When you click into an article it doesn't load... so you go out of it thinking your wifi dropped... then you go back into it and it closes the app completely. This used to be the best news app I've ever used. Don't know what you did but please unfix what you thought you fixed. Don't want to uninstall but this is frustrating. I'm on here 2-3 times daily!

Please fix this app! It used to be good, but has gotten so bad it is nearly unusable. Articles never load, kicks you back to the home page or crashes altogether. And when they do load and you start reading, sometimes half of the article is blank or it simply crashes. Frustrating!

I cannot tell you how many times I've had to uninstall this absolute dumpster fire of an app from my phone. This is my personal property I paid for, I owe nothing on it, you nor anyone else has any right to force a download of any app on my phone. I sell cell phones for a living and literally hundreds of people have had problems with their phones because of this. Should be able to sue you for continuously forcing this app onto my personal property without my permission

About 98% of the time this app sits and BUFFERS, then the screen goes blank and the entire app disappears, takes me to my home screen. If I am able to read an article, it's almost always incomplete, and it gives you a black screen. ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING, IM DONE WITH IT!!!!!!

Updated: not sure how this app gets a 4.7 rating, it's absolutely the worst app on my phone! Uninstall! Update: still the same, "please make sure you update the app" done that, still stories won't open,if they do them half the story is somehow missing and won't even upload, still crashes regularly. This app is awful, I've had it three times now over the past few years and it's always the same, constantly crashes, I get apologies from the people who run it but it literally never changes, garbage!

Alright app. Gives me local news all in one place which I like. What I don't care for is the overwhelming amount of ads between news stories, and the video autoplay as it interrupts my music I am listening to. It also changed my language from English to Spanish randomly. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it seems to be working right now. Wish it would load local stories only instead of world wide stories as I am only looking for local news and emergency information

Just anyone can be a journalist these days, I guess. Horribly written articles. A lot of clickbait and false advertising in headlines, also. Additionally, all of a sudden now, music keeps playing in the background when the ap is open. It's bothersome and annoying. It's apparent it's not about journalism anymore but "how many articles one can pump out to make money off the companies who pay for clicks to get their ads seen." At some point, this needs to become illegal.

Ive had this app for 2 years and it Never loads. Tons of ads. Glitches like crazy. Super intriguing headlines, but if you dare to click an article it will just load and load and load. Would be a great app if they could work out the technical issues. With all the ads you'd think they'd have the money to make it a working app.

The app works again after a bug went away. However, I tapped on a notification from some PoS radio station and after about 10 seconds of reading the article, the ENTIRE SCREEN was full of ads with no buttons to remove, close, or minimize the ads. The article was unreadable after a couple of paragraphs. Luckily, the app has a way to block specific "news" sources. I used to joke about this happening, but I didn't think that this app would actually do this to me.

I love all of the new crime reports of various types of crime. I do not however like the constant interference with my entire browsing experience. '"I need to find a way to not allow Newsbreak to take over my entire enjoyment of other content!!" I will need to find out how to change Newsbreak covering over anything I may be reading, or unsubscribe

It would certainly be nice if when these news stories broke at 10:45am, I got the notification before 7pm, or the next day, like usual, when the stories are mostly no longer relevant. Kinda defeats the purpose, of depending on y'all for the important things. Definitely finding a new source.

The app was working well until recently. Now I click on an article, and it looks like it's loading for a few seconds, then sends me back to the article feed where I can't find the article I just clicked on to read.

When I click on an article I do not get an enlarged picture that is normally next to the headline when i click on it. It's frustrating because I would like to see a picture large enough that I could recognize these criminals (usually at large) faces if I were to run into one

You've allowed too many tracking apps into your network. I know I have spyware on my phone now and it had to have come from one of the ads on your platform that I accidentally clicked on while scrolling. I really enjoy your news coverage. I'm getting a new phone and unfortunately I won't be installing NewsBreak!

For the past few months, after reading 3 or 4 articles, I have to go into my settings and force stop the app as well as clear the cache. It wouldn't be so bad, but when I go back into reading the article, it is no longer there. Makes, it hard to keep up with what is going on.

Why does music, in a different language, play on the background? It even plays when another video is playing & the only way to stop is is to completely close out the app. This just started happening & it is REALLY frustrating EVEN MORE frustrating than the constant articles not loading

Most of the time, I have no issues with opening the articles. On occasions that I have, cell service could have been the issue. Just wish that whenever I want to share an article with a friend or family member, it either won't download or open for them.

The randomly sourced content is great but impossible to open links outside of Newsbreaks walled garden, which is defective. Have not been able to read more than one or two articles each day unless I force close the app and clear the cache and even then that's not 100% reliable. You've got to fix your ad partnerships to the quit interfering with your good app!! Can't read even 1 article before it crashes!
