When I use a coupon while having a price over the limit for the coupon it works it says you are under the required price and kicks me out the basket

Worst app ever I did not receive my order. I ordered at 2.12 pm and now it is 3.50pm. the customer service is not answering my call. wow how can these restaurant still working worst app ever. I will not order ever again thanks burger king.

Stupid App....you cannot order without selecting pickup location and you cannot select pickup location without items in your order basket....Website detect my location Jahra whereas i am in Ishbiliya...Burger king Kuwait have to do something many customers are getting annoyed and going to other restaurants.

Poor delivery service. The driver didn't reached to the exact location after explaining so many times which made the order cold and hard to eat and no toy was given with the kids meal. Very poor service.

I ordered from application a meal which is 50% off...but they charged me the full original amount..i used to order twice a month..but now i am very dissapointed with this action...i am never ordering again from this restaurant.

I have a problem when using the app to make a pickup order, i get a message saying I have a pending order and I can continue once my current order is complete, even though I have nothing pending and the order tracking is empty also I do not have the same problem when I login on a web app and use it to order, the problem is exclusive to this App

The app doesn't work when I put pickup it tells me there is current order so i can't order even though I still didn't order anything ...it really needs improving also I can't choose what to add and what to remove from the sandwich .
