Hello! The app was pretty incredible, but I didn't end up needing it as bad. I'm certain that I cancelled my subscription a bit back, but the money still got taken from my account?? Your support page is down, which is really what got the review this far down. I've been looking everywhere for a solution or an explanation, but there is no information on anything anywhere. EDIT: I got it fixed, the support page is apparently down, but they've got a very fast email response. Thank you!

Awful experience for me too. They have a button with continue with 7 days trial but if you click on it they will automatically put you on a year subscription and instantly take the money from your bank account (approx. 40 euros). When I told them about this they said that "I would PROBABLY used the free trial in the past. I don't remember this and there is no notification for you. So, they took my money and they do not want to refund me. DO NOT TAKE THIS APP. There are better apps free.

This is too scary app. I was deducted automatically after 4 days. This app will let you have free for days and they will deduct automatically to your Gcash account if you forget to unsubscribe without confirmation. Terrible experience. It's a scam!!!

I've used this translator for more than 5 years, but now every time you want to translate a word you need to watch a 30 seconds video, disgusting! I'm deleting the app immediately and never using it again. Bye bye! 👋👋👋👋

Was great, sadly not now, the number of ads have increased and they occur in the middle of a translation, too bad if you need an urgent translation. Found the translations more accurate but the placement of the ads mid translation makes it worthless to me now.

The translations were rather incorrect, it randomly cuts off at times saying it can't hear anything, it doesn't work in conversations as it stops mid sentence if not after the first person talks, and it is very costly for how very little it does

An amazing app for translation. This will probably be the only app I'll use going forward for translation. A lot of other ones on here are bad and they are no good for accurate language translation, which is needed when leaving a new language. Great app. 🌐💓

Just an annoying advertising app constantly asking you to sign up you don't even get to look around the app before it starts getting desperately pushy, it has zero unique functionality in the free version, so no way to preview the services they expect you to pay for. There is a free trial period you can sign up for if you feel like giving them even more data for free.

This is the worst app i have ever used.....Even downloading a language is another problem....I wont even bother to download this app again...
