one of the items not being electronically deliverable, my tickets were not available for purchase for nearly 30 minutes. Trying to utilize the calendar to select a date range was nearly impossible. Everytime I tried to fill out a box for billing info it jumped to the top of the screen. Terrible.

There are weird errors that seem impossible to resolve. I tried buying tickets in two different browsers getting an error 0011 even after clearing all browsing data and then restarting one of them. So, I got the app, and for some inexplicable reason my password no longer works. I follow the prompts to change it, and can then login in the app, but when I attempt to look at tickets it just says "Our bad... something went wrong. Let's start over." However, of course starting over fixes nothing.

This app used to be useful. Now it lets me do whatever I'm trying to do (purchase, view my tix, etc...) right up until the point of completion - and then I get an error that the app can't connect - try again shortly. Every.single.time for months now. There's no trying again later, it never changes. The app is completely useless - which especially sucks with virtual tickets. What's the point if you can't pull them up at the show?!

How bad can an app be? Download this one to find out. Tapping the "sign in" button does nothing. No, that isn't completely true; it turns the button a slightly different color white than it was before. It definitely doesn't let you sign in and bring up your mobile tickets, though. Also, don't tap the "X" placed (for whatever reason) in the upper left part of the screen. I'm glad all my "service" fees are going towards something useful. Oh wait...

Idk what is going on with this app. It has been a nightmare for over 3 months. It freezes or constantly spins. You click events to open tickets and it just goes to a gray screen. You try to buy tickets and it just spins. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but that only helps for a day (I can't keep uninstalling every time I want to use it). Disappointing experience with no updates to fix!!

Zero stars, if I could. Very difficult to use. I spent an hour trying to purchase tickets. I kept getting error issues or loading issues. If you want to contact someone it is impossible. Using this app is always frustrating and difficult. Today was the worst! Paying this much for service charges when you make it almost impossible to buy a tickets seems insane. Ticketmaster's customer service is highly unsatisfactory; delayed responses and ineffective assistance make for a frustrating experience. Their app, plagued with crashes, slow load times, and glitches, fails to meet the mark for an industry leader. A lack of improvements despite reporting issues is disappointing. Until significant changes are made, I'll be seeking alternatives for my ticketing needs.

Absolute garbage. App just goes blanked and can't do anything. Trying to sell tickets. They send me an email suggesting I lower the price, even after I tried listing the tickets at a lower price but the app wouldn't let me. Then I click on the link in the email to lower the price, and it goes to a blank dead screen. This is the BS you get when your allowed to be corner the market. Ticketmaster is a total ,$hit-show.

As if Ticketmaster isn't awful enough... Your app sucks!!! I've been trying to purchase tickets since last night. I get to the part where I decline your bogus insurance and it freezes. Try to go through a browser and then my seat selection is not available. At this point, it's taken me longer than camping out the night before back in the day. Simply awful!

Absolutely frustrating when their system doesn't work, and it takes 2 hours to even work through all their bugs and glitches just to buy a pack of tickets. Terrible design, and one of the most frustrating experiences when it comes to purchases. Will never recommend this service to anyone.

Please QA this app! I want to use this app, but it is horrendous. Where are all the fees going? Not to qa or Dev for this app. Issues: 1) always logged out. Doesn't save login! 2) freezes. Performance lags when using map view for tickets. 3) allow users to easily access previously viewed events! Extremely frustrating to navigate ALL the way back to home page and research for an event. 4) allow user to navigate to existing event thet hold tickets for, so they can buy more and/or check prices.

Ticketmaster, I've bought tickets for an Event that's going to take place on December and i still haven't received the barcodes for both of them yet. It keeps saying that it's a delivery Delay and it's been a month since. It's annoying and frustrating right now. Whoever is working at this position needs to be fired. Also, Fix your App now, cause i can't seem to access my my event page on the app. It keeps exiting away from it.
