Good concept, bad execution. Many technical glitches + most of my orders are delivered after 60mins. Many a times, the stores don't have stocks. The money is taken upfront and cancelations/alternative products refunds are based on your CC policies anywhere between 2-14 days. Lost some good promo offers due to poor customer/technical service for a payment issue in the app.

If you're looking for terrible service then look no more, this is the app for you... The customer service is an absolute nightmare, wrong items will be sent to you and no one will come pick it up or replace or refund except after more than 3 calls minimum while keeping your money hostage. Do not recommend!

Very bad experience on first use. They charge the full amount upfront then you get different items saying the store ran out of the items you selected then they say you'll wait a few days to refund the difference. The price the shop charges is more than that on the app. Delivery is very very slow. Support is helpless. I really have nothing good to say about this app.

What a terrible application. I expected so much more from Noon. The search is the worst I've ever used. I had to search ten different times to find something and only ended up finding it when I used the exact product name and even then it was only 10th in the search results. The button to clear the search term needs to be tapped 20 times for it to work. The app would say my cart is empty when it was definitely not. Having to pick a search category after typing a search is such bad UX. Terrible.

Always having issues, always stocking items that are not available then they cancel the orders without really telling you. My latest order, I order a bunch of things for dinner. Now now canels 90% of my items and delivers a bag of carrots ONLY. The customer care is terrible they bill you and say the items are delivered when they are not. Terrible app better off calling the store direct

Robbing customer🙄 each time i purchase always there is missing small items and when you asked for return on mistake items , they refund lesser amount than they charge you. For what? The charges should be on seller side as they are the one who send wrong item.. very bad! Even how many times i asked them to send purchase with invoice no one cares. Its not really a dirham stretcher.

Worst Grocery Order app EVER. Most items listed with vendors are not avialable. You put it all in your basket, you check out. And then you receice a notification with all the items not available. They offer you up to 3 different alternatives, which are mostly irrelevant. To make it worse, they wont let you add anything to your order. And if only ome item is available worth of 5aed, they still order a driver for delivery. This is totally unsustainable and hence all family have deleted the app.

It has deteriorated significantly over the last months. They always have items listed that turn out to be out of stock, the list of substitutes is irrelevant to what you originally ordered (especially on the bakery side) and to top it all, the guy who called today to confirm the substitutions hanged up on me when I told him I will cancel the order since now I have to go myself to the supermarket and I can get everything while I'm there! Anyway, another paying customer lost..

This app is already with 3.5 rating i think it should be less then this u do not recommend this . Do not try to order or else you will end up paying more then supermarket price

Edited. I had given this app 5 stars earlier but it has deteriorated significantly. When you search something, for some reason it shows you supermarkets that are closed and you don't find out until check. Going back resets your search. Today I had 3 orders cancelled because items were out of stock. Delivery takes ages. Canceling my premium subscription. Edit 2: aside from all its other problems this app is full of spam notifications. I'm so so sick of it.

I have been using the app several times already and they have fast delivery the problem is their payment system, they will charge the full amount upfront, but when there are missing items it is not being refunded, it is just a small amount per order but if you combine all orders together its a big amount already

Pathetic service...I have used a lot of service and by far this is the worst. Food is late for more than 2 hours, no feedback on the reason to why it was late, no care for loss of time of end user. It's was night 10:30pm...imagine it was dragged to nearly midnight and I slept without having food. Horrible experience and will be my last with them.

Don't even try out the free trial subscription. There'll be no notification about the auto-renewal and the money is deducted. Their items are out of stock most of the time so the subscription is pointless again. The concerned department doesn't bother reaching back on time either regarding the issue and at the end of the day and when they do they say a refund is not possible. In simple terms, cheat the customer of their money. Deleting the app right away. Thanks but no thanks!

Maybe this is my third time using this app. The two first times were normal. But this time it was a terrible experience. The order took a long time though the only advantage that has this app is the fast delivery. unfortunately this was not the only inconvenient. They confirmed which items are to be delivered and cancelled. So I continue with waiting for the order as my item that I've been waiting as an emergency was confirmed. But order came in late time at night missing the water. Disappointin

Was using this app almost every every day for ordering. With time the experience has gone bad. Now they are charging delivery fee for irrespective order amount. Delivery time has also increased and the most painful part is the inventory not synced with the stores. You have to order and then hold on to your phone for ever to see if it's out of stock. Its a headache rather than convenience. Will no longer use it anymore. There are other better, cheaper and reliable options available.

Worst delivery app ever. Either the items are out of stock or the store would not accept your order. most of the orders are either not confirmed or not on time. Please don't ask me to send you a detailed email as you can always go back and check your records how many times I've actually spoken to your customer service regarding each issue. Such shame!

Worst app Ever. I have placed two orders and the app automatically cancelled the orders. Also they have automatically deducted money from my card activating the now now plus subscription post trail period. After taking money they are telling to cancel the auto renewal butoon which was not showing before. Your card is not safe once added to the app. Hope my experience save other new users

The application doesn't work. Even searching for ordinary items, such as bread, milk, or juice, returns the same result - nothing found for ... I hope the app can be fixed because it provides potentially very useful service. BTW, the same behavior is on my wife's phone. We both use Samsung Galaxy S10 with latest Android version 11 and One UI 3.
