Checking out. Easier.
• Save with ExtraCare® and pick up prescriptions with a single scan (just tap “Show Card”).
• Enjoy 1-tap Rx checkout after the first time you prepay for your prescription.

Saving money. Easier.
• Get app-only deals and access all of your offers and rewards when you link your ExtraCare® card.
• Make sure you never miss a deal by opting in to notifications. Get photo and prescription updates too.
• Plan out your shopping and saving with the weekly ad for your local store.

Getting prescriptions. Easier.
• Pay for your medications and have them delivered.
• Prepay for your prescriptions then show your barcode for more private pickup. (Turn landscape to sign.)
• Order refills, check their status and see your prescription history.

• Find nearby MinuteClinic® for general care and clinical services.

Offer section needs a "New" category so I don't have to scroll through all the offers each week. Checked off items should only show in the "On Card" section. While scrolling down the offer list to check off, the app usually jumps back to the top of the coupon list at least 2x in the process and I have to start over. All coupons sent to my account should be usable in any combination I want as long as not against policy, even if that means I pay $0 in the end.

Can't even log in. It tells me it wants to send a verification code to either my phone or email yet no matter which one you pick the screen never changes. You can't scroll down to hit any send or ok button. Tried rotating my screen to see if that might let me see the send button but the app doesn't rotate so I'm just beat. App is useless if you can't even log into your account.

Its cumbersome, difficult for seniors and not intuitive at all. Plus, you can not add an adult who might be in your care, get times available for a on site or virtual visit. It needs easier assessibility and use. I had to come into the Target to schedule an appt. for another day as the kiosk was my only option. We arrived before the listed closing time and yet no available times.

The app is very slow to respond into query information. When dealing with prescriptions, doesn't give you great user functionality on trying to look up more information or the y to something. It's all clear why things have auto refills and other things do not. The fact that it's just slow and buggy and always logging you out and not being connected to things. It's a very disjointed app that needs rebuilt to be more functional and they just have never done that it is slow AF

This app is a constant headache. It will not let me sign in while my VPN is active, nor will it tell me that's the problem. It just keeps saying there's a technical issue. When I finally turn off my VPN & expose myself to risk just to make CVS happy, I can only get to the OTP stage if I reset my Password, but after I do that, I'm back to Sq1 unable to get an OTP b/c the "Send Code" button is missing. And it constantly makes me reconfirm I want to use fingerprint for sign in. Unusable! Arrrgh!

Don't bother installing, just use the website. I used this app a lot. They recently changed it. When scrolling down the list of deals it uses the full screen, as always. Now, when scrolling back up, a useless drop down blocks all but a couple of lines at the bottom. Very annoying!! I now just use the website.

I don't know if it's the app or the server (probably a misture of both), but every time I try to log on, I get an error message that the server can't be accessed and to try again. I've tried logging several times over the past few months, and I get the same error message. I also try online instead of the app, and I still can't get on to my account. For something as important as medicine and it being the Digital Era, you'd think CVS would have a better app and server.

I haven't even had the app 30 minutes and I can't check out because it won't allow me to update a shipping address and when I try to search for anything it closes the app sending an error message that this app has a bug and to try updating once the devlopers fix the issue. Was really interested in being able to shop online where I can select store pickup for the items that are available locally and save a ton by using the digital coupons but I guess it's back to Walmart I go! Small town living.

Awful app. Multiple sign ins when navigating throughout the app. It doesn't auto fill profile info when ordering meds. It seems to have multiple different payment method locations. I have a card clearly saved in my payments section but when I go to check out there are no saved cards. Feels like it's basically just navigating the website but even more clunky. Just a terrible app running on top of a terrible system.

Absolutely horrible, just like the location itself. Constantly getting errors, acting like my account doesn't exist, doesn't allow logins, or doesn't notify me of changes/updates on the account (such as when my prescriptions are ready which is the whole reason I got the app to begin with). Their system is always "down" and support is not supportive at all, more like condescending. Not even slightly recommended.

I've only been using the app to manage my coupons as it won't let me log into my account. For a couple of months, I couldn't even add any coupons without it crashing, but they finally fixed it. Now, as I'm browsing the coupons, it will freeze up and reset my sort parameters so that I have to start over. Usable but certainly not ideal.

This CVS app has started to restart my scroll search when I am trying to clip coupons in the app. I can only scroll so far before it restarts itself from the top of the coupon page. This is irritating and has been happening for a while now. App also makes a weird beep and vibration when I open it, I am unable to turn this feature off. I've already tried uninstalling and restarting the app. It's also difficult to order from now as well since sometimes it doesn't recognize the coupons at times

Since the previous update, the app constantly crashes when I'm trying to view my rewards and coupons. These interruptions are often enough that it makes it just about impossible to put a cart together for an order. Any time my screen goes off, the app crashes and has to reboot. It also constantly logs me out so I lose my cart and have to start over repeatedly.

I use the app exclusively to fill and manage delivery of my prescriptions. Have only been able to set up delivery without getting met with "error/try again later" messages perhaps 10% of the time over the last two years. Useful in the few cases where it works, but ultimately unless this is fixed, you're typically better off finding a computer and using the desktop site.

Everything I try to order it freezes and gives error messages. I constantly have to re enter my information. I loose money every month because this app doesn't work. I email someone and was told make sure your browser is up to date. And make sure your using the correct version of the cvs app. I can only find one version. I can get my medicine shipped, but can not add anything else to the order and everything I try to order it does this.

This doesn't stop crashing. It freezes and crashes repeatedly, "apologizes" for the error, multiple different error messages appear, it signs you out constantly, etc., etc. My Samsung eventually auto shut it down and said the app has a bug and to try to clear cache. No luck. I'd be lying if I said it was due to the recent update, but this app has never been good. I find myself uninstalling it frequently, just to make the mistake of re-installing it months later w the (false) hope it improved.

The app is fine as long as it doesn't get hung up midway through the ordering process. I like being able to order online and get my prescriptions delivered. Shopping and rewards are OK, too. I appreciate getting notifications if I need a refill as well. But when the app stops halfway through and I have to start all over again, I have to admit, I do call your technical staff a few choice names. I wish I could give you five stars, but till you're 100% reliable, four is all you get.

I had a serious issue with this app, not able to sign in, no loading digital coupons. Talked with CS rep. She "escalated" my case and forwarded it up the chain. A week later no follow up call. I just deleted the app Fast forward to Sept. I got the app again as I am a Carepass member. Still consistent problems with it. Can't set your store, your login session expires after a couple of minutes, difficult to read ads. A huge company like this? It's puzzling and disappointing
