They claim that there's no service fee because they just add it into the price. Not good business when advertising no service charges because they are added in and not added on.

Will never use this app again, never got the "transfer email" to get my tickets after purchase, waited a few days still no email, emailed customer service and got the run around and still no transfer email. Sold the tickets back and Uninstaller the app.....worst experience ever.

8/16 update. Not only this app helps people rob money but they take zero responsibility of it all. Purchased tickets to a game 8/2, tickets were never forwarded and after missing 15+ min of the the game I was issued a refund that takes (7-10 business days) well today on day 10 no refunds yet and when I contacted them about it they simply said if I don't see my refund by the end of today, that I should contact my financial institution.Do your own due diligence but I'll try to avoid buying here

I've used this app twice and am definitely a fan!! I've told my friends about it and they were so happy with the amount of money they saved .... they actually surprised me with a Nickelback and Brantley Gilbert ticket ... so I can go with them!! I was stoked!@

Good until it's not! They don't care about you after they make the sale. I used this app for 5 or so concert tickets. Had a concert that was cancelled due to weather. Venue who was offering full refunds but told me I would need to reach out to the 3rd party reseller for my refund. I called TickPick and after a 45 min hold the rep told me the event was rescheduled. I said this was not true. After another 20 min hold he said the fulfillment department would reach out in 24-48 hrs. Never heard back

Literally the best ticket app you could find. No ticket fees. You can track shows prices. I have bought from them once (even got a free $10 credit during sign up that made my ticket even cheaper)

Don't fall for their advertising. Yes, they technically don't charge you service fees, but they price the tickets just as high a price, if not higher than it is on ticketmaster with service fees.

It's a very buggy app! Been trying to buy tickets for the past 20 minutes. Won't let me put in my billing address to continue with my purchase. Also it will just freeze up forcing me to exit out.

Terrible do not use. Paid for 3 tickets did not get in to see Alice Cooper last. night so pissed.... I talked to your customer service rep. Didn't help. Called back from 2 different phones a was on hold for over an hour. B.S. do not use this is a rip off site. Better off paying a little extra for ticketmaster. Update customer service rep said they sent the tickets to my email and sent me a verification picture but if it actually in my email I would have gotten in the concert right. I checked all

Good app, like that there's no hidden fees. Definitely could do better on the seating options. Can't pick your seat number and doesn't show your seat until you already pay for them (non refundable) also puts you in the furthest seat. Say seats 1-10 available and you buy 2 tickets you're getting 9-10.

FRAUDULENT PURCHASES MADE ON THIS APP! BEWARE! Someone hacked into my account and bought $863 worth of tickets and managed to transfer them before I caught it. The app does not give any way to remove your credit card data or see who tickets are transferred to, or otherwise perform basic account management functions. Customer service was nonexistent other than "report to your bank" Well, duh, but what are you going to do, TickPick? Refused to send email acknowledging the hack. DO NOT USE!!!!

User experience terribly hard to use. You can't look up multiple seats in one section without switching to the classic view. Ticketmaster shows the add-ons for VIP tickets and what you get. None of that here.

Do not buy tickets from TickPick!!! I purchased tickets and purchased the extra insurance to refund if I couldn't make it. Well that's a joke. I was sick and missed the concert and they WOULD NOT give me a refund nor credit to another future event! The concert was "Elevation Worship " and I was so looking forward to it. I payed over $200 with th refund insurance. So disappointed in them!

This site allows PDFs of tickets, which are subject to reproduction and fraud. Don't buy or accept tickets that aren't transferred through the appropriate ticket platform for the venue. I complained about a bait & switch when the seller indicated the sale would be an account-to-account transfer but instead gave me a PDF screenshot, and customer service refused to refund the $9 fraudulent parking ticket. Bait & switch is illegal. Don't allow sellers to do that and do what's right, TickPick!

I tried all day yesterday to retrieve concert tickets for tonight simply because the link to actually get the tickets mobile to mobile was not included. I have talked to multiple of their tech people and this matter STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED!!!!! THIS IS VERY SHABBY SERVICE!!!!! If I could rate less than one star, I certainly would!!!!!
