Load service is garbage Update: the "3 for ₱0.99" is a damn scam! The items were just cancelled and I never got them. They didn't even guve anything after that disappointment. Now not only did they not refund a load that they failed to deliver, they also aren't honest with their deals and you can never get them! If I could rate 0 starts I would've already done it!

Of all the online store apps this is the most annoying to encounter when accidently tapping a link or trying to close the ad. It just opens up the app and its insanely annoying everytime. And if the app opens I try to close it right, then it opens a 2nd time. I'm going back to Shopee

Courier problem in lex ph cebu. Did not recieve any call or text from florita but it was cancelled. No proper way to file a ticket for this kind of problems. And your email support is not working. And your chat supoort is not user friendly, sorry to say this your Cleo is not useful. Hope you can add a feature to change the courier because this courier always cancelling my parcels and I think he cancel it in purpose because I don't recieve and text or call. I hope to have a solution with this.

So tired of having orders cancelled and marked/labelled wrong by their local couriers. I never experienced anything like this with Shopee or other shopping platforms, local and international. Very disappointing. I will not recommend this platform to anyone, ever. What a waste of time and resources!

It's so great to shop at Luzada. You get to buy useful items/products which I really need for my day to day requirements. Aside from that, if wrong items are delivered, you can easily get your refund without any costs. It can be pick-up in your delivery address. Try to download the apps and see for yourself. happy shopping guys. ;)

Lousy app. Takes almost 20 mins to load this stupid app almost everytime i open it. It's not Internet issue cos i dun face this issue when i open other app. Most of the deals are NOT competitive, compared to other apps. The coins obtained from previous purchases could hardly b used for subsequent purchase due to their terms & conditions (i think so. If not i could have used them long ago. All of my purchases, i only managed to use abt 10%). That's why i hardly buy from them anymore.

Ordered using lazpaylater last july. The item is not delivered due to system glitch the app says and I have to pay for the item i have not received. Tried to contact the customer service several attempts but the all I can get is the Virtual Assistant "Cleo". Not like before you can talk to an actual person. Poor customer service. No way to contact. Tsk

Very annoying user interface. And V99 error still not gone after countless of updates. I can't claim any coupons. The customer service are very terible as well. No feedback after complain. They only workaround is to clear cache? Come on, it does not fix the issue. Lazada need to step uo in their games. They are very far vehind other shopping patform like Shopee.

Based on my experience this app is really nice. The order always on time. But also I notice that there is a lot of sellers that do scamming. They send fake items and after they are unable to contact. I hope Lazada fix this because this is also the reason why customers lost their trust. But as I experienced Lazada is niceee🫰

No longer as attractive as a platform. Think the honeymoon period is over. Barely have any discount and cashback now. Purchased on 10.10 and got $0 cashback and $3 discount. Introduced quick expiry to cashback also which made it difficult to use before it expires. So literally they are almost not giving you any as it will all be taken back.

Go change ur menu from chat with cs to chat with bot. Ur bot doesnt even know what im trying to say. It was good e-commerce even better than the competitors bcs you can buy and ship from another country so easy. But now it was just like the competitors or even worse with less item to find and more expensive price than the competitors sellers

I think the interface needs to improvements, maybe use different color background on words to highlight their function. I'm getting used to Lazada app by now. I hope all sellers put in effort to describe their product correctly. I had to make a hard educated guess on what they are describing their products. I love the cashback and the freshiping, I can buy more here than anywhere else, with the same quality.

What a disastrously messy app. As a decades-long Amazon customer, ordering online in Vietnam is a nightmare for me. While looking for something special, you get 1000x garbage displayed. Have to search for the order number in the chat, then lost the chat, you can't find it back. Returns doesn't work. Better go to a store and buy locally.

Lots of vouchers and delivery is fast. Although there are times that it is confusing. They should put a range of all the prices when there are different types of products in one posting. Sometimes I thought the price was the same regardless of the size or type. And I get frustrated when I realize that the one I'm eyeing for is actually much more expensive than my initial expectation and budget just because of the price posted (which is always the cheapest from the selection).

I do like the small improvements of app UI compared to the older version. However, I still find it annoying that notifs are all over the place, and most of the items and videos on feeds showned are irrelevant to what the user is browsing. The item sales, coupons for discounts and free shipping are pretty much rewarding, which makes the shopping experience nice. As for the delivery, it is fairly fast.

these apps are giving me a headache, I have a complaint with them Regarding my parcel, it took a long time to deniliver beyond the date they promised, then tried to create another account using my fb accounts just to claim Free ship, I can no longer use free shipping. They say I have unusual activity because I use two accounts, I just log in and log out, I change the old and new if the account is a different number because one is old. I can't determine which one is the reason for my complaint or

Nice looking user interface, but the delivery addresses section is terrible. The information requested is not in the natural order for Thailand customers. Worse still, the descriptions of the individual address lines to be input are almost all wrong. I entered my home address in the way the App demanded but, for the final postage label, it was displayed in a completely different order, which will confuse the courier and probably delay delivery.

Dishonest about pricing. The listing will say for example, $11.33 and when you add to cart, the price of the item is actually $14++ What's the point of putting the price tag there if you're going to mislead buyers.
