I've had nothing but an excellent experience. Getting the shows you want takes a bit of time to figure out and a certain amount of flexibility, but worth it. if you're buying ahead can be worth checking if cheaper (especially when low or no availability) at the venue direct or other retailer, but when fees included todaytix equivalent or cheaper 80%+ of the time. its my go to theatre booking spot.

I was pleasantly surprised to know this app existed and delighted this week to be able to get 2 tix to Mary Poppins on my second attempt. Friends who have already used this app were pleased with their seats/ days. A great way to see a show I wouldn't have been able to go to!

What the hell makes the app use 1gb of data-80% of which was used in the background? Otherwise, a great app, that barely has any problems and does what it says on the tin.

Good app but frustrating buying tickets via your phone. When leaving the TT app to authorise my credit card payment on returning to the TT app again to say I've authorised the payment the screen has gone and you have to start again ?! Making the app pretty pointless if you use your phone for card authorising (like 99% of people).

It's not a gimmick!!! The Harry Potter Friday Forty lottery turns out to be the real deal. We finally won it! A fabulous idea and a wonderful treat. And, the seats allocated are incredible! It's taken a couple of years to finally get lucky - but we are so grateful and beyond excited. Thanks a million TodayTix.

Great app for buying tickets to a show but not so great if you purchase the ticket protection! When I tried to get money back cause I couldn't make the show, there was no history of my purchase so couldn't cancel. Very disappointed 😥 I DID BUY TICKET PROTECTION, YOU JUST HA ENT LIVED UP TO YOUR PART OF THE DEAL!!!!

Love this service for simply expanding my knowledge of what's out there. I've also gotten many great deals and even purchased tickets directly from the venue as a result of knowledge about an event. The customer service is also surprisingly great.

Previously 5 stars but their system had several glitches tonight and either I've had to book 2 separate tickets (even tho the two together were next to each other and same price but it did not recognize) and one booking just would not secure the seat. Very annoyed

What an incredible show this was . All those star names in one show what a treat. The Choreography was amazing and indeed the whole staging. I loved the way the side flats moved in to create the different scenes like Sweeney Todd and West Side story.A really entertaining evening.

Great tickets at a brilliant price. Could clearly see the available seats and prices and the whole process was very straight forward. The e-tickets arrived 24 hours before as promised and were easy to download on my phone. Great show too - don't think there was a bad seat in the house.

I bought tickets to an event that they put on sale, when I got to the box office to claim my ticket the vendor said they had stopped doing that specific event for almost a month now. Today Tix didn't even try to reach out to tell me my event wasn't happening and it's been like pulling teeth to try to speak with someone or even get an email thats not an automated response. I spent over $100 on these tickets plus more for travel and I still have no word on when I'll be getting a refund.

Loved this app!!! Made deciding on what shows to watch very easy! And enjoyed the ticket buying experience in person as well. Went after initial opening times, had no line, and still got great seats for popular shows. Only way you should buy Broadway tickets!

Booked tickets to see Miss Saigon. The whole experience was great. Tickets were sent from today tix on the day (no searching email folders). There were reminders sent. I found it to be a great way to purchase tickets at a good price and then the reminders and venue information was so good as I had purchased the tickets several months ago. will continue to use Today Tix.

Thanks so much to TodayTix for having the lottery. My daughter and I had absolutely fantastic seats only 4 rows from the front. The lottery makes it so much easier to afford watching all these great shows and giving the family a great experience, whilst making great memories. Allocated a great seat. Super easy & quick to book. Loved the play & the discounted ticket made my experience all the more enjoyable. Same day booking makes it a little 'last minute' for making travel arrangements...but we all need a little spontaneity in our lives sometimes, right?!

It was quick, affordable, and it had tix to Nacirema Society, at a great price, and a low ticket fee, when Hottix was sold out. I loved the reminder to complete my purchase, the wide variety of available shows, and the Perks credit to my account. From now on, when I want theatre tix, my first click will be on my Today Tix app, before I look anywhere else.👍👍
