Description of DubaiNow

DubaiNow is the first and only Dubai Government application that provides you access to more than 130 government and private sector services from over 34 entities.
Our aim is to offer you a one-stop experience for all your Government interactions, available seamlessly and safely at your finger-tips. We are always adding more services to ease your life.

DubaiNow services enable you to:

Pay Your Bills:
Pay your DEWA, Etisalat, Du, FEWA, Empower and Dubai Municipality bills and fees
Top up your Salik, NOL, and Dubai Customs accounts

Manage All Things Driving:
View and pay all your traffic fines
Renew your car registration
Top up your Salik account as well as update your Salik information, and view and dispute violations
Pay for parking anywhere in the city
Pay for petrol at ENOC stations, and top up your ENOC VIP account
Purchase and manage your seasonal parking
Buy or sell your Dubai car
Purchase and renew your car insurance
View real time information on the locations of traffic accidents
Find locations of Tasjeel centers, EV chargers and fuel stations

Manage All Things Housing:
Pay your DEWA bills
View your DEWA accounts, invoices and receipts as well as download your DEWA bills
View your DEWA consumption details
Activate your DEWA account when you move into a new home
Sign a tenancy contract and get your Ejari

too many integrations and uae pin reset forces to uninstall app and reinstall account recovery process time taking

after the last update it's not opening let alone working.. even after registering with uae pass itself not working at all ..and worse can't find a proper way to contact them either

I used this app 2 years back to get my family visa, that time I faced lots of issue and it got solve after a long struggle. Now I am here to renew their Visa again stuck in payment process. Payment failed and application is incomplete status. Guys please test the application properly after each changes. Best thing is customer care suggesting dont use app and go with amer center.

Worst app ever, trying to attached the documents but unable to upload. Just did save and exit and come back again all the forms have to be refill. And even the data is not showing in last confirmation screen which we entered in forms.

Just mix of everything everywhere, soup of functionality. I just needed mPay (20 minutes passed and I'm not able to find this!), and I don't want to roam around app every time I need something. I have RTA for everything related to my car and this is really great it's separate app. Now I see this soup of everything and it's really annoying.

It was a great app but now I can't log in. It won't get passed a page prompting me to link an mpay account. Attempts to do that have failed even after resetting the password and it won't let you get any further without it! It's a shame that it's changed as it was working really well

I am using this app for paying utility bills, recharging nol cards and paying for salik ever since it has started. I like this platform where you can pay almost anything without any hassles. I have not experienced any difficulty with paying. More than anything, it is safe!

One of the greatest apps Dubai has ever produced, if not the best. Such amazing and intuitive UX and easy UI with a lot of features and solid performance. Been using it for over two years and can't love it enough. Makes life easy when paying bills or checking info. Well done!

This is a 100% required app for those that live in Dubai. I use it to pay all my bills automatically. For those affected by the bug in the recent update that causes the app to crash on startup, just uninstall it and reinstall. It fixed the issue for me.

Request for feature. When using "Payall" option in the app. The app post multiple payment request to credit card / payment gateway at the same time simultaneously. Due to which only the first gets succeeded and others fail. Would like to see change that the payment request is posted after some intervals so that they don't fail. Due to this failure the individual has to selectively pay individual payments which fails the purpose of "Payall" option.

This app was a life saver since many years. Not now, since a recent major update. Keeps crashing, doesn't refresh. Your items missing sometimes. I have to "force stop" the app always for it to function again !! And now even my saved credit cards are not there/missing !!! The app has gone from bad to worse 😕😕😕

Not good, The problem in the app that it's taking longer time to load to next page. I have been trying to get a visa application done but after some time it just throws me out and have to re do the whole process. Please fix this bug.

I had applied for entry permit with this App but unfortunately the application itself after submitting doesnt show in the App so I cant even add the documents needed and finish the application. Now I'm left waiting for the technical team to fix this issue. If not, then the money I paid for 2 visa will go to waste. So disappointed.

Dear app developers, Would you kindly respond to the submitted feedbacks. The app is supposed to be user friendly and functional, and not only look good. I tried to pay in the final residency visa process, the amount shown was not the same as the amount deducted, thats only the first issue, cause the app kept on showing error message however kept on deducting from my card. A total of 3 attempts from side. I have emailed the screenshots to the support team email. Kindly look into it

The app has some sort of a bug that's preventing it from opening. I tried restarting the phone, but it had no effect. Looks like the bug is crashing the app repeatedly. Although I have been using the app for the last several years, I have never had a problem before until 2 days ago. Please try fixing the bug.
