I placed an order at 1:48 PM on the app and called to check on the order status at 2:49 as in the app it showed order ready but no dispatched got a call from the rider at 3 PM and recieved the order at 3:30 PM that was quite cold and seemed to be stale you can imagine the disappointment after almost a 2 hour wait for food.

I installed what's called "new app" and There is no delivery option ..seriously ?! After an hour searching for it I didn't manage to find it ! When I opened the app again I found it, there is a bug where the delivery option isn't shown on fist use of the app

Simply gonna delete this, ordered 3 times cuz of the offer, they have a branch literally 13 min away from me, 2nd time it reached around 30 min. Other 2 times it takes nearly an hour, as per the driver they only give it to them shortly before its delivered and as per app also it says being prepared. How does 2 burgers take 45 min just to prepare when if I'm there it takes 10min max ? Theres no proper tracking u can only call the main delivery number and they simply apologize and that's it!!!

Good app exclusive offers. Deliver charges as normal has increased in recent months. Have a good refund policy. Quality of burgers and fries are good and maintained thru the years. So overall rating is 5/5.

For months the app doesn't allow payment online or to choose payment on delivery. Keeps saying an error occured. Please fix it. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Application charges for the items ordered then doesn't properly send the information to the restaurant. Every time I order cheese fries it's charged to my card but not delivered with the order. Disgraceful application.

I was charged after making an order but the order wasn't confirmed, called costumer service & they confirmed that I was charged but the order was stuck so I have to wait for a week to 10 days for a refund. How stupid is that, terrible costumer service & terrible unreliable app

Order status is completely wrong ,it's showing order status as delivered, and when I called to clarify the issue I was told it shows as still with driver in the system, so either this app is No good or I am being lied to by the employee

First i was disappointed that the app says it's delivered but i did not recieve the order yet. After 5 mins it's outside the door and I really love how the driver greeted us when he delivered the order. It made me happy🙂It really matters when the delivery man is kind and polite. Great delivery experience!

Good application overall. Payment option pathetic. Cash does not mean only cash, there is credit card option too...... You have 4 pos machines but won't accept credit card payment. Unbelievable!!!?

Worst service ever. Never experienced this much bad service. I am still waiting for my order to arrive i ordered before 1.5 hours through this app whenever i call customer care they keep on saying its arriving. Worst service trust me guys never order from hardees app. I wish there was negative rating

Worst application, Make an order and choose the address from the builtin GPS and it shows the restaurant a completely different address, after 40 mins of order the restaurant calls and says that they will not deliver, On top of bad app, bad customer service and bad behaviour of how to solve/rectify the mistake and eventually cancelling the order like nothing happened and like there was no customers waiting for the food they ordered

I have tried from both my laptop and application on my cell phone. But i cannot log in to my account. When i put the email and password, it says invalid. When i try to get the reset mail, its not there. When i try to signup using same data, it says user alreadt exist. I called the customer care and they say just directly order from web. Sorry to say but Hardees in UAE not handling the customer complaints.

Got scammed by them. I paid using my card for a meal delivery to my hotel. I tracked it and it said delivered while I never received my food. I called them they kept saying they will deliver. This is totally unprofessional and I I never using this app again

I tried to reach you guys out but couldn't find any portal to do so. A couple of months ago you guys introduced 'Jurassic Burger' which has been the best burger I have had at hardees. As the burger had been discontinued, I tried ordering Chicken Superstar but the taste has been really poor. Since then I have stopped eating at Hardees. Can you please reintroduce the Chicken Jurassic Burger as it is the finest of burgers I had tried at Hardees. I am not coming to you guys until then.

Very bad experience I ordered from the app waited 2 hours and did not receive the order I tried contacting support they said order is on the way but still nothing and then my order was completed and I didn't even receive it. Terrible experience I would not recommend using this app I don't even want to give 1 star as well but that's the only option there is

Worst experience. All fake promises. Unprofessional service. Not at all recommended. Believe it or not it is 2hrs despite of repeated calls the order was not delivered. And finally Hardee's gave me two options. Either to wait further even after 2hrs so they will give voucher for free chicken sandwich or cancel the order. Funny isn't?
