Works but their delivery riders always ALWAYS press 'delivered' waaay before they have actually delivered your order. On that basis alone, that's dishonesty. The other more important issue is the high possibility of the order being delivered to the wrong person. I have complained about this multiple times for years but they refuse to rectify this issue.

But @Mcdonald rewards are better because there is no expiry and you can go any time and claim the rewards from their store.. kfc rewards point im a bit disappointed.. u have add im cart only 1 item and if its unlock u can not use it after 24 hours.. you guys should improve

Giving 4 stars because everything in the app is good other than the track order function, when you order and go to the track order page it just says that it was delivered as soon as I ordered! I can't get the exact location of where my order is nor I can confirm my address with the driver cause we can't see the driver's number! Please fix this issue.

the app is easy to use, functional, and has minimal bugs. one thing I wish you could add is a kids meal, just an option to order a kids meal instead of adding fries, chicken popcorn, and a drink separately, other than that I love this app due to how easy it is to use and the interface is very simple and everything is where you expect it to go. great app, whatever you're doing right now, keep doing it because this app is great

App is only useful for placing an order. Even then not all menu options are available. The driver still calls and asks for location so what's the point of selection and typing my house location? My second last order was over 2 hours late and I was promised a fresh order. No, the original order was delivered extremely stale. Last order was late, driver marked as delivered by was not delivered for 20+ minutes later.

I can't place an order through your app for the past few months. It kept saying you guys don't deliver to my location. But If I ordered through website there was no issue at all. I think you have some glitches in your GPS or location set up in the app. I thought it will get resolved after some times but still experiencing same issue till date.

They introduce app and reward points, i ordered from app on 03 august 2023 and against my order i should get 1000 points within completion of my order but nothing happened, i called them they said we will contact you it was 06 august then i send them Email but till the date nothing happened.. How one can reach them i really don't know.. I am shoked how can they treat customer like this...

They just introduced rewards points. But, unlike other apps like McDonalds and Dunkin', where after you get the points, you can use the points to purchase goods (without spending additional money), in KFC, you have to spend along with the points in order to redeem. You can't just use the points. You have to buy an additional item in order for the voucher to be redeemable. So, basically, the rewards system is useless (and the worst one by far), and I'd rather buy McDonalds.
