This was a really good app and I never had any issues until the lastest update. I knew ads reset every day at midnight KST and could watch them when I wasn't busy. But now my ads don't reset or reset late. Please revert it back to the way it was because this is really not working and makes me want to delete it in frustration

The app is useful to help support groups (NCT, DREAMNOTE, OMG, TWICE, OH MY GIRL, LOONA, APRIL and FAVORITE) and soloists (SORI & MINSEO). On the other hand, the app doesn't let you edit the posts on walls once posted. I want to be able to change my spelling error without having to delete the entire post. GIFs don't seem to work or upload? Help! When I try to log in there are issues with signing in I see a text box appear 'An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later'

Nswers worked so hard for the 2 million votes and you take it away? This app is a scam. It it weren't for trying again this app would have been deleted.

This app is absolute garbage. The quizzes barely work and the ads glitch all the time, I will not waste my time like this again. When you contact them, they do not help at all. The most unprofessional platform.

Terrible experience. I've only got 2 ads in the past 2 days. Getting voting tickets is now painfully hard. It's really inconvenient and frustrating. The app is updated and I check several times through the day but nothing. Hope you fix this issue soon. It used to work fine in the past.

I have been using this app for a few months, but after I downloaded/updated my phone pixel two days ago, the Mubeat app ads section don't work anymore. it always send an ' Network error" problem. I tried everything, restart, install and reinstall... even reset the Google ads, nothing worked. On other hand, another app that I couldn't watch ads anymore, now I can. 😟

Almost every day I set up my 6 mobile devices to log into my accounts to watch ads so I can build up my Heart beats for future voting & as of the last two days, I've started getting "Ad stopped, beats not acquired" & "unknown error occurred" even though I DID watch the ad. I've probably watched 15 ads today & gotten that error message after I watched the ad. I'm willing to watch ads but I absolutely should be getting my beats. I've restarted & reinstalled the app many times. Please fix this.

It's used to be a very good voting app. However, recently I've run into numerous ad watching problem. I can watch ad just fine but it won't give me beats after the ad, just infinite loading screen and "There is a problem with the ad network in your area" error message. I ensure that nothing is wrong with my connection so please fix it.

I use mubeat to watch my faves stages and learn dances, so would be GREAT if you guys let us change the speed of the video (youtube/playback speed duh). Sometimes I need to reduce the speed because the moves are really fast and I can't do it :( Anyway, mubeat is >>perfect<< I don't have any complaint about the app. Keep the good work!

The app is fairly easy to navigate although the beta features/Mubeat wave might be missed because they're only seen with the drop down menu on the upper right. I really like the new update that the video ads refresh at a specific time of day instead of running a countdown from when you last watched a video!

Ads aren't acting right. You can tell the minute it starts if you're going to get credited. If the circle in the top corner stays and counts down, congrats! You are going to earn heart beats. If it disappears and there is no "x" you're not. This needs to be fixed because the lack of an "x" happens more often than not. So ads are getting watched but I am not getting credited. Fix this now! Too many have complained about the SAME THING to ignore and act like it's a solitary issue for users.

Hi, i just want to say this app is one of the most stable app to use during mass voting, it's really comfy to use, though sometimes there’s not enough ads, and a messege arrives suggesting what to do next, and it actually works! I rate it and if I can I'll rate it again and again bcz it's not just an easy app for voting and supporting my artists but also full of contents. It's easier to use and even the free features are the best out there, the amount of heartbeats I can get from ads or quizes are crazy, I once got 900 in just one night. The videos too and the chart is cool making it unique and can stand alone. Besides, it's for my favorite music show out there 'Music Core' with always good choices for the MC. Thank you

This app is fun and easy to use. You can get a lot of contents from your favorite artists in very good quality. You can also show your support to your idols by voting for them in the polls available. I only have an issue regarding the loading time when I open videos because it's slow sometimes but, nevertheless, everything runs smoothly most of the time.

I love how the app is easy to use and you can easily navigate things you want to search for. My purpose is to vote for my bias group here in this app, and mubeat did not fail to put guides on what is the right thing to do since I sometimes had a hard time on voting in other voting apps. Moreover, I love the real time chart this app provides.

Mubeat, so far, is the best kpop voting app. I have never experienced any error in the app and it always gives me the beats I collected by watching the ads. I like how I can stream some videos as well in the app, it's so effective! It's also easy to make accounts and cast my vote for my idol. Mubeat is basically perfect, but I hope they will improve the server when there are too many people comes in for the voting though, the app freezes and cant be logged in at those times

At first, I like the app because it operates smoothly and not too long per-advertisement. But recently I have been engaging some issues. 1) I haven't got beats after playing one game in tap joy and run an app in a day. 2) for getiing 3 beats, I got 1 ad keep getting longer around 30s + 5s additional but after that it keeps loading for 5s more and in the end I got a note "An error has been occured" and got nothing.
