Love Tescos App! I first started using it during the first lockdown and I've been using it ever since. It is easy to use, has clear up to date stock information, you can link your clubcard to it easily and can browse loads of delicious recipes, making a shopping list as you go.

Very easy to navigate, search is simple. Basket gets saved if you don't checkout right away and you can add bits as you go. Handy for having your club card on the go as. My only gripe is that you can buy things once and it gets added to your "favourites", eg a bottle of rum I got once for a work colleagues birthday.

Easy to use and orders are delivered with very few/no substitutions. There is no product rating system. If you buy something that is fantastic, high quality and great value, you can't highlight this to other customers. Conversely, if you buy something that falls below expected quality, you can't warn other customers to avoid the product and spend their money on something more worthwhile. Please implement a product rating system, Tesco!

Pretty good app, especially like being able to add to a shopping list and see what aisle products are in for shopping in store but filters would be helpful when searching & arrange by aisle, like with the online shopping. Also, no easy way to delete some items from in store shopping list, only delete the whole list or search again for each item and delete from there.

It's annoying when it keeps reverting to the beginning of the Favourites list if you take a call, respond to a message, or the phone goes into sleep mode, part way through shopping. You could 75% of the way through your favourites list, take a call, or check a message, and you have to go back to the very beginning!!!! It's so annoying and such a waste of time!

'Rest of shelf' seems to have gone AWAL. This feature was very handy. Please bring it back. No external adverts which is fantastic. ***** Can't be bothered with adverts they are just a waste of time. I go for what I need not what you think I need. Old app preferred as easier to use and knew where to find things. Don't like using phone to order as everything is cramped but had to today unfortunately. Liked having my money off vouchers displayed. Well done on that*****.

It's very frustrating that you can't filter your favourites by department on this app like you can when ordering groceries on the Tesco website. I've got hundreds of favourite items and I can only filter by Special Offer or New and to make matters more frustrating when working through the large lists of favourites the app frequently loses your place and you have to start at the beginning. It seems like such a simple option to have functional filtering so why does app not have it?!

Since having covid and a more recent severe Respiratory virus, my strength has dropped dramatically, this app and the delivery service allow me to still get the quality food and products that I am used to. The delivery service in particular is now an essential for my continued life so I would give more than 5 stars if I was allowed to do so! THANK YOU! Tesco!

Usually i am happy with that app, till now. I wanted to change my points in a voucher and the app told me - we are switching your points in vouchers, check back on 30.10. - Thats are 8 days which i have to wait to see maybe a voucher. And i wanted to switch it now and use it. I had 700 points. For someone it s maybe not much. But it is the point, that i don't even receive a mail which say that they will do. My points are just gone for now and i have no idea, that i will really get a voucher?!?

Unnecessary constant tinkering with the app without fixing long-standing problems. Favourites keeps refreshing to top of list if you leave the app. Latest update has removed option to allow substitutes for entire basket... Forced to flag each item. Filter search results by Favourites is broken. Some products never show in my Favourites even though I buy them every week. They show the "heart" when I search for them. Some products don't show in search results but available if you browse aisles.

It is easy to use, shows options and some maybe forgotten items. It would be great if it could also remind us when we last bought an item to avoid doubling up.

If only sharing my shopping list function was available. That would make life much easier. The delivery is good priced, easy search function, I love the offers and roll back prices filter.

2020:It was a little confusing to use the very first time, as I removed some items and then became confused with what my shopping list consisted of and what I was paying as the update email was a little unclear to begin with. However the more I used this app the easier it became to navigate through and do your shop and understand the update emails. I now rely on this app for my shopping needs and the service is great too. Update: Still using this app and the new woosh service is fantastic!

The app is fine, a bit clunky and not always helpful when searching. I mostly use the app for the woosh delivery and my only concern is that there's no way to contact anyone if items are missing or damaged and it's hard not to wonder if that is deliberate on Tesco's part. If Uber, Just Eat and other apps are able to accommodate, then it would be great if Tesco could too.

Updates have made this worse! App constantly crashing. Always getting the Try Again message. Search doesn't find all options unless you have the full identical title. "Substitute all" has been removed so you need to tick them individually. Wasn't the best app before but it's is now worse than ever. Didn't think it was possible!

This app is so much quicker if you use your usuals list instead of favourites. You should make the drop down option at the top more visible. Coz a lot of my friends don't know it's there or don't have that option. However, love this app. Literally was off to sleep suddenly remembered I needed to book a shop. In under 15 mins, using usuals list booked a Tesco slot with a week's worth of shopping.

I like the app, it works well, when it wants to. I like the option to shop instore and see stock levels, but I wish that it was possible to use the favourites list that is available at a touch when ordering delivery or click and collect whilst using the shop instore feature. With the receipt feature, it would be good if we were able to reject the substitutions before they are delivered.

Blimey. You add your card(s)to the pay in store part of app. Go through all the authorisation rigmarole with your bank, and hey presto you have added your card(s) but you can't use them. Before you can use them, you have to repeat the whole authorisation process again. Then, of course, you then gave to open tfe app select pay in store id check then scan qr code wait then wow you have paid. Just use your card, tap, or chip and pin. It's so much easier all around than this rubbish.
