Easy to use, suggest to add 2.25 LT soft drink option to all type of orders ( 2, 3 M & L & Super Limo)

poor app... not loading well... installed and uninstalling same day. Also your telephone customer care service is very bad too. Can't place any order. Main problem is regarding the location. They don't even know the famous landmarks. Speaking like they don't want us to place any orders... Shame on your poor customer service.

Never works. So frustrating to use this app, mentions there is a network issue so I switch between wifi and mobile data and still refuses to work properly. The competition has better working apps.

Worst app I have ever used to order food, says there has been an error and then a few minutes later you get a text confirming your order, this resulted in me making 2 orders from 2 separate phones, fortunately support were able to cancel the duplicate order, I dont understand how this app has been released by pizza hut

The app had all the options and descriptions. However, i was not able to complete placing the order. It repeatedly showed error in creating my profile. Called customer care, and they asked me to order thru phone. Called through phone and they said cant deliver. Not so good experience.

App does not work. Very frustrating... we were ready to order and have chosen all that we want, when check out time, app does not respond and won't even go to the payment section (we wanted delivery). So we decided to just go to the mall and eat at Papa John's. Thanks for making the choice easy for us Pizza Hut. Uninstalling now -_-

Usually we face problem ordering when it's comes to Pizza Hut, but honestly with this application we can see the elevation and the progress made. Excellent job team. in addition to that the service and the food quality became amazingly outstanding. Thank you very much. Keep going the good work.

Absolutely rubbish app. I'm so surprised to see a completely useless app for pizza hut. First it said that pizza cannot be delivered to my address when pizza hut website delivered every weekend. Then it didn't accept any discount codes which I received on emails from pizza hut. Lastly it didn't go beyond checkout. This app is a complete waste of time and useless to be on app store. Please remove this rubbish app.

Layout is not user friendly, the selection button should be next to menu item, not below it. Its difficult to understand if the selection button is for the item above or below. Once order is placed, confirmation message is not received by SMS or email. On the app, order details cannot be checked. I extensively use Zomato, Talibat & Mc Donalds Mob apps, which are all user friendly. Pizza Hut UAE app is the worst app.

I spent 10 minutes placing my order on the app only for it to freeze when putting in my address. Even though i had already put in my address during the first 15 minutes i spent registering on this app. It wouldn't take my address, wouldn't check out. Closed it and placed my order on the website in 2 minutes. Thanks am deleting this app.
