Can't read messages, keep saying sign in to view messages. Even tho I'm already signed in, clicking the sign in button does nothing.

1. We are heavily disturbed: Please don't not update your apps too many times a month. You should gather updates several months together and do that 4 times a year. We get heavily disturbed with you too frequently update. You may reduce your RND staffs. Let them show performance elsewhere. 2. If introduce dark mode option, will be best. Because it's eye friendly.

I have been using this app now for almost 4 years now and the merchandise is very nice and the merchants are very respectful and they always take time to help if you have a problem or just have a question about a product the merchants do there best to send quality products and if something isn't what you expected they are great to help you. I just love this app.

Do not buy off this site. They items break after a week or 2 and they won't refund. They delay shipping and don't stick to their own terms and conditions. They will find ways to rip you off.

Today I saw something from the Alibaba website that I did not expect at all They had registered the price of the product, but when I went and asked them to buy, the price they gave me was several times the listed price. Then I asked why you did not record the real price? They answered that we registered that price to attract customers😑 This move of the Alibaba site was not professional at all and is an obvious lie😖

Am trying to update this App for over a months now but when i do and want to install, they tell me its cant be fix and there is a problem . Whats that. And this is making the old App very slow for me. Please do something about it. Have delated almost all my Apps on my phone but its still not working

It's a very good B2B market, was easier to use but since the last update there's a lot of bugs. Cannot stay for 1 minute without automatic disconnected.

I just want to use the browser version of the website on my phone, however you constantly get annoyingly diverted to the play store to download the app. It's enough to make me stop using the company entirely, so annoying.

This company does nothing but sell counterfeit products. It's mostly junk. And they have really bad customer relations when it comes to attempting to get refunded. I've never had such a hassle attempting to return something. They really push Chinese junky counterfeit products, and protect the sellers over the buyers. After dealing with it I really despise this company after dealing with the utterly sketchy behavior.

I like this app so far but the only problem is that every time I use it I can't scroll and the app itself froze making impossible to exist the app so I had no choice to reset my phone so I can use the app again plus the app force closes when I use it and freeze alot can you fix this issue I'm having. Thx

This app is so frustrating. Won't let me click into look at variations. After too much scrolling, it starts to freeze up. Has trouble loading messages from vendors.

Lots of bugs. Super slow app, crashes and freezes often and have to shut it down and re-open it. I'll get notifications about new messages but it takes 2-3 minutes for the messages to actually populate. When I send messages it takes several minutes to even show up that I've sent a message. Not very user friendly.

The site, the friendly staff and the whole buying for resale experience is as easy as it gets! Gone are the days of going into NYC with a van paying tolls, has and hoping to get a overpriced parking spot a mile from a wholesaler at 330am. Alibaba is by far the best and I'm grateful for it! Thank you for a great site!

The products and product quality is exceptional! The only problem is that there a very few products that can be ordered as one piece, that bounds me to buy my favorite products because you have to buy the min order quantity, which you can't always

300 pieces for each product is an exaggeration. Not even Walmart sell that quantity. People that own small business needs realistics numbers. I would not buy 100 pieces of the same product. That's ridiculous. Most people wants exclusivity. Waste of time! Impossible to buy with those shipping fees. Too high. Waste of time. 😒 I deleted it.
