Terrible experiences with Wish. I tried ordering a suitcase, first then randomly cancelled my transaction without explanation. I tried to order the same item again, only to get an email that it was out of stock (even though it didn't say that when I place the order). It had me order a similar item for the same price, only to find out that was out of stock too. Tried 3 more times and finally they just refunded me. Big waste of time.

This app has gone from "okay" to "absolutely awful." I'm used to the month-long shipping, but now 90% of the stuff I order NEVER arrives. And now the option to get a refund is apparently gone or has an even longer wait time before it appears after the estimated arrival date. Not to mention, MANY items are falsely advertised, not only in price but in pictures (as in you click on an item to find that it's an entirely different product from what the main picture shows, or the low price you see is only for something like an XXS size, something that no one is gonna buy, while the actual price is significantly higher. That should be ILLEGAL, and frankly probably is. Just use Amazon, people.

I've had mostly positive experiences with the wish app. Make sure you check size charts and look at reviews/photos of the product you're buying. I don't know when the most recent update went into place, but you can no longer see the price of each product as you're browsing. There is just a $ sign next to every product. You have to actually click on the product to view the price. Totally ridiculous. Makes shopping less appealing and I will not use the app as much anymore. 4/5 stars if fixed.

Overall, I've enjoyed good experiences. The descriptions & photos usually match the product. There are times when the "posted" cost is not the "real or final cost" due to a # of variables such as: size, color, length ,etc. This "lost leader" marketing approach can be a turn off, especially when an item is listed as "free" & that "free" only applies to one size or color or length! Maybe a different wording would alleviate this situation.

True garbage, the issue is that the prices are not cheaper, infact they are more expensive. It is not what it seems. Items will be listed as 5 dollars but after selecting the size it will quadruple in price. The shipping is also a scam, for example, it will say the shipping costs are 3 dollars when in reality they usually double in price. Last, the worst part of wish, the shipping i was supposed to get my product in about 2 weeks but i got it in about 3 months and didnt get the right product.

Dishonest!!! They show you amazing deals at an amazing price but when you choose your option such as your size and color, the price changes. On top of that, shipping is way too high and inaccurate. Clearly they make money off of shipping so you'renot really gettinga deal after all. Then you go to other sites and find the same exact item at lower price with free shipping. I am very displeased with their business practice.

It's a little annoying how the app works. I found a cute baby bear outfit that said it was only $3. I chose the smallest one and the price in my cart was $5. Not a huge deal, but it was still pretty irritating because it does that a lot for most of the "discounted" items. Despite that, you definitely get what you pay for. Not the best quality, but everything is cheap. Be careful purchasing items though, look through customer images in the reviews to get an actual idea of what you're paying for. And fyi, avoid the jewelry. Most of it is cheap metal that will turn your skin green. 3 ⭐ is a little generous, but 2.5, right down the middle, isn't an option.

Most of the items are ok that you order but some are cheaply made (it's from China but that doesn't necessarily mean it's junk know what I mean?). The app is easy to use and lists your order history, you can easily get refunds or cancel your order, and you can review each product so quality control is within your reach. Great app I enjoy purchasing using it and they do have darn near EVERYTHING!

This is app is great and the products it offers is ever better, however the issue comes in at shipping. Why do u have to pay so much for shipping? The seller are charger full price for each item even if you are buying more than one at the same time! Its ridiculous! I don't mind paying for quality items with reasonable price with reasonable shipping! Then there's the issue of false advertising! I've notice an item would say one price on it and when you click on that item to add it to your cart the price is different and this has nothing to do with sizing or color! Ex: Mosquito Net Bed for babies says $5 but when I go in and click it's $9 for either color, blue or pink!

Too many sex toys EVERYWHERE, lowest prices advertised with most amount of items in a package, but when chosen, the prices and amounts on the items are different, (ex. 20 makeup brushes, $5.00. Once chosen, 3 x $2.00, 5 x $10.00, 20 x $20.00). Actual items not always same as advertised. If you can look over these things, won't have a problem with the store. I still buy, but gotta go through the advertisement a few times over to make sure to get exactly what I'm looking for. Overall, not a bad store, decent items, you get what you pay type of thing. If you're not happy with your purchase, they have no problem exchanging or returning your payment, so that's a plus. Sometimes shipping time is faster than expected, most times it takes so long that you can actually forget what you ordered, so it's like getting a surprise gift from yourself lol.

BUYER BEWARE! I have ordered several items from wish that never showed up. I've contacted customer support many times, with mixed results. On one particular item that was never delivered, They kept pushing the delivery date back and telling me to wait a little longer. I contacted them about it again today and they said that the refund window had passed. The tracking info suddenly showed that it had been delivered months ago, even though the last time i checked, it was still "in transit". If you order from wish they WILL eventually steal your money. I'll stick with Amazon.

I've been using Wish for about 4.5 years now and I've always loved it. I always read item reviews before I purchase, and I've gotten some amazing deals. I personally have not had any problems with items I've ordered, except that cheap items (Pins, buttons, stickers, etc) seem to have 50/50 chance of ever arriving, but they refund! I wish they offered flat rate shipping ALL the time, for some reason it's not always available for me. I'd buy way more than i already do if it was all the time!

Not well programmed app. I want to search by size but there is no option for that. And also want to turn off notifications but no option for that neither. It doesn't tell you where it'll be shipped from at the time of purchase. (I figured it out after receiving a shipping confirmation email and it was from china.) They may be unbeatable prices but I don't trust qualities of their products.

Beware! Every single item has its own shipping cost. So you think you're getting incredible prices - watch the shipping charge, they add up quickly! Also be very careful of the "higher ticket items." Items like a leather jacket I was going to buy at advertised $18. But besides the extra $12 shipping, the item does not show up in the cart for $18 - it showed up as nearly $40! So if you are not careful, you think you're buying an item for $18, but you are actually being charged over $50. Quality of most items are... Okay. Definitely bargain bin items, but possibly sufficient. Delivery takes 2-3 weeks.

Wish is easy to use and it is consistently fast. It doesn't get progressively slower as I browse. I would appreciate a watch this item function. It would be convenient when buying an item in more than one color to be able to list the different colors in a group instead of going back and forth to the cart with each item. I would also be likely to purchase Moore than one item from a store if I could combine shipping.

I didn't have any problems with this app for the first few orders; shipping was either faster than anticipated, or else the items showed up right on time. Not sure what's changed, but something definitely has. In my last order, I never receive about half of my items, despite them being marked "delivered" a few weeks early. In my most recent order, I haven't received a single thing, and the delivery dates have already passed. Additionally, the app never seems to load the order history/customer support tab, regardless of how many times I stop/redownload/etc; that means I've been unable to submit enquiries for these missing items. Just shoddy.

Love the variety of choices in every thing I search for and need. Can't wait for more orders to arrive! Not impressed with the fact that the advertised low price isn't the final price of a product yet it is still cheaper than other online shopping apps. The shipping and handling isn't bad just woke prefer the option to rush deliver a product to my personal choice not just a picked location it store. Overall I give it 4 stars out of 5!

I enjoy "window" shopping from time to time. This app has a wide variety of products to choose from. The prices are affordable for the most part. My only main complaint is: sometimes the item/s you order are NOTHING like the pictures show them to be. The pictures need to show EXACTLY what you are ordering otherwise it is considered false advertisement and/or very bad for the business.
