WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. I paid 130 for tickets, and I never received anything my primary email and second email. They kept lying about me getting any email whatsoever. DO NOT BUY TICKETS ON HERE. DO NOT. The star rating is LIE.

Not impressed...got ticket for my sons birthday and realized i would no be able to bring him because it was a 21+ event. I tried to call and cancel not even an hour after and could not cancel, resell, or exchange the tickets. What happened to a 24 hour cancellation...not impressed

Not good. Very poor customer service. Still waiting a week later for a response. Fees are excessive. Vivid failed to honor the $183 credit I had from prior purchases.

Terrible system. Showed a price then did not honor it. Nor did they offer any compensation for their error and made me lose similar tickets on another site. Government needs to regulate or ban ticket resellers. Artists should speak up against this. I don't think you understand what transparency means.

App's instructions do not work for listing (there is no swiping to be done - left or right - for options once you choose the event). I finally navigated my way through the desktop site to list them, but no payout amount is displayed. How can I possibly choose a price without knowing what the payout is?! I wanted give something other than Stubhub a try, but they're definitely a whole lot more user friendly and to the point. I'm not make what will be an hour long phone call.

This used to be my favourite site to search for and get tickets to sporting events around the States, depending which city I'm in, whenever I'm there (which is frequently with work), unfortunately this new version is absolutely awful and makes searching for sporting events in various cities on certain dates very difficult. The old version was so much better, user friendly and easy to use. Awful, awful update and I'll now be getting my tickets elsewhere when travelling to the States.

The payment was easy and looking for a specific event was easy, they had people with tickets that were sold out, however the pricing is super steep because of the extra cost for an electronic delivery that's not even from them, I would've been more happy if i didn't have to pay for and extra $400+ for a $1200+ tickets, if it was half that I wouldn't have minded the extra cost

Unable to use rewards earned from buying tickets. Their solution was delete the app and download it again which didn't work. Their next solution was use someone else's phone. What great customer service.

Irritating. I bought tickets to a show online, and I had to download this app, and proceed by creating an account, and finally got access to a simple QR code, which could have just been emailed to me. Total waste of time.

They understand certain events can't be resold on thier platform and let you buy tickets anyway. Then, when the tickets don't work at the venue they make you go through a exceedingly difficult process to get a refund in hopes you can't meet the requirements. Beware.

Worst app ever I've bought 3 sets of tickets from this app and every time it's a scam and I don't get sent the tickets or my tickets get lost. I've talked to customer service and it takes 6 hours to talk to anyone and they don't help. It's a scam and I've lost a lot of money because of this app

While it's nice having all the tickets in one place, purchasing anything through this app is an absolute nightmare everytime. Anytime we want tickets, both me and my s/o have to try multiple times, usually with various cards to try and get anything to work. I've had to buy tickets under different addresses on occasions because it'll tell me my payment info is wrong across purchases. Not to mention that if I buy the tickets in the app, I should get to open them in the app. But no.

Everyone saying scam is wrong. I have been using vividseats for 4 years buying over 70 tickets to hockey games and and not once have a I had an issue. Yes vividseats is 3rd party sometime you need a different app for the tickets. Don't blame them because you don't read all the details of the tickets you are buying

Very deceptive app/website I got stuck with unnecessarily expensive tickets that I could get for over $100 less. Confirmation email is you confirming to not get a refund rather that confirming you email, total bs.

Scam. Customer service is no help. I purchased tickets at 10 am, and my concert was at 6 pm, my tickets never arrived and I couldn't get into my show. They have a disclosures saying that %100 back on tickets if you cannot enter the show for any reason so i called after as well and instead of sending back my money they put it into "investigationes ". Its been a week with no update.

Ordered seats at one end of the end zone in order to watch our daughter, who is a dancer, during the game. We were given seats at the other end zone instead, and when we escalated were told they were better seats and we should be happy. Explained why we wanted the original seats and were ignored. Will not use again.

DO NOT BUY parking passes to a NFL game on Vivid Seats. They guarantee delivery 20 minutes before the start of the event. I received the parking pass at 12:30pm with the game starting at 1pm. It's common knowledge that the parking lot at closes at game time. In this case Vivid Seats guaranteed delivery 20 minutes before the event ended and refused a refund.

Horrible outlet. It's game day and still no tickets they charged me a $70 processing fee and I don't have the tickets. I have to drive 3 hours to the event and my tickets aren't here yet electronically transfer. It should be immediately. It's been 4 days and now still no tickets. Run as fast as you can from this app. They are scamming people the DOJ should shut them down.
