Worst delivery service among all shopping applications. They assure you that they are following your request on priority basis but they don't do anything in reality. Their customer service call no. is also very bad. They don't provide any option for you to talk to the executive for your concerns. In total a very disappointing experience.

I didn't even want to gave 2 stars but then flashback reminder me earlier it was a good platform. Recently I purchased a dress and that was too large to fit so I booked a return request, to my surprise they ( delivery agent) called me only once & if I couldn't pick that call, there was no attempt form their side, they just marked the request as closed claiming the product was damaged, but no one came for pickup. Hadn't thought of this fraud work being done by such big & reputed platform

I have been shopping from Myntra since 2016 and have always found it to be a reliable platform for my purchase. The quality of the products is great. The exchange policy and service are very good; not that I had to use it frequently. The customer support team is really understanding and helpful. My overall experience is very satisfying, and I wish Myntra all the very best.

I shop slots from Myntra and recently not having good experience with shipment. There was a order which was cancelled without my consent and the app showed that it's cancelled because of my request.You guys are cheaters, it showed certain amount of money that needs to be shopped in order before a particular date and which was done and it showed that your recent purchase will reflect and now it's asking me to purchase for more to upgrade to Elite. Such a scam!

This is the 2nd time Myntra cancels my order reason being they do not accept bulk orders when I have ordered only 1 item. Now I have to wait days for the refund and by that time the promotion on the item has ended. It seems that they don't want you to buy the item on sale but pay full price!! And their customer support sucks! No support at all!

Myntra used to be one of my go to apps but recently it has become unresponsive and doesn't work properly most of the times. I ordered 2 products out of which one was delivered with wrong size so while returning it, they deducted discount amount and added extra fee which made my other product cost way more than it actually was. If I try to return both then they are deducting an extra amount from the refund. I will stop using it once my return is done. Other apps are much better.

The app was good. Suggests sizes suitable, styles are good. I used it for long. But recently I had a bad experience with it. One of the item I received was a different one than ordered. I thought not to return it since the packing was missing. And when I wrote the review that I received a different product, they are not accepting it and my review was rejected. This shows it lacks transparency and I'm not interested in buying from them again.

Over the period of time the app experience and overall Myntra experience has degraded. There is no one who answers the phone at customer support, the chatbot is useless, Email responses seem like they are handled by AI, and even though you purchase items worth 1500/2000₹ or above, they still charge you 100₹ as 'convenience fee'. I'd not recommend Myntra to anyone looking for a quick buy, unless you're looking for bulk buying or huge orders.

There are several things that have been a major issue for me to order in Myntra. 1. What is a convenience fee! Within just 2-3 months they have increased this from rs 5 to rs 20! This is very pathetic. Being an insider customer I have to pay an additional charge for just no reason is too disappointing. 2. The app is getting slower day by day. While scrolling it gets too slow to find something. Beside that whenever I open the app it stopped showing anything & doesn't get fixed for too long.

Worst experience ever!!!! Coupons and sale are just marketing scams to grab attention. Otherwise when you order the products on discount the order is never delivered and it says unfortunately your delivery has been cancelled due to internal issues ( this has happened multiple times). And you are asked to order again but can't apply same coupons as it's one time only, or get discounts unless you buy more items to maintain min discount limit from another coupon. Time and energy wasted.

Convenience fee! They don't refund the convenience fee in case of return. Even if I cancel the order on the same day, still they won't refund the convenience fee, although on the app it clearly says that convenience fee is refunded in case of full order cancellation. Spoke to customer care...seems like they also don't have proper information on that.

Worst shopping experience I ever had. Everytime when I order anything it always says order delayed and it sometimes didn't deliver and I had to cancel. Sometimes it took more than 10 days. If you can't deliver properly why you are giving the chances of placing the orders. Customer service raises the complaint but no one takes care of it.

The app is getting worse...very bad customer service...did 2 exchange... didn't get refund for the surplus amount and the app displays wrong information that the product exchange is cancelled....and the customer service agent keeps saying that the app is facing technical issue...but the issue never gets solved ....in a totally e-commerce based business how can they have technical issue for more than a month...and not addressing the complaint....very much disappointed with the service

Most third class shopping app on this time. I can share my experience. First of all the order page is not user friendly and not update with your actions. Secondly, in their terms and conditions, if you ordered under 1199 rupees and you want to return the product then they don't give you the convenience/shipping fee 99 rupees. I don't know about any shopping app who do this! In conclusion i have very wrost experience with the interface in order page and their terms and conditions forFullRefund

One of the worst application to shop dead slow user interface doesn't work properly it takes 2-4mins to show the homepage completely. Don't know why the application behaves like this instead of app website works well. I have 30mpbs network still facing the issues

This is a very bed experience for me,i was not expecting this from myntra , i haven't received the product, and the app status showed delivered. And after that , i raised queries 2 times. And no change or update in the status , no help from myntra......very disappointing, and still today, there is no progress.

I have using myntra since long. But from past 2 days i am not able to place an order, confirm button doesnt work and take further to payment page. Have raised the issue twice to customer care but hardly any positive response. I have been waiting to buy a product for a sale price, now it doesnt let me buy so whats the whole point of sale and service. Disappointed.

Gives fake offers at the product page. Once you are about to check out it doesn't accept the coupon code. Be careful always check, recheck and verify the discount you saw at the product page is the same as the discount at checkout. I have screen shots to show the discount reducing significant ly at the checkout. And the coupons recieved as PhonePe rewards are no good as it cannot be clubbed with any coupon. Also all coupons of Myntra are always better than the PhonePe rewarded ones.
