I've never seen such a bad app before. It asks for registration and the sms for verification never came. Also, having offers for delivery, that is not available in the restaurant, is a stupid move from the company.

Chicken parts look bad and yellow color. Chicken tastes bad and old and hard to chew and smells bad. French fries hard and old and some French fries are black. Your customer service are rude and not cooperative and not helpful from a previous order. They will never compensate. Very bad experience. Very bad meal. Very bad app.

Getting an OTP after the last update is pain in the neck. I tried couple of times but to no avail. You should fix this issue otherwise your loyal customers will look somewhere else. Edit: After I saw the reply from below support team, I immediately mailed them. This was last 21-November-2020 and untill now I didn't received any reply. So I'm fed up and uninstalled this useless app that sitting in my phone consuming space. If there is 1/2 star I will gladly give them.

Kfc initially impressed me with their Omni channel customer service, and the app boasted an amazing user experience (UX). However, my positive impression quickly waned when, after placing an order, all that seemed to be thrown out of the window. I received multiple WhatsApp calls from a driver, asking for my location, despite already providing it in the app. This left me questioning the purpose of the app's features. While I will continue to use the app, it's certainly not a remotely 5-sta

This was one of the worst delivery applications i ever used, two orders, the first one took literally 2 hours after my 6th call to them, they coldly said the branch you ordered from is closed, the second one is the exact same story, be aware that it's not me who choose the branch, it's them and they delay you because of their mistake... But tbh the app is good, but what's the point if you can't order from it!

KFC are taking advantage while using this application, They can make mistakes without being accountable... plus the application i pay for example 160 SAR for the food and upon arrival the driver states there 20 SAR lift cash du to error in application!!!!!!!
